Abstract

This research aims to determine the Islamic business ethics implemented by MSMEs collecting Javanese Barokah chilies in Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency and the impact of implementing Islamic business ethics in increasing supplier customer loyalty to MSMEs collecting Javanese Barokah chilies, Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. To identify problems and answer research problems, this research uses qualitative research with a case study approach and purposive subject determination techniques. The data collection techniques for this research use active participatory observation, semistructured interviews and documentation. The results of the research concluded that: (1) MSME actors collecting Barokah Javanese chilies in Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency have implemented the 5 principles of Islamic business ethics in running their business, including: Unity Principle, Equilibrium Principle, Free Will Principle ( Free Will), Principle of Responsibility (Responsibility), Principle of Truth: Virtue and Honesty. (2) The impact of implementing Islamic business ethics in increasing supplier customer loyalty in MSME Java Barokah Chili Collectors, Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency, has seen customer loyalty expressed by supplier customers with the realization of service quality, customer satisfaction and perceived customer value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of free cash flow, audit quality, and earnings growth on earnings management with company size as a moderating variable. The data in this study uses discretionary accruals calculated using the modified jones model. This study uses consumer cyclicals and consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 to 2022 and uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression.The sample in this study amounted to 192 data and minus 1 data due to outliers, so that in this study the data used amounted to 191. The results of this study concluded that free cash flow and earnings growth have a negative effect on earnings management, while audit quality has a positive effect on earnings management. In addition, company size does not weaken and strengthen the effect of free cash flow and earnings growth on earnings management, but company size can weaken audit quality on earnings management.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of brand image, product reviews, and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Pixy cosmetics in Batam City. The utilized population consists of users who have used Pixy items, although the exact number is not yet known. The Lemeshow algorithm was used to count a total of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling strategy. Multiple linear regression models were used to test the data, along with data quality checks, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis tests. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis show that brand image influences purchasing decisions by 59.9%. Product reviews influence 24.3% of purchasing choices. Digital marketing influences 40.9% of purchasing choices. Test results using the coefficient of determination (R2) show that brand image, product reviews and digital marketing can explain up to 70.9% of the variation in purchasing choices. Furthermore, the t test and F test show that brand image, product reviews, and digital marketing both individually and together have a good and big influence on the decision to purchase Pixy cosmetics in Batam City.

Abstract

The success of a company is measured by how optimally it uses existing resources to achieve high productivity. This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation, work discipline and training have on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI. This type of research is quantitative research analyzed using statistics. The author is an employee of PT. IEI in the production operator section has a total population of 62 employees. The sample size uses a saturated sample by means of all members of the population being sampled. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25. This research resulted that the variables of work motivation, work discipline and training had a positive and simultaneous effect on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI. This is proven by the results of F calculated 59.747>2.76 (F calculated>F table) so that Ho4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation, work discipline and training simultaneously on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI.

Abstract

Understanding the impact of Halal awareness on consumer behavior is crucial in markets with high sensitivity to Halal standards, as it can significantly influence brand perception and purchasing decisions. Despite the increasing importance of Halal certification, there is limited research on how Halal awareness specifically affects brand image, consumer attitudes, and purchase decisions in the context of the Indonesian market. This study aims to explore these relationships for Mixue in Malang. Utilizing an explanatory research design and quantitative methods, data were collected from a sample of 175 respondents through a non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive techniques to interpret the relationships among the variables. The study finds a strong brand image positively impacts consumer attitudes toward the brand and encourages purchasing behavior. However, Halal awareness does not significantly affect consumer attitudes toward the brand or brand image directly. These insights underscore the complex interplay between Halal awareness, brand perception, and consumer behavior, highlighting the need for brands to enhance both Halal principles promotion and overall brand image to effectively drive consumer attitudes and purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research was done on purpose to help determining the marketing mix for purchasing decisions at the Tamansari Prospero Sidoarjo Apartment.This research is applied method of descriptive research using quantitative. Sampling used is the echnique of Non Probability Sampling through Accidental Sampling and then the samples used was 100 respondents. It also uses techniques of data collection by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis applied is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 statistical tools. The variables in this research contains of the independent variable, marketing mix (7P) and the related variable, namely decisions. purchase. The results indicated that the product, price, place, process variables partially have a positive and significant influence toward decision to purchase, but the promotion,people,and physical evidence do not have a significant influence toward decision to purchase the Tamansari Prospero Sidoarjo Apartment. Results Simultaneous research indicates that product, price, place, promotion, people, process and also physical evidence have a positive and significant influence toward purchasing decisions for Tamansari Prospero Sidoarjo Apartments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of Teamwork and Job Satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Dana Purna Investma in Samarinda. This type of research is quantitative. The time of this research is April-June 2024. The population in this study were 51 employees of PT Dana Purna Investama. The sample taken using saturated sampling technique and obtained as many as 51 employees. Data was obtained from respondents using Google Form. This data analysis uses SPSS 30 to test validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and teamwork and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Dana Purna Investama

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Education and Culture (DISDIKBUD) of East Kalimantan Province. The problems raised include whether the work environment and interpersonal communication have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, both individually and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through a survey involving 71 respondents of DISDIKBUD employees. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression statistical tests to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that work environment and interpersonal communication have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Statistical tests indicate that both variables, both individually and simultaneously have a significant impact on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination and the correlation coefficient indicate that variations in job satisfaction can be explained by both variables and show a strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of compensation on turnover intention on employees of the production department, a case study of a garment company in Bandung City. The research uses methods of qualitative analysis and data collection methods with interviews, documentation and library research. This research population is the whole of employees associated with a garment company in the city of Bandung. The validity and reliability tests in this study use triangulation. There are three processes of data analysis techniques: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The result of this study is that the analysis of compensation is a factor causing turnover intention. It can be said that compensation to employees of the production part of a garment company in Bandung City is in the bad category. Results have been obtained which indicate that the employee's current compensation is not sufficient to meet employee needs. This is because of the company's lack of attention in giving a fair and decent salary to every employee. Besides that the turnover intention on employees of the production part of a garment company in Bandung City is in the high category. The result was that as much as 70% (7 employees) had a desire to leave the company to get a better job. To conclude, the company has violated a number of state rules relating to fair pay rules that violate the Regulations of the Minister of Employment of the Republic of Indonesia No. 18 Year 2022 Article 2 Paragraph (1), and violates the accuracy of pay timing of section 61 of the Government Regulations (PP) No. 36 Year 2021 On Employment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of two crucial elements, namely Customer Experience and Price, on the purchasing decisions of Shopee users. Information technology and digital transformation have altered the way consumers interact with the market. E-commerce platforms have become the main foundation for this change, with Shopee as a key player illustrating this significant shift. The dramatic change in consumer behavior from conventional shopping to online shopping raises important questions about how customers interact with e-commerce platforms. Shopee, as an entity reflecting this dynamic, becomes the focus of research to understand the impact of Customer Experience and Price on consumer purchasing interest. The research method employed is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that Customer Experience and Price have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing interest of Shopee consumers.
