Abstract

This research explores the potential for developing coffee agro-tourism in West Lampung as a strategy to enhance the local economy while supporting sustainability. Although West Lampung is known as one of the top coffee producers in Indonesia, the development of agro-tourism in this region still faces various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, lack of promotion, and minimal community participation. By using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study aims to identify key factors influencing the success of coffee agro-tourism and provide recommendations to address these challenges. The study indicates that the development of coffee agro-tourism has the potential to improve the economic well-being of the community by increasing income, creating jobs, and preserving culture and the environment. Therefore, policies that support the strengthening of human resources, infrastructure development, effective promotion, and community involvement in the development of agro-tourism in West Lampung are needed. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the government, local communities, and investors in designing more effective policies and programs for sustainable coffee agro-tourism development in this region.

Abstract

The author's background is the level of interest in entrepreneurship as seen throughentrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation and self-efficacy, all of whichhave not been categorized as good and meet the entrepreneurship interests of students atDarut Taqwa Sengonagung Vocational School. The formulation of the problem in thisresearch is how entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation influencesinterest in entrepreneurship through self-efficacy in Darut Taqwa SengonagungVocational School students.The aim of this research is to determine and analyze entrepreneurial educationvariables, entrepreneurial motivation which influences interest in entrepreneurshipthrough self-efficacy in Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Vocational School students.This research was conducted to determine "The influence of entrepreneurshipeducation, entrepreneurial motivation influences interest in entrepreneurship throughself-efficacy as an intervening study variable for students at Darut Taqwa SengonagungVocational School." The strategy used in this research is causal associative research witha quantitative approach, with questionnaires distributed as a collection technique. data.The sampling method uses purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique wherepeople are selected as samples according to the purpose of the research. The sample usedwas 105 respondents through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method usedin this research is Linear Explanatory. The results of the research state that the variablesEntrepreneurship Education and Self Efficacy have a negative and insignificant effecton Entrepreneurial Interest, while Entrepreneurial Motivation has a positive andsignificant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Financial literacy in Indonesia, especially in the context of sharia financial literacy, shows an alarming level. Financial literacy includes the ability to read, analyze, manage and communicate personal financial conditions. The World Bank survey places Indonesia in the third lowest ranking globally in terms of financial literacy, behind India and China. Data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) shows that in 2013 and 2016, only around 21.84% and 29.66% of the Indonesian adult population had adequate financial literacy, with the figure among MSMEs even lower, namely 18.71%. An OJK webinar in 2022 revealed that the sharia economic literacy index had only reached 23.3%, far below the national financial literacy index of 49%. This imbalance highlights the need for broader educational efforts to increase public understanding of Islamic financial products. Even though financial education is the key to increasing literacy, in Indonesia, financial education is still rare in schools and universities. Developed countries have actively promoted financial education, while big challenges still exist in Indonesia. In the Islamic context, financial literacy also includes understanding muamalah maaliyah law to ensure halal and fair transactions. This research aims to explore and understand aspects of sharia financial literacy and inclusion through a qualitative approach, with observations and literature reviews in Bekasi Regency. It is hoped that this research can provide in-depth insights and recommendations to increase sharia financial literacy and inclusion more effectively.

Abstract

Responsibility is a measure of how well government administrators exercise their authority in providing and delivering services according to established procedures and regulations. The National Treasury Service Office of Surabaya II can be considered responsible if it performs its duties to the best of its ability and utilizes all available resources effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze and describe the responsibility of the service performance of the National Treasury Service Office of Surabaya II in the disbursement of State Budget funds. The research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The understanding of responsibility in fund disbursement services is good, as employees understand their responsibilities and work units find it easy to submit fund disbursement requests. 2) The delegation of authority corresponding to responsibility in fund disbursement services is excellent, as the authority granted is equivalent to the responsibility assigned. 3) Performance evaluation in fund disbursement services is good, as regular evaluations are conducted with the aim of making improvements in the future. 4) Accurate, fair, and timely actions in providing fund disbursement services are not yet optimal due to the instability of processing times experienced by work units. 5) The commitment of leadership in service delivery is strong, as leaders are committed to entrusting duties and responsibilities to their subordinates.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of consumer preferences, digital marketing, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationships among these variables. Data was meticulously collected through well-structured questionnaires distributed to a diverse group of respondents who had recently made purchases, ensuring a broad representation of consumer behavior. The analysis results indicate that the variables of consumer preferences, digital marketing, and lifestyle each have a positive and statistically significant effect on purchasing decisions. Specifically, consumer preferences play a pivotal role in shaping purchasing behavior, while digital marketing efforts effectively reach and engage target audiences. Additionally, lifestyle alignment with consumer trends further enhances the likelihood of purchase decisions. These findings suggest that businesses aiming to improve their sales performance should focus on enhancing consumer preferences through personalized offerings, employing effective digital marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences, and aligning products and services with the relevant consumer lifestyles. In conclusion, consumer preferences, digital marketing, and lifestyle are critical factors that businesses should strategically consider when developing comprehensive and effective marketing strategies to boost purchasing decisions and achieve sustained growth.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of public knowledge, awareness and attitudes towards halal medicines. The sample for this research was 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method in Yogyakarta. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via social media and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results showed that the variables of knowledge, awareness and attitude were 61.4% regarding the halalness of medicines. Meanwhile, other factors contributed 38.6%, the rest was influenced by other variables. So, the knowledge variable has an insignificant influence, while awareness and attitude have a positive and significant influence on the halalness of medicines. This shows that Muslim students tend to still have low knowledge regarding understanding the halal nature of medicines. Apart from that, awareness and attitude also have different positive influences on the halalness of medicines. These findings have implications for the government, pharmaceutical factories and related agencies to pay more attention to the halalness of medicines in an effort to maintain public health and public trust. On the other hand, this research also contributes to researchers in the pharmaceutical field by enriching the literature regarding factors that influence the halalness of medicines.

Abstract

Current technological developments occur in various sectors, one of which is marketing with increasing marketing activities carried out on social media such as Instagram. This is influenced by various factors such as the increase in internet users and the time each person uses the internet. In response to this development, as one of the transportation service providers, PT BST with one of its integrated products, namely Bhisa, uses Instagram social media to market its products and services. The use of Instagram with the username Bhisa.id is PT BST's effort to continue to compete with its competitors. This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities carried out by PT BST on brand awareness, brand image, EWOM, and commitment both directly and indirectly. This study uses a quantitative causal research method by testing survey data from 180 respondents of Bhisa.id Instagram followers. Testing in the study will use the SEM PLS model which will be tested using the Smart PLS 3 application. The results of the study show that the SMMA variable has a positive influence on brand equity consisting of brand awareness and brand image and has a positive and significant effect on customer responses, namely e-WOM and commitment. Furthermore, strong brand equity contributes positively to customer responses, such as E-WOM and commitment to the Bhisa brand. This study concludes that effective marketing strategies on social media, especially Instagram, can increase brand equity and, in turn, generate better customer responses. Abstract

The coal sector in Indonesia during 2018-2022 faced various challenges that had an impact on financial instability in companies, consequently affecting stock price fluctuations. The Covid-19 pandemic during 2019-2020 exacerbated the condition by causing a decline in stock prices. The principal objective of this study was to examine EPS and Current Ratio that influence stock price fluctuations in the coal mining sector on the IDX over that period. The quantitative method was selected as the research method, with data analysis conducted using the SPSS 27 software. In partial results demonstrated that both EPS and CR exert a positive influence on the stock prices. Furthermore, the simultaneous results indicated that EPS and CR also exert a significant simultaneous influence on the stock prices of coal mining sub-sector companies in IDX period 2018 to 2022.

Abstract

This study is based on the large public attention to investment, especially to investment instruments such as stocks. In addition, the trend of a healthy lifestyle that is currently popular and the health transformation carried out by the government make the shares of health sector companies interesting to pay attention to. This study was aims to analyze and determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously or partially on stock prices. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population used in this study were companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. There are 33 companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the number of selected company samples being 11 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange contained in the company's annual report. The variables tested in this study are Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and stock price. The data collection technique used in this study uses documentation techniques from the company's annual financial report. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression.The results of this study show that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Curretn Ratio (CR) Simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Net Profit margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Current Ratio (CR) partially have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Financial Management of Accounting Students at Dian Nuswantoro University. In this research, the data source used is primary data. The population of Accounting students at Dian Nuswantoro University class 2021/2022 semester 6 is 130 people and the sample obtained by this research is 120. Data analysis in this study used a multiple linear regression analysis model. The sampling technique used in this research used purposive sampling. The results of this study show that lifestyle has an effect on financial management and financial literacy has no effect on financial management.
