Abstract

With the growing evolution of social media, influencers have become an important intermediary between influencers and their audiences through the content they create, which can increase the role of social media as a marketing tool. The beauty industry faces challenges such as buyer disappointment after purchasing ']bnvc products reviewed by influencers, and the existence of influencers who accept endorsements of inauthentic products, causing losses to companies with genuine products and also deceiving their audiences by becoming a marketing medium for inauthentic products. Positive perceptions of the attractiveness of celebrity influencers have the potential to influence purchase intention. This research uses PSB Theory to analyze factors such as celebrity influencer's credibility, celebrity influencer attractiveness, attitude, virtual interactivity, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a basis for maximizing purchase intention through the factors of celebrity influencer's credibility, celebrity influencer attractiveness, attitude, virtual interactivity, brand awareness and brand loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital) on the financial distress of Sharia Business Units in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The dependent variable in this research is financial distress and the independent variable is the ratios in the RGEC health assessment including NPF, FDR, GCG, BOPO, ROA, NIM, and CAR. The results of this research show that NPF, FDR, GCG, BOPO, ROA, NIM, and CAR. has a significant effect on the occurrence of financial distress in Indonesian Sharia Business Units for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of product quality, product design, and brand image on customer satisfaction of Kniel Sports Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method, and data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression to test the influence of product quality, product design, and brand image on customer satisfaction. The results of the study demonstrate that these three variables simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, partially, product quality and product design influence customer satisfaction, whereas brand image does not affect customer satisfaction. These findings imply that Kniel Sports Indonesia needs to focus on strengthening the brand image while maintaining product quality and design innovation to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, brand image, and service quality on the repurchase intention of fast food halal products at McDonald’s. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing using the smartPLS inner model. The results show that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, as indicated by a t-statistic value of 3.162 and a p-value of 0.002. Brand image also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, with a t-statistic value of 5.026 and a p-value of 0.000. Additionally, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, with a t-statistic value of 6.865 and a p-value of 0.000. These findings suggest that improvements in green marketing, brand image, and service quality can increase consumers' repurchase intention for fast food halal products at McDonald’s. The practical implications of this research indicate that McDonald’s should focus on environmentally friendly marketing strategies, maintain a strong brand image, and enhance service quality to build customer loyalty and boost sales.

Abstract

To achieve profit, companies usually process raw materials into finished or semi-finished goods. Therefore, in this company, controlling and managing raw materials becomes an important factor influencing the smooth production process to achieve desired goals. Cow's milk is one of the popular agricultural products, and cheese is a dairy product consumed globally. PT Mazaraat Lokanatura Indonesia is a company that produces local Yogyakarta cheese and creamery products. The instability of organic milk quality from local farmers often negatively impacts the production process and the final quality of the company's British Cheddar Cheese products. This instability also affects raw material inventory planning, so the company must be more careful in maintaining the quality and quantity of organic milk stock to ensure optimal production. To address this issue, an analysis of raw milk inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was conducted. This research began with observations and identification of problems related to raw material inventory management that could affect production efficiency and operational costs. Then, data collection was conducted regarding the demand amount, order time, ordering cost, and milk storage cost. The research results show that the application of EOQ is proven effective in optimizing inventory costs. Using EOQ allows the company to manage the optimal order quantity, significantly reducing total ordering costs by decreasing the order frequency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. By using a quantitative approach. The population in the study were all workers at Cv. Siuk Body Repair and the research sample was 50 employee taken with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is data instrument test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, t-test and f-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that partially motivation, discipline and compensation have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of dicv siuk body repair. Based on the f test, the variables of motivation, discipline and compensation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at dicv siuk body repair.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of company growth, company size, capital structure, and return on equity on dividend policy. The population used in this study consists of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020-2022. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. The total sample size is 178 for the period 2020-2022. Outliers were removed from the sample, leaving 124 usable observations. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results show that company growth has a significant impact on dividend policy, while company size, capital structure, and return on equity do not have a significant effect on dividend policy for manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2022.

Abstract

Tax avoidance and tax aggressiveness are actions to reduce and manipulate the tax burden. This action is taken by many managers to maintain a good image of the company's financial statements. The existence of this tax avoidance and aggressiveness can create tax risks where this risk occurs due to the uncertainty of tax payments made by companies. This decision is not far from the action of profit management which is an activity of management intervention in the financial reporting process to external parties in order to achieve the company's profits. All of these activities can trigger company risks These corporate risks include various types of risks that occur in the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of tax avoidance, tax aggressiveness, tax risk, and earning management on corporate risk. In this study the population and research sample came from all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2021 period The study used a purposive sampling method with data from 46 companies so that the sample in this study amounted to 138 The testing method in this study uses multiple regression analysis The results of the study found empirical evidence that tax avoidance, tax aggressiveness, and earning management have no effect on corporate risk. Meanwhile, tax risk has an effect on the company's risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance, environmental performance, company age, and Islamic Governance Score on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) is an index of corporate social responsibility disclosure based on Islamic principles. The population of this study comprises Islamic banking companies listed on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. The total sample used in this study is 10 Islamic banking companies. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics and classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, Adjusted R2 test, F test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance has a significant effect on ISR disclosure, while financial performance, company age, and Islamic Governance Score do not affect ISR disclosure

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of convenience and trust on satisfaction and loyalty with Maxim transportation, with 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the research easily have a positive and significant effect on Maxim Transportation customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on Maxim Transportation customer satisfaction. Research findings reveal that the majority of respondents have used online transportation, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on maximal transportation loyalty.
