Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can affect Intellectual Capital, using the variables Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Value Added Capital Employee (VACA) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA). The number of samples used in the study using the purposive sampling method were 22 companies in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of data used is secondary in the form of published financial reports, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Value Added Capital Employee (VACA) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

The ability to manage finances effectively is crucial for students living away from home, as they must manage their own budgets while meeting various academic and personal needs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between financial literacy, lifestyle, and financial attitudes toward saving behavior among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur who live away from home. The research employs a quantitative approach with variable measurement using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving 98 respondents. Hypotheses were tested using SmartPLS software. The results show that financial literacy contributes to saving behavior decisions among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur, lifestyle contributes to saving behavior decisions, and financial attitudes also contribute to saving behavior decisions among these students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explore the influence of two key factors, namely Perceived Overqualification and Work Stress, on employee Innovative Work Behavior and Turnover Intention in the context of logistics companies. In addition, this research considers the moderating role of Transformational Leadership in the relationship between Perceived Overqualification and Work Stress with Innovative Work Behavior and Turnover Intention. This research involved a survey of employees at a logistics company using a questionnaire, then the data collected was analyzed using quantitative methods with the population in this study involving 180 employees at a multinational logistics company that provides warehousing and distribution services in the Bekasi Regency area. The research results show that Perceived Overqualification and Work Stress have an influence on Turnover Intention. Apart from that, Transformational Leadership has been proven to moderate the relationship between Perceived Overqualification and Innovative Work Behavior. These results indicate that human resource management in logistics companies must consider Perceived Overqualification and Work Stress as important factors in promoting innovative work behavior that can reduce employee turnover intentions. This research has practical implications for logistics companies in developing more effective and efficient human resource management policies. Apart from that, this research also provides theoretical contributions in understanding the relationship between Perceived Overqualification, Work Stress, Transformational Leadership, Innovative Work Behavior and Turnover Intention in the context of logistics companies.

Abstract

This study aims to find evidence of the effect of CAR, NPF, NOM and FDR on profitability. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the financial statements of Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2015-2022. The sampling technique used uses saturated samples, where all members of the population are used as research samples. This study uses the strategy variables CAR (X1), NPF (X2), NOM (X3), FDR (X4), and ROA (Y). This study uses ECM analysis with the help of Eviews 12. The results show that X1 in the short term and long term has a positive and significant effect on Y, X2 in the short term has a negative and significant effect on Y while in the long term it has a negative and insignificant effect on Y, X3 has a positive and significant effect on Y, X4 has a positive and significant effect on Y.

Abstract

Indonesia is the fifth largest pearl exporting country in the world. One of the locations in Indonesia that produces pearls is the island of Lombok, which is already famous for the beauty of its pearls that attract the interest of the global export market. The pearl handicraft industry in Lombok, such as Toko Sinar Abadi Mutiara, is faced with a problem in the form of increased competition reinforced by the large number of physical and online stores selling pearl handicrafts with the presence of the MotoGP circuit in Mandalika. Despite the increased competition, the store has not utilized the e-commerce platform and has not fully adapted in terms of product innovation to changing consumer preferences, characterized by the release of new products only at the end of the year. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence product innovation simultaneously and the dimensions of product innovation on competitive advantage at Toko Sinar Abadi Mutiara. The quantitative approach was used in this study with questionnaires distributed through Google Form as a primary data source and analyzed using IBM SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that product innovation simultaneously and the 4 dimensions of product innovation have a positive influence on competitive advantage at Toko Sinar Abadi Mutiara, Mataram City.

Abstract

As productive economic enterprises owned by individuals or individual business entities, MSMEs are faced with the reality where digital technology is developing increasingly rapidly, which forces them to immediately carry out digital transformation to achieve business growth and sustainability. Investments in digital technology, from digital marketing to the use of e-commerce platforms, have become important to maintain the competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market. In carrying out digital transformation, MSMEs need to measure and assess the performance of digital investments by comparing the profits obtained from the investment against the costs incurred in the process of digitizing their business. This is the main challenge faced by MSMEs in measuring the effectiveness of their digital investments. This is where the concept of Return on Investment (ROI) becomes very relevant. In this research, it was found that calculating digital ROI requires careful planning and continuous evaluation so that MSMEs can make the right decisions regarding the technology they invest in, both short-term and long-term calculations. Increasing ROI requires a strategic approach that involves reducing costs, increasing revenue, monitoring performance, and utilizing technology and automation that is appropriate to the business being run, through a combination of digitalization strategies, product innovation, good customer service, operational efficiency, and creative marketing. By optimizing every element in investment, it is ensured that every rupiah invested provides maximum returns. By implementing these strategies, MSMEs can increase their competitiveness in the market, strengthen relationships with customers, to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of poverty and the human development index (HDI) on stunting in Indonesia. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data sourced from the Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey Report and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The objects of this study were 34 provinces in Indonesia with observations during 2019 - 2022. The analysis method used was panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) using the Eviews 12 analysis tool. The results of the study showed that there was no effect of poverty on stunting and conversely there was an effect of the Human Development Index (HDI) on stunting in 34 provinces in Indonesia..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of determining the type of ship and cargo in mediating the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on loading and unloading performance. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires via google form to 106 operators at Banten Port. Data is processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of the study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on ship and cargo type, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on ship and cargo type, ship and cargo type has a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading performance, ship and cargo type is able to mediate positively and significantly the influence of leadership on loading and unloading performance, ship and cargo type is able to mediate positively and significantly the influence of organizational commitment on loading and unloading performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to discover whether the Integrity, Esprit de Corps, Loyalty, Initiative, Corrective influence employee performance at Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for Eastern Sumatra. The type of the research is quantitative. Total population is 195 people from 4 work unit under subordinate of Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for Eastern Sumatra. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical tests, instrument quality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that integrity does not influence employee performance, while team spirit, loyalty, initiative, and corrective attitude do influence employee performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for Eastern Sumatra. Collectively, integrity, team spirit, loyalty, initiative, and corrective attitude influence employee performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for Eastern Sumatra

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of destination image, perceived value, and satisfaction on tourist loyalty at Lon Malang Beach, Sampang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with analysis using Structural Equation Modeling using the SmartPLS version 4 statistical program. In this study, the population used is not known for certain (infinite) and the sample used is tourists who visit Lon Malang Beach. This study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study obtained are that destination image has a strong influence on loyalty, but destination image has no effect on satisfaction. While perceived value also has no effect on loyalty, but perceived value has a strong influence on satisfaction. Likewise, satisfaction also has a positive effect on loyalty. So overall, destination image and perceived value play an important role in building loyalty and satisfaction at Lon Malang Beach in Sampang Regency, but the influence varies depending on the path tested. While satisfaction has a strong influence on tourist loyalty.
