Abstract

This study aims to analyze trends, challenges, and opportunities in Islamic financial management, focusing on technological innovation and regulation. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, reviewing literature from various academic databases to identify recent developments in Islamic finance. The findings indicate that the growth of Islamic fintech, digitalization, and the adoption of technologies such as blockchain and AI have accelerated the transformation of this industry. However, challenges remain, including unstandardized regulations, low financial literacy, and limited access to Islamic financial services. Therefore, strengthening regulations, enhancing financial literacy, and optimizing digital technology are key factors in driving the sustainable growth of Islamic finance. With the right approach, Islamic finance has the potential to become an integral part of the global financial system.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and uncover the important role of transformational leadership as well as the dynamics of creative partnerships in an organizational context. The main focus of the study is to identify the impact generated by the interaction between transformational leadership and creative partnerships on innovation levels and organizational performance. This study used a quantitative approach. Cross-sectional research designs are used to evaluate relationships between variables. The study population was members of business organizations spanning different levels of office. The study sample consisted of 120 respondents randomly selected from the population. Distribution of questionnaires online or in person to selected respondents, by providing clear instructions to respondents regarding filling out questionnaires. The collected data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS software. The results show that transformational leadership is significantly associated with creative partnership dynamics, innovation, and organizational performance. The dynamics of creative partnerships are also significantly related to innovation. However, the relationship between creative partnership dynamics and organizational performance was not significantly confirmed. The findings reinforce the importance of leaders' roles in creating work environments that support collaboration and creativity. In addition, the significant relationship between Innovation and Organizational Performance emphasizes the importance of innovation in improving overall performance. In addition, organizations should pay attention to transformational leadership development to drive innovation and better performance. Leadership training that focuses on the ability to inspire, support, and facilitate creative collaboration can be an effective strategy.

Abstract

This study investigates the integral role of government, religious scholars, and society in promoting ecological sustainability that supports Islamic economics in Indonesia. Using a qualitative analysis approach, this study investigates how policies, religious initiatives, and community participation can collaborate to achieve environmental sustainability goals that are in line with Islamic principles. The focus of the study includes examining government policies that support sustainable resource use, the role of religious scholars in educating and mobilizing Muslims on sustainable practices, and community contributions to ecological initiatives. The results show that this intersectoral collaboration is not only essential for environmental conservation but also for the implementation of a sustainable Islamic economy that emphasizes justice, sustainability, and public welfare.

Abstract

The modern retail industry in Indonesia is experiencing increasing competition with the emergence of new players, including minimarkets, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms. To maintain competitiveness and drive revenue growth, loyalty management strategies play a crucial role in customer retention and increasing transaction value. This study explores the role of loyalty management in boosting Indomaret's revenue through programs such as Indomaret Poinku, exclusive promotions, and digital payment integration. By implementing effective strategies, Indomaret successfully enhances customer retention, purchase frequency, and average transaction value. This study also compares Indomaret's loyalty strategy with competitors like Alfamart and identifies challenges in executing loyalty programs in modern retail. The findings indicate that a well-designed loyalty management strategy can significantly improve customer retention, strengthen consumer relationships, and positively impact business revenue growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, and e-wallet users on consumer behavior in government scholarship recipients in Sidoarjo. The background of this study is based on the increasing use of e-wallets and consumer lifestyle trends among students including scholarship recipients. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were 100 Sidoarjo government scholarship recipients who were used as respondents using the random sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that financial literacy did not have a significant effect on student consumer behavior. However lifestyle has a positive effect on consumer behavior meaning that the higher a person's lifestyle the higher the consumption. E-wallet users also have a positive effect on consumer behavior indicating that the ease of digital transactions can improve student consumption patterns. Simultaneously, these three variables affect the consumer behavior of scholarship recipients. These results provide insight for the government and educational institutions in designing student financial management policies.

Abstract

                The digital era has changed the leadership paradigm, requiring leaders to integrate entrepreneurial skills with technological mastery. This study aims to analyze effective leadership strategies in the midst of digital transformation through a systematic literature review of recent studies (2015-2024). The findings show that entrepreneurial leadership-with characteristics such as strategic vision, adaptability, and risk-taking ability-is a crucial approach in dealing with technological disruption. Digital leaders not only need to leverage technologies such as AI and big data, but also build an organizational culture that supports innovation and collaboration. This research identifies gaps in the literature, especially in the context of SMEs, and offers practical recommendations in the form of digital competency development, data-driven approaches and controlled experiments. The results provide a holistic framework for leaders to spur digital transformation while maintaining organizational sustainability.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a vital role in achieving organizational goals and maintaining competitive advantage in the banking industry. In BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar, challenges related to employee motivation, skill development, and effective communication have been identified as key factors affecting performance. This study explores the implementation of rewards, training programs, and internal communication as a strategic approach to improving employee performance in BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the implementation of rewards, training, and internal communication to improve employee performance in BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar. The implementation of rewards, training, and internal communication in BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar has been proven to have a positive impact on improving employee performance. Rewards in the form of financial and non-financial incentives can motivate employees to work more optimally. Training conducted periodically improves employee competence and ability in carrying out their duties, especially in providing quality service to customers. Effective internal communication creates a harmonious work environment, minimizes miscommunication, and strengthens collaboration between employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work posture and complaints of low back pain among fire and rescue officers at the Medan City Fire and Rescue Service. The method used was quantitative and qualitative through observation, questionnaires and interviews involving 95 officers. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between smoking habits and LBP complaints, with 34.7% of smoking officers experiencing these complaints. Apart from that, lack of attention to health, personal hygiene and consumption of unhealthy food in the work environment also contributes to this health problem. In the context of maqasid sharia, smoking and other unhealthy behaviors are considered detrimental and should be avoided. This research underlines the importance of an Islamic-based approach in increasing awareness of occupational safety and health, as well as the need for efforts to reduce smoking habits among officers.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how the public, especially Muslims, perceives the pro-Israel product boycott movement which is currently still being carried out massively everywhere. Finding out whether they are participating in this boycott movement, and finding out the perception of the Muslim community regarding the pro-Israel product boycott movement as a form of economic jihad. The many pros and cons of the boycott and not yet discussed in terms of economic jihad are the basis for this study. This study is classified as a descriptive qualitative study with a snowball sampling technique using an open questionnaire to 30 Muslim community informants ranging from generation X, generation Y/Millennials, to Generation Z in Pacitan City, Indonesia. The author uses data analysis techniques, namely interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the majority of Muslims in Pacitan City have a fairly good understanding of the conflict between Palestine and Israel. They also said that the boycott movement of products considered pro-Israel is a good movement to do. Not only that, most of them also follow this movement, and agree that the boycott of pro-Israel products is a form of non-physical struggle in defending the rights of Muslims, especially the Palestinian people in the economic sector which is in line with the concept of economic jihad. However, there is also a small portion of the community who stated that they do not yet understand deeply about this matter.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social environment and self-control on the financial behavior of students in the Management Study Program at Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, Class of 2021. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of 412 students, with a sample size of 80 students selected using simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and regression analysis.The results of the study show that the social environment significantly influences students' financial behavior. A positive social environment, such as support from family, peers, and the educational environment, shapes better financial habits. Students who are accustomed to being in an environment that provides examples of wise financial management tend to imitate these patterns in their daily lives. Additionally, self-control was also found to have a significant impact on students' financial behavior. Students with a high level of self-control are able to resist the urge to make impulsive purchases, manage their spending more systematically, and remain consistent in achieving long-term financial goals.Simultaneously, both of these variables contribute to students' financial behavior, with an R Square value of 0.679. This means that 67.9% of the variability in financial behavior can be explained by the social environment and self-control, while the remaining variance is influenced by factors outside the scope of this research model.
