Abstract

The research sheds light on the implementation issues of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT), particularly the E-Warong program in Simulajadi Tanjung Balai Sub-District. It aims to understand the management practices of E-Warong and the background of discrepancies in the quantity of goods received by the community. The study concludes that the discrepancy between the quantity of goods and their corresponding value received by the community does not align with the funds allocated by the government, indicating discrepancies attributed to fraudulent practices by shop owners. This juridical-empirical study employs a living case studies approach followed by conceptual and statute approaches. Data collected through interviews and document analysis reveal discrepancies in the distribution of staple goods among BPNT recipients in Simulajadi Tanjungbalai.

Abstract

Mosques are places of worship for Muslims, so things that facilitate the implementation of worship and the character of the mosque must also be considered, so management is needed. The aim of the research is how to manage a mosque properly and in an orderly manner according to conditions, as well as the role of administrators in making the mosque prosperous. This research is a type of field research, the research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach or descriptive approach. The informants for this research consisted of heads of the Idarah, Imarah and Riayah fields. The research results show that mosque management does not really understand how mosques are managed, so that to optimize the role and function of mosques today, an organizational structure is needed to know how mosques actually function based on Islamic civilization, mosques are not just places for religious and cultural activities, but is an institution that is a place for developing Muslim communities and families, so that optimal training is needed for all members of the mosque organization in interpreting the true function and role of the mosque so that it can reduce problems in managing the mosque properly. The solution to the problem of mosque management is that it is hoped that the mosque management will know the duties and functions of each administrator, and that the management and the community will discuss every decision taken for the progress of the mosques in West Kisaran District, Asahan Regency

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the factors that influence reader loyalty to Trubus Agriculture Magazine amidst the dominance of online media. Even though print media faces big challenges from online media, its trust and credibility remain high. Using Uses and Gratification Theory as a theoretical framework, this research explores the influence of content quality, ease of access, and reader experience on reader loyalty. With a population of Trubus Agriculture Magazine buyers at the Trubus Yogyakarta Store, a research sample of 50 people was selected using purposive sampling. Simple regression analysis was carried out using SPSS 25. The research results showed a significant relationship between content quality, ease of access, and reader experience and reader loyalty to print media. These findings underscore the importance of these factors in retaining readers in the competitive digital era. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for the print media industry to understand reader preferences and strengthen their marketing strategies. Thus, this research makes an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of mass media in the current digital era.

Abstract

This research discusses the Umi Kartini Qur'an House in increasing effectiveness Learning Tilawatil Qur'an for Children in Indrakasih Village, Medan Tembung District Medan City, with the topic of leadership strategies for improving effectiveness of learning at the Umi Kartini Qur'an House in increasing interest in learning reading the Koran to children in Indrakasih Village, Medan City and the implications of the Qur'an House Umi Kartini in increasing interest in learning to read the Koran among children in the village Indrakasih Medan City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and is descriptive-analytical in nature. Jacob (Marshall, 1999) describes six types of qualitative methods, namely Human Ethology (human ethology), Holistic Ethnography, Cognitive Anthropology, Ethnography Communication, Symbolic Interaction (Symbolic Interaction), Environmental Psychology (Ecology Psychology). The aim of the research. First, want to know the strategy the head of the Umi Kartini Qur'an House in increasing interest in learning to read the Koran in children in Indrakasih Village, Medan City. Second, I want to know the implications of the Qur'an House Umi Kartini in increasing interest in learning to read the Koran among children in the village Indrakasih Medan City.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of manager-employee interpersonal communication and organizational communication climate on the performance of Generation Z employees at the Bangko Pratama Tax Office. The census technique was utilized involving the entire population of Generation Z employees at the Bangko Pratama Tax Office as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze data obtained from 53 respondents. The research findings indicate a positive and significant influence between manager-employee interpersonal communication and organizational communication climate with the performance of Generation Z employees at the Bangko Pratama Tax Office. The regression coefficient value for manager-employee interpersonal communication is 0.487, and for organizational communication climate is 0.378. Statistical tests also demonstrate that collectively, manager-employee interpersonal communication and organizational communication climate have a significant impact on the performance of Generation Z employees. Enhancements in manager-employee interpersonal communication and organizational communication climate would enhance the performance of Generation Z employees. Overall, 78.1% of the variance in the performance of Generation Z employees can be explained by manager-employee interpersonal communication and organizational communication climate, while the remaining 21.9% is explained by other unanalyzed variables in this study

Abstract

The role of taxes is very important in the administration of the government and the draft of the State Budget (APBN), this is because taxes are the largest source of state revenue, which contributes 80% of total state revenue. Therefore, the government does many ways to optimize tax revenue and taxpayer compliance. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax digitalization, tax amnesty, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo. This research was conducted by quantitative methods and used primary data objects obtained from the distribution of questionnaires as many as 100 respondents. The object of research is a non-employee individual taxpayer registered at KPP Surabaya Mulyorejo. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression was used with the help of SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that tax digitalization did not affect the compliance of non-employee individual taxpayers registered at KPP Surabaya Mulyorejo. Tax amnesty has a positive effect on the compliance of non-employee individual taxpayers registered at KPP Surabaya Mulyorejo. Tax sanctions have no effect on the compliance of non-employee individual taxpayers registered at KPP Surabaya Mulyorejo.

Abstract

In meeting the needs and everything that the community wants, it is not surprising that there are branches of the Education Office including in Malang and Batu. This is because in addition to a wide geography it is also to provide easy access for all groups. Of course, it is not easy if it is not accompanied by good performance from existing employees, therefore this study will discuss development strategies for employee performance at branch offices. Research methods use qualitative or field. The results obtained by the branch office of the education office in Malang are three, namely Batu, Malang City and Malang Regency. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of institutional ownership, liquidity, and leverage on financial distress. The data for this study were obtained from the Annual Financial Reports published by Telecommunication Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2021. A total of 72 telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021 were sampled using this technique. Applying analytical methods, such as logistic regression approach in statistical testing, the research findings indicate that the combined effect of leverage, liquidity, and institutional ownership on financial distress is 42.8%. Institutional ownership influences Financial Distress to some extent. Financial Distress is not affected by the Liquidity variable. There is no impact of leverage on financial distress. Institutional ownership, liquidity, and leverage variables can explain 42.8% of the Financial Distress variable, while other variables not included in the study explain the remaining 57.2%, according to the coefficient of determination (R2) value of the study, which is 0.428.

Abstract

First of all, technology is developing a number of advanced, convenient features at an ever-increasing pace. In this era of digitalization, many human tasks can be completed in a short time. Like Islamic preaching, Islam as Rahmatan Lil Alamin's religion must of course be adaptive and inclusive in facing the forces of globalization. The Tiktok application is one of several new media being produced, taken for granted by Indonesian society, and has both beneficial and detrimental impacts. The millennial generation, which is prone to anxiety about the uniformity of modernization, is starting to feel the negative impact of Tiktok, a new media platform that provides entertainment, education and information. Ustad Syukri Albani, one of the preachers, added further meaning to this application. This research examines how preacher Ustad Syukri Albani formulates his preaching strategy on social media Tiktok and how he uses da'wah rhetoric as the main means of conveying his preaching there. This is achieved by combining content analysis studies with qualitative research methodology. Research shows that Ustad Syukri Albani's preaching rhetoric which can be seen on social media is one of the main variables that determines how individuals behave in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of the problems of Islamic Religious Education taught in non-Islamic educational institutions. Learning Islamic Religious Education in schools is a basic learning that students must learn. However, many students are bored and take part in PAI learning in the classroom. Even though the hope is that Islamic Religious Education is able to encourage students to behave and have good ethics. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that adopts a descriptive model from literature studies. The analysis process uses content analysis methods, with the main focus on various journals that discuss challenges in Islamic religious education in various schools in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that PAI problems in schools are caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are caused by school management, education, facilities and infrastructure, and based on the curriculum. While the external factors are caused by the low interest in learning students and the mini-motivation to learn.
