Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of occupational health and safety (OHS) training and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Central Panganpertiwi. This research was conducted by applying quantitative techniques through a descriptive-verification approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees selected using simple random sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis stated that OHS training significantly impacted employee performance with a regression coefficient value = 0.293 and a significance value = 0.016. The work environment also significantly influences performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.468 and a significance value of <0.001. Simultaneously, these variables contribute 72.8% to improving employee performance. The study concludes the importance of enhancing the quality of OHS training through more in-depth materials and interactive methods and improving the work environment, such as layout and lighting. The implications of this research can help companies increase productivity through better training programs and work environments and encourage further studies on other factors influencing performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work discipline on employee performance at the Karawang Tourist Village Tourism. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique (Total Sampling), with a population of 56 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that workload does not have a significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of -0.043 and a significance value of 0.741. Work discipline also has a significant effect on performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.242 and a significance value of 0.001. Simultaneously, workload and work discipline are able to explain 18.9% of the variation in employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of measurable workload management and implementing a consistent culture of discipline to improve employee performance. This research provides recommendations for management to balance workload, strengthen a culture of work discipline, and pay attention to the balance between work and employees' personal lives in order to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Self Control and Fanaticism on the Consumptive Behavior of NCT fans in Karawang Regency. The descriptive verification method was used with samples selected randomly through simple random sampling, involving respondents who were NCT fans in Karawang Regency. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with research instruments that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis showed that Financial Self Control was in the very good category, reflected in the respondents' ability to manage finances and postpone non-urgent purchases. Fanaticism showed a very high category, seen from the enthusiasm and strong emotional attachment to NCT. Consumptive Behavior was in the high category, marked by the tendency to buy both official and unofficial merchandise for emotional satisfaction. Correlation analysis revealed no significant relationship between Financial Self Control and Fanaticism, indicating that the two variables run independently. Partially, Financial Self Control was proven to have a significant negative effect on Consumptive Behavior, indicating that the better a person's financial control, the lower their consumptive behavior. While Fanaticism has a significant positive effect, indicating that the higher a person's fanaticism, the higher the tendency to behave consumptively. Simultaneous analysis shows that Financial Self Control and Fanaticism together have a significant influence on Consumptive Behavior. In conclusion, a high level of fanaticism encourages consumptive behavior, while good financial management can reduce it. These two factors together play an important role in shaping the consumption patterns of NCT fans. Practical implications of the study include the importance of financial education for K-Pop fans to prevent excessive consumptive behavior, including financial management training and understanding of priority needs.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) scholarship program on increasing the productivity of Indonesian workers in the era of globalization. Through a qualitative descriptive approach and survey, this study analyzes the contribution of LPDP alumni in leadership, social, and economic aspects after completing their studies, both domestically and abroad. The results of the literature study and survey indicate that the LPDP scholarship has a significant impact on increasing the competence, leadership skills, and competitiveness of scholarship recipients in the global job market. This program also plays a role in reducing the level of educated unemployment and strengthening collaborative networks in various sectors. However, there are challenges in implementation, especially related to alumni who are reluctant to return to Indonesia after studying. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed, including strengthening the departure preparation program and post-study monitoring, to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the LPDP program's impact on national human resource development.

Abstract

The problem that arises is Budgetary slack in the DPUPR of Grobogan Regency for the past few years. This can occur allegedly due to social pressure and organizational culture that can influence Budgetary slack. Therefore, from the background above, the author wants to re-examine the influence of social pressure and organizational culture related to budget preparation that creates budget slack. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social pressure and organizational culture related to budget preparation that creates budget slack with religiosity as a moderator. The population used in this study were all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Grobogan Regency, totaling 86 people. The sample selection used purposive sampling. The sample used was 72 employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Grobogan Regency. The analysis tool used is the quantitative analysis method, namely structural equation modeling. Based on the results of the study, social pressure and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on Budgetary slack. Religiosity moderates the influence of social pressure and organizational culture on Budgetary slack.

Abstract

This study aims to examine a number of factors that can influence Competitive Advantage moderated by Digital Marketing. There are three factors that researchers believe can influence Competitive Advantages, namely Managerial Competence of Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneur Motivation, and Entrepreneurship. In the end, if a company has good Competitive Advantages, it can influence Business Performance. The objects of this study are related to the Zionist Israeli genocide against Palestine, the International Court of Justice ruling in January 2024, the history of the Israeli-Palestinian dispute, and the impacts resulting from the dispute. This type of research is a research that uses a quantitative approach. The basic reason for using quantitative research is to test the theory by collecting numerical data and then analyzing it statistically. So that quantitative research generally also involves instruments used to collect data and quantitative methods are usually related to making generalizations about the population being investigated. This study is descriptive in nature, where the data to be used is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires in order to prepare data tabulation as material for further analysis to understand and answer research questions. The research model used is to develop from a direct influence model to a direct and indirect influence between factors that influence competitive advantage with business performance and moderated by digital marketing. The population in this study is all classifications of food and beverage sector SMEs spread across East Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer perception and marketing strategy on purchasing decisions with halal labels as mediating variables on Dika Bakery consumers in Surakarta. The method used is a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving 382 female respondents aged 15–29 years who have purchased the product. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of the study indicate that consumer perception, product quality, price, and promotion have a significant positive effect on halal labels, while distribution does not have a significant effect. In relation to mediation, halal labels are proven to mediate the influence of product quality and price positively and significantly on purchasing decisions, while the influence of consumer perception, promotion, and distribution does not show significance. The novelty of this study lies in the emphasis on the role of halal labels as a mediating factor in purchasing decisions on food products among young consumers, which is still limited in the existing literature. The contribution of this study is to provide new insights for marketing practitioners in designing strategies that utilize halal labels as an attraction to increase purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Effectiveness of Utilizing the Local Government Information System (SIPD) in Financial Administration by the Expenditure Treasurer at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sibolga City. SIPD is an important tool in financial management that aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in local government financial administration. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Expenditure Treasurer, the Head of the Finance Subdivision, and the SIPD Coordinator, as well as through direct observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results showed that the effectiveness of SIPD utilization in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sibolga City has provided various benefits, including increased speed and accuracy in financial data processing, ease of preparing financial reports, and increased compliance with financial regulations. However, some technical barriers are still faced, such as technical problems in the system and the need for further training for users such as the Expenditure Treasurer. From the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, users showed a positive attitude towards SIPD with high perceived ease of use and usefulness, despite the need for increased technical support and training. The results of this study are expected to provide input for the development and improvement of SIPD utilization in financial administration in local governments, especially in Sibolga City.

Abstract

The Expenditure Treasurer contributes to the creation of good governance and accountability as well as timely reporting and quality financial reports. It is best for an expenditure treasurer to have competent human resources, supported by an educational background in accounting, frequent education and training, and has experience in the financial sector. This research aims to determine the role of the expenditure treasurer on the quality of financial reports at the Sibolga City Public Works and Spatial Planning Service, in accordance with the phenomenon where there are still recording errors made by the expenditure treasurer, which affects the financial reports. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, considering that in this research the researcher intends to understand the phenomenon of what the research subjects experience, and the researcher also uses two variables, namely expenditure treasurer with Knowledge and Skill indicators and relevant financial report quality variables, reliable, comparable and understandable. The results of this research show that the role of the treasurer for expenditures at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service has an important role, although the Knowledge and Skill indicators are not yet optimal for the treasurer of the Sibolga City Public Works and Spatial Planning Service.

Abstract

This research discusses micro workforce planning in Indonesia in the context of budget efficiency and its impact on the national economy. MSMEs, which have a large role as labor absorbers in Indonesia, have to face budget cuts, as planned by the government in 2025, potentially hampering the process of workforce planning that is adaptive, efficient, and based on local needs. This descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study aims to understand and describe the phenomenon in depth, contextually, and holistically. The results show that budget efficiency in micro workforce planning can be achieved through output to input ratio, budget absorption rate, cost per unit of output, program completion time, and output quality. Effective strategies identified include community-based training, utilization of digital technology, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, especially for resource-constrained areas such as in eastern Indonesia. The findings are expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of human resource management in the micro sector as well as input for the government in formulating HR development policies and inclusive economic growth.
