Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of influencers on Instagram social media, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Compass shoes among the people of Purwokerto. This research is a type of quantitative research with a research sample of 146 respondents who live in Purwokerto. The sampling method used is. Purposive Sampling, namely selecting respondents who are willing and meet the specified sample criteria. For data analysis, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used with the Smart PLS version 4.0 tool. The tests carried out include the outer model test to assess the validity and reliability of the construct, the inner model test to evaluate the relationship between latent variables, and hypothesis testing to test the significance of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that partially the brand image and product quality are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Compass shoes. On the other hand, influencers do not have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Compass shoes. These findings show that brand image and product quality factors are more dominant in influencing purchasing decisions than the influence of influencers on Instagram.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, teamwork, and work-life balance on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. The study population consists of 209 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used, resulting in 109 respondents who participated. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS version 4.0. The tests conducted include the Outer Model test; convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability tests. The Inner Model test includes hypothesis testing, r-square (R2), and goodness of fit. The Outer Model test is used to assess the validity and reliability of the research instruments. The Inner Model test is used to examine the relationships between the research constructs. Hypothesis testing is used to determine the significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership style and teamwork have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. These findings are expected to provide insights for the management of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto in improving employee performance through the development of appropriate policies. ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kerjasama tim, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 209 karyawan, dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga tidak seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, dan diperoleh 109 responden yang berpartisipasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat Smart PLS versi 4.0. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji Outer Model; confergent validity, discriminant validity, uji reliabilitas. Inner Model; uji hipotesis. r-square r2, goodness of fit. Uji outer model digunakan untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian. Uji inner model digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara konstruk penelitian. Uji hipotesis digunakan untuk menentukan signifikansi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim secara parsial memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengembangan kebijakan yang tepat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation alignment, the effectiveness of internal control, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on fraud based on the perceptions of government employees in the City of Kediri. The research was conducted across all sub-districts in the City of Kediri, resulting in 138 respondents responsible for managing the financial reports of the sub-districts, consisting of the Head of the Sub-District, the Sub-District Secretary, and the Sub-District Treasurer, based on predetermined sample characteristics. This quantitative study employs Structural SEM-PLS analysis technique using SmartPLS 4.0 as the analytical tool. The study's findings indicate that fraud can be suppressed through compensation alignment and effective internal management countermeasures. However, organizational culture and commitment did not show a significant effect on suppressing fraud in the government sector. These findings are expected to serve as a consideration for the government of the City of Kediri to detect and implement early preventive measures to minimize fraud in the public sector.

Abstract

Mazda is a Japanese car manufacturer that has been in Indonesia for a long time. Mazda had changed APM (Brand Holder Agent) several times, however, since being under the direction of PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia, Mazda's development in Indonesia has been increasingly positive. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subject is Mazda, and the object of research is Mazda's marketing communication strategy in increasing brand awareness in Indonesia. Researchers concluded that there are four categorizations of Mazda marketing carried out in Indonesia to increase brand awareness, including building customer trust, promotion through digital marketing, marketing communication, and building brand awareness through Mazda's philosophy. However, Mazda also has obstacles in marketing its products due to the small number of dealers it has in Indonesia and the high selling price of products compared to other Japanese car brands. This is because Mazda is aiming for a more exclusive target market which makes dealers only exist in big cities. The high selling price of Mazda products is also proportional to what is obtained in the product and the quality of the materials used above other Japanese car brands. This study suggests that Mazda collaborate more with a more premium nature so that it is comparable to the image Mazda has built

Abstract

The goal of this research is to look into the benefits, availability, and hazards of using QRIS effectively in Warmindo, near Muhammadiyah University in Surakarta. The research population consists of all QRIS subscribers in Warmindo near the UMS, as well as a random selection of 50 respondents. Data was collected using a random sample strategy and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results suggest that the benefits and convenience of use of the QRIS improve performance but have no meaningful influence on risk perception. These items will educate merchants and decision-makers on the value of benefits and access to the advancement of digital payment technology.

Abstract

PT Waroeng Batok Industry (WBI), a company engaged in the manufacture of wooden boards located in West Cilacap City, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, engagement and self-efficacy on employee performance of PT. Waroeng Batok Industry. This study used a questionnaire method as data collection. The sample selected using random sampling. Based on the criteria obtained 102 respondents. This study used the SPSS test tool, with the research methods used were descriptive statistical analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. The results showed that entrepreneurial leadership, engagement and self-efficacy had a positive effect on employee performance of PT. Waroeng Batok Industry. While Innovation did not affect employee performance of PT. Waroeng Batok Industry.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of locus of control, self efficacy and employee engagement on employee performance at the tourist attraction of Owabong Water Park Purbalingga. The study is a quantitative study using a total of 112 respondents of permanent employees at owabong water park purbalingga. The simple sampling technique used is the method of saturated samples. The analysis technique used in this study is using the SPSS Version 26 tool. The tests used in this study include the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicolinearity test, Heteroscadastisity Tests, Dual Linear Regression Analysis Tests and F and T Tests. The results of this study show that locus of control has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, self efficacy has a significant and positive impact on the employee's performance, employee engagement has a partial and significant effect on employees' performance, and locus Of Control, Self Efficiency and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a positive effect on Employees' performance. The practical implications of this study are the need for companies to focus on developing strategies and programmes that can increase employee engagement levels, thereby improving employee overall performance.

Abstract

Unloading is the process of removing the unit from the container, in the process it requires a tool, namely a pulplate, in the process there is often a failure of the unloading process that occurs this is due to the pulplate detaching from the wood so that the unit cannot be removed from the container under normal conditions. This study aims to analyze the strength of the screw patern in the pulplate connection with sengon wood using the tensile test method. The connection between pulplate and wood is an important aspect in wood construction, especially in structural applications. The tensile test method was used to evaluate the joint strength and performance of the patern screw under various tensile load conditions. This study was conducted by taking samples of pulplate and sengon wood connections that have been installed using a patern screw, and then subjected to a tensile force until they reach the point of failure. The analysis results will provide a better understanding of the strength of the connection between pulplate and sengon wood, as well as make it possible to optimize the screw patern design and improve the structural reliability of the connection. This research is expected to make an important contribution to the development of efficient and sustainable wood construction technology. The results showed that the new design was able to support a average load 1150.04 kg, compared to the old design which could only accommodate a average load 1115.39 kg. So we suggest changing the pullplate model currently in use and making new rules regarding pullplate installation which is expected to increase the reliability of the pullplate work function at PT XXX.

Abstract

This research aims to test knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on the performance of Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to obtain as complete information as possible regarding the influence of knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on employee performance through Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. The population of this study was 112 permanent employees of Owabong Park Purbalingga. The data analysis method used is SEM with the smart PLS version 3.0 tool. The tests used are outer model, inner model test, and hypothesis test. The results of this research show that knowledge sharing, team work and work skills have a significant positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates in depth how profitability, debt-to-asset ratio (leverage), business scale (firm size), and sales growth rate affect tax avoidance practices in companies listed in the LQ45 index during the period 2020 to 2023. Using quantitative methods and analyzing secondary data from 80 companies, the results of the study show that overall, these four factors significantly affect companies' decisions to avoid taxes. Data analysis in this study using the SPSS Statistics application. Furthermore, partial analysis of profitability and firm size has a significant negative and positive effect on tax avoidance, respectively. Meanwhile, leverage and sales growth do not have a significant effect. These findings provide a better understanding of the factors that drive LQ45 companies in Indonesia to engage in tax avoidance practices, as well as providing valuable contributions to the development of literature in this field.
