Abstract

One of the advantages of property investment is protecting the purchasing power of investments and getting added value from developments such as being converted into residential buildings, however, the development of housing projects and their long implementation time mean that problems may occur that are unforeseen. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the feasibility of property investment for the Grand Panghegar Residence Purwakarta housing development project using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP) calculation methods. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the project life is 2 years with an investment value of IDR 55,500,000,000, a total of 608 units for Type 30/60. The results of research calculations obtained from the investment appraisal method used were obtained as Net Present Value (NPV) = IDR 56,689,500,000 (Positive), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 33.72% > 12%, Payback Period ( PP) = 2, within 2 months of investment capital. The conclusion of this research states that the Grand Pahengar Residence Purwakarta Housing is an investment worthy to build and develop.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance through work stress as mediating variable at PT Setia Alam Sinergi Semarang. Population of the research are 107 employees. Census sampling technique is used in the research. For data analysis, outer model measurements were carried out. Inner model measurements and hypothesis testing by processing the data uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. Research findings show that (1) work burden has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) the work environment does not have significant effect on employee stress, (3) workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, (4) the work environment has a negative and significant effect on work stress. (5) work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (6) work stress mediates the relationship between workload and employee performance, (7) work stress mediates the relationship between the working environment and employee performance.

Abstract

The right investment decision in an entity is important for every potential investor in order to get the right and profitable investment. This study aims to determine whether data visualization is able to influence investment decisions in an entity. This research uses secondary data sources in the form of company financial statements which are then visualized. The object of this research is a S1 Accounting student of Bengkulu University. The results showed that the effectiveness and efficiency of data visualization had a positive effect on investment decisions in S1 Accounting students of Bengkulu University.

Abstract

Technological advancements have undeniably transformed consumer shopping behavior. Presently, numerous e-commerce platforms are fervently emphasizing the live shopping feature, including Shopee. Rosé All Day Cosmetics stands as a local cosmetic brand that has successfully increased its sales through Shopee Live. However, the beauty industry remains fiercely competitive. Therefore, Rosé All Day Cosmetics needs to implement appropriate strategies to enhance its sales through Shopee Live. This research aims to investigate the influence of discounts and scarcity messages on consumer impulse buying for Rosé All Day Cosmetics during Shopee Live sessions. The research objects are discounts and scarcity messages as independent variables, while impulse buying serves as the dependent variable. This study employs a descriptive-verification analysis with a survey research design. Non-probability sampling techniques were utilized to select a total of 130 respondents who meet the criteria of being Rosé All Day Cosmetics consumers that have made purchases during Shopee Live events. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied in this research. The research findings reveal a significant impact of both discounts and scarcity messages on impulse buying, both concurrently and individually.

Abstract

The researchers at the Tirto Negoro Drinking Water Company set out to find out what makes workers there tick, which is located in the Sragen Regency. These factors include work motivation, organizational culture, and the work environment.This study is quantitative in nature and employs many methods of data analysis, including testing of classical assumptions, testing of hypotheses, testing of the coefficient of determination, and testing of statistical models with multiple linear regressions. In this study, there were a total of one hundred employees that participated. There were 54 regular employees at the Tirto Negoro Drinking Water Company, which is located in the Sragen Regency. This constituted the sample. In this investigation, the sampling approach employed was saturation sampling.This study's findings demonstrate that three factors significantly affect organizational performance: work environment, motivation, and organizational culture. A total of 58.7% of the components contribute to the coefficient of determination; the remaining 41.3% is explained by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The main issue in this study is examining how product innovation, promotion, and pricing influence customer satisfaction at Abkebab Surabaya. The research sample consists of 131 participants who are Abkebab visitors. This study employs quantitative techniques and secondary data obtained from various sources such as books, journals, and other documents related to the subject matter, specifically the impact of product innovation, promotion, and pricing on customer satisfaction at Abkebab Surabaya. The data analysis methods include descriptive analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, partial and simultaneous tests. The data processing tool used is SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant partial influence of both product innovation and promotion, as well as pricing, on customer satisfaction. There is also a combined influence of product innovation, promotion, and pricing on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study wants to show the connection between green practices implemented by Islamic banks, green perceived value, and customer loyalty, either directly or through green satisfaction, and gender as a moderating variable. To answer the research hypothesis, 202 questionnaires that have been distributed to Sharia commercial bank customers in Indonesia were analyzed in this study. Sample determination was carried out through a purposive sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was used to analyze the data. This research found that green practice does not significantly affect green loyalty but significantly affects green satisfaction. Meanwhile, green perceived value directly makes customers loyal and satisfied with Sharia banks. It also discovered that green satisfaction has a significant effect on green loyalty and can mediate the influence of green practices and perceived value on green loyalty. At the same time, gender as a moderating variable cannot moderate the influence of green practices and perceived value on green loyalty. This research emphasizes the importance of innovation and developing practices that positively impact the environment and are satisfying because this program can increase customers' loyalty towards Sharia banking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Coworker Support and Work Environment on Turnover Intention by mediating Work Motivation among Generation Y and Z workers in Malang City. The research uses quantitative techniques. The total population in this study was 452,435 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Hair et al. formula nx5, so 160 respondents were obtained. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method using Smart- PLS software version 3.0. The results showed that Coworker support has no effect on turnover intention, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, coworker support has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has no impact on work motivation, work motivation can mediate the relationship between coworker support and turnover intention, and work motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between work environment and turnover intention in gen y and z workers in Malang City.

Abstract

With Islamic religiosity serving as a moderating factor, customer satisfaction with Bank Syariah Indonesia clients in Malang Raya is the study tool used to assess the impact of relationship and service quality on customer loyalty. a kind of quantitative study. 320 respondents from Malang Raya served as the sample size. Purposive and proportional random sampling are the sample methods used. Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City were all taken into account using proportional random sampling. Using SEM PLS, the data were examined. The study's conclusions show that although relationship quality has no appreciable effect on customer loyalty, customer happiness and service quality do have a significant impact. Customer happiness is significantly impacted by relationship and service quality. The mediation test indicates that customer satisfaction can influence customer loyalty via mediating the effects of service quality and relationship quality. Subsequent study findings, including the Islamic religiosity moderation test, demonstrated that the effects of customer happiness, relationship quality, and service quality on customer loyalty could not be balanced.

Abstract

Management is a process of coordinating activities with the aim of time efficiency through cooperation with others. The company will be able to achieve organizational goals if it has employees with good performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of employee engagement, organizational commitment on employee performance using job satisfaction as a mediation variable. This research is a quantitative study with explanatory research method to prove the research hypotheses. Data were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to 88 respondents, and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The result of this study show that employee engagement directly affects employee performance, organizational commitment directly affects employee performance, Job satisfaction mediates the influence of employee engagement on employee performance and Job satisfaction mediates the influence of  organizational commitment on employee performance.
