Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between price variables, promotions and service quality to AC Mulya Jaya customer loyalty. The approach in this study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling and random sampling. In this study, a sample of 50 consumers who use service services or who buy air conditioners at the Mulya Jaya AC Store is used. According to the findings, there is a strong and substantial relationship between pricing, promotion, and customer loyalty. The third finding is that service quality also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty

Abstract

On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, the purpose of this study is to ascertain how student character and time management influence disciplinary behavior. Quantitative research covers this particular area of study. Procedure for studying with the assistance of a Google Structure 674 S1 management and accounting students from the Stie Pancasetia Campus in Banjarmasin took part in this study in 2022. On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, the study found that the variables of student character and time management had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on disciplinary behavior. On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, variables related to student character and time management have a positive and significant impact on disciplinary behavior. Because it has the highest beta coefficient value among the variables related to student character, the time management variable has the greatest impact on this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the extent to which the Ortuseight Shoe Brand's purchasing decision is influenced by Product Quality, Price, and Promotion. This study's general population consists of 56 respondents from the Banjarmasin Futsal STIE Pancasetia UKM in 2021-2024. Reviews with different straight backslides utilizing spss 027 were utilized to accumulate information. The study reveals that the Ortuseight Shoe Brand Purchase Decision is significantly influenced by the Promotion variable, but not by the Price variable or the Product Quality variable. Product quality, price, and promotion all have a significant impact on the Ortuseight Shoe Brand's decision to buy. Additionally, the Ortuseight Shoe Brand Purchase Decision is significantly influenced by the Product Quality variable

Abstract

The STAS-RG laboratory recently launched the Intellimice Classifier product, a groundbreaking innovation in biomedical and pharmaceutical research that offers advanced laboratory mouse classification technology to enhance research efficiency and accuracy. Although this product promises great potential, STAS-RG faces challenges in identifying the right market for this product. This study aims to identify optimal market opportunities by applying the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) strategy and using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and field observations. The study results show that the most effective market segmentation includes healthcare institutions, particularly pharmaceutical companies, focusing on individuals aged 20-50, including students and professionals in related fields. The primary target market is pharmaceutical institutions that require efficient and accurate laboratory mouse classification tools to support their research. Intellimice Classifier is positioned as an advanced solution with competitive pricing, utilizing Sensor Computer Vision technology to meet various specific needs in genetic research, such as classifying the gender, weight, color, and size of mice. This study emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of the market to design effective marketing strategies and tailor the product to customer needs. These findings provide valuable strategic insights for STAS-RG to formulate a more targeted and adaptive marketing approach, aiming to maximize the product's adoption and success in the ever-evolving market. This approach not only allows STAS-RG to effectively introduce the product but also to meet the specific needs of their target market.

Abstract

Productivity is key to success in the manufacturing industry, particularly at PT.BERLINA Tbk, which specializes in plastic packaging manufacturing. This study focuses on enhancing the operational effectiveness of the BM 206 D-2 machine trough the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and measurement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as well as the identification and mitigation of Six Big Losses. The research involves two sampling periods, each spanning two quarters. During the first period, the average OEE value of 66% indicated that the greatest losses were due to machine breakdown or Breakwon Losses, related to deficiencies in operator and technician skills, inadequate planes maintenance, and machine cleanliness. Following the implementation of improvements based on these findings, the average OEE incrased to 71% in the second period. These results underscore the importance of enhancing technical skills, effective maintenance, and strict cleanliness to improve productivity and reduce production losses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and find empirical evidence regarding the effect of political connection, earning management on tax avoidance moderated by corporate governance. This study uses secondary data with data collection techniques using the annual reports of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. This study used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 from 20 companies. Data testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with panel data. Tax avoidance in this study is proxied by Book Tax Difference. The results showed that political connection and CSR variables have a positive effect on tax avoidance, earning management has a negative effect on tax avoidance, and corporate governance proxied by independent commissioners does not strengthen or weaken the relationship between political connection, earning management, and CSR on tax avoidance.

Abstract

What is meant by IKPA? The meaning of IKPA (Budget Implementation Performance Indicators) is based on the Regulation of the Director General of Treasury, namely Regulation Number PER-5/PB/2022 which discusses IKPA or Budget Implementation Performance Indicators, which is an indicator determined by the Ministry of Finance, namely the State General Treasurer (BUN) which has functions as a measuring tool regarding the quality of performance in implementing budgets for State Ministries/Institutions through the quality of budget planning implementation, the quality of budget implementation, and the quality of the results of implementing a financial report budget in each period. In principle, the IKPA assessment is carried out with the aim of assessing the performance of budget implementation in 1 period, namely one year. In the process of monitoring to create maximum performance achievements, the Agency Office carries out mentoring activities and an evaluation process for IKPA work units regarding the implementation of the budget that has been provided by the Directorate General of Treasury which is integrated into Online Mentoring (OM) which will be realized in a form of measurement and describes the performance of the work unit regarding the quality of budget planning, the quality of the budget implementation process, and also the quality of the results of budget implementation. Based on the applicable law in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 195/PMK.05/2018, which contains Monitoring, Supervision and Evaluation regarding the Expenditure Budget Implementation process that has been implemented. The second regulation is Regulation of the Director General of Treasury Number PER-5/PB/2022 which discusses various Technical Instructions for Assessment of Performance Indicators for Ministry/Agency Budget Implementation. Abstract

This study aims to deepen knowledge about the importance of the concept of Social Media Marketing towards Brand Authenticity, as well as to build hypotheses related to consumer potential and managerial implications for marketing. Through an in-depth study of various existing literature, it can be concluded that Social Media Marketing have significant impact to Brand Authenticity. Objectives - This study aims to highlight the mediating role of Value Co-Creation between Social Media Marketing (eWOM, Trendiness, Social Support) and Brand Authenticity. The study conducted a survey of the general public with respondents who use social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter with a sample size of 302 using Google Form and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship hypothesis in the proposed model

Abstract

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of using e-wallets in digital transactions among students of the UMSU Sharia Business Management Study Program. With a qualitative approach, this field research describes phenomena related to e-wallets. The research results show that e-wallets are effective in facilitating student transactions, especially in terms of convenience, speed and security, even though there are challenges such as limited technological knowledge and technical problems. E-wallets are increasingly popular and are widely used for online transportation payments, e-commerce, and delivery services. Security, through a verification system, is also a major attraction for students.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Cianjur Regency Health Office. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the financial performance of the Cianjur Regency Health Office in 2022 to 2023 using the Value for Money method. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study consisted of Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the Head of the Finance Department related to the Accountability Statement Report (LKPJ). Meanwhile, Secondary Data was collected from literature relevant to this research. The results showed that the financial performance of the Cianjur Regency Health Office on the Economic Ratio in 2022-2023 was good. However, performance on the Efficiency Ratio and Effectiveness Ratio cannot be categorized as efficient and effective from several programs implemented.
