Dawatuna: Journal of Communication and Islamic Broadcasting is a peer-reviewed national journal on communication, dakwah, broadcasting, education and Islamic studies managed by Institut Agama Islam Nasional (IAI-N) Laa Roiba Bogor in cooperation with Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah (MES) and Intelectual Association for Islamic Studies (IAFORIS) . This journal focused on communication, dakwah, broadcasting, education, and Islamic studies through the publication of articles, research reports, and book reviews. The Journal is published The Journal is published four time a year on January, April, July, and October. The aim of the journal is to disseminate the communication, dakwah, broadcasting, and Islamic studies researches done by researchers. Specifically, the journal will deal with topics, including but not limited to: Broadcasting, Communication, Dakwah & Islamic propagation, Islamic education, Islamic studies, Islamic education, and other related issues. Da'wah is an activity of inviting and influencing people towards the straight path wisely in accordance with God's commands. This is done for every individual and community to want to improve themselves by doing good deeds and deepening the teachings of the Islamic religion. Da'wah must be carried out by people who are intelligent, civilized and have noble character. Da'wah media continues to evolve by following technology which is becoming more advanced day by day, one of the media used for preaching is social media. You Tube, Instagram, and Tik Tok are examples of social media that are currently widely used by preachers to preach. Husain Basyaiban is one of the young preachers who uses social media as a medium for his preaching. The preaching delivered by Husain had an influence on readers and viewers, because it was packaged well using simple language and strong arguments so that it was easy for his followers to understand. Therefore, researchers are interested in analyzing the preaching methods used by Husain. This research focuses on the da'wah methods and social media used by Husain Basyaiban. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach using the netnographic method where primary sources were obtained from posts and videos uploaded by Husain Basyaiban and secondary data sources were obtained from previous journals and articles. With data collection techniques by means of online documentation and observation. From the results of this research, it was found that Husain used da'wah methods which were categorized into three methods, namely the Al-Hikmah, Mauidzotul Hasanah, and Mujjadi methods. Then there is the development of Husain's social media at this time, with the username kadamsidik for 168 thousand subscribers on You Tube, the username basyasman for 1.9 million followers on Instagram, as well as the username @kadamsidik00 for 6 million followers and also 327.1 million likes on all videos which was uploaded from the beginning of 2020 until now on September 24 2023 on Tik Tok. Researchers hope that this research can be studied and researched more deeply by other researchers, both with other methods and objects.

With current developments, everyone can access information via the internet. One of them is by using social media in everyday life, namely the TikTok application. Ustadzah Oki SetianaDewi uses TikTok to preach by producing content that follows current viral trends. His preaching style is characterized by his soft speech, simple but easy to understand and understand, and interesting. The video content presented by Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi can attract the attention of the public, especially youth so that it can improve moral quality in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research aims to find out Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi in using the TikTok application as a medium for preaching to encourage people to do good things in accordance with the commands of Allah SWT. As a result of this research, researchers used descriptive analysis, and the results of this research also used regression test variables, coefficient tests, multiple linear, correlation and determination. Because the results of this research show a high level on Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi's TikTok account, which currently has 1.9 million followers, 28.2 million likes and 1403 videos. Therefore, Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi's TikTok account provides many benefits and good examples for her followers. In this way, many people apply the good things conveyed by Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyse how employee behaviour in the face of organisational change is moderated by management support. This research understands how management support factors can moderate the relationship between employee change behaviour and its impact on the organisation The research design uses a quantitative approach through a survey. The unit of analysis in this research is employees and teaching staff at Bina Darma University with a total of 73 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out with the SEM-PLS approach to test the hypothesis. The results of data analysis show that there is a negative influence between employee behaviour on organisational change of 0.188 and statistically significant because the t-count value is 1.318 (smaller than 1.96). There is a positive influence of management support on organisational change by (0.00). There is a weak moderating effect on organisational change with a value of 0.188. The managerial implications of this study can provide guidance for the management of private universities in improving management support, encouraging management to more actively communicate with employees during the organisational change process. It also underlines the importance of managerial training in dealing with organisational change and identifying barriers to change that may arise. The results of this study can also help the management team in developing a more effective change strategy, Bina Darma University can increase the level of em-ployee satisfaction and performance, and ultimately improve the overall efficiency of the organisation in the future

Communication patterns in the family are the key to maintaining good relationships between parents and children. Lack of communication intensity during long distance relationships makes communication less effective. Therefore, researchers want to research how long-distance communication patterns between children and parents maintain family relationships. This research aims to find out how long-distance communication patterns between children and parents maintain family relationships (Study of 2019 FISIP UNSIKA Students from Outside Karawang). The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research can be concluded that the communication patterns used by the six informants between children and parents when having long distance relationships are liberating, authoritarian and democratic communication patterns. Researchers also link the interaction approach theory, which in this theory has 4 assumptions used in maintaining long distance relationships. When communicating long distance, these six informants apply primary and secondary communication patterns. This can be seen from the results of research with the six informants that they communicate using verbal symbols, namely in the form of language, to express words, and chat via telephone and using the WhatsApp chat feature and media. video calls. Gastronomy tourism is an important aspect of the tourism industry which is able to attract the attention of visitors from various corners of the world. One of the special foods that stands out in Palembang is pempek, especially Pempek 26 Ilir. This research aims to reveal the potential gastronomic of Pempek 26 Ilir Palembang as the main attraction for tourists. The theories used are Symbolic Communication Theory and Tourist Experience Theory. The research method used involved surveys, interviews, and direct observation of visitors and owners of pempek culinary businesses in the Pempek 26 Ilir area. The research results show that Pempek 26 Ilir has a strong appeal in various gastronomic aspects. The unique taste and texture of pempek, as well as the variety of cuko (gravy) and accompaniments, make visitors come back again to enjoy this dish. Apart from that, the local culinary potential and the pempek raw materials quality are also added value to the culinary experience. The comfortable atmosphere of the stall, the closeness between the owner and visitors, as well as various special promotional programs also enrich the gastronomic experience of tourists. The potential gastronomic attraction of Pempek 26 Ilir Palembang can be a basis for related parties to develop and promote culinary tourism in Palembang. Thus, it can increase tourist visits and contribute to the local economy.

Communication in the world of education and learning is a very important element and has a big role for success in the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The role of communication between teachers and students in pesantren, this communication must also use clear language. Character building in boarding schools through a good and consistent environment plays an important role in shaping the character of good students for the future. As for 1). To find out the communication strategy in fostering character in students of Miftahul-Huda Islamic Boarding School Bogor. 2). To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of character building for students of Miftahul-Huda Islamic Boarding School Bogor. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques used are in-depth interview techniques and documentation. The analysis technique uses data reduction analysis, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results of this study show first that the communication strategy in fostering the character of students can be seen from special programs (Tahsin and tahfidz, Yellow Book Studies and Foreign Languages). Second, the supporting factors are: Infrastructure facilities and education management of Miftahul-Huda Islamic Boarding School in Bogor. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of santri character development through communication strategies, namely: The background of the students, the educational background of the students and the ability of the students to understand the learning at the Miftahul-Huda Islamic Boarding School in Bogor.

Illustration creativity has a very important role in conveying da'wah messages. The person who preaches must have an interest in illustrating so that in the future his preaching can be accepted, interesting, more effective and efficient. The aim of this research is to find out how the creativity of the illustrator on the @qomikin Instagram account influences the interest in preaching of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, class of 2019. Data was collected using a digital Google Form questionnaire instrument totaling 30 statements which were declared valid. based on the results of the validity test with the smallest r value of 0.300 > 0.207 (r table). Based on the results of the reliability test, it is known that the Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.945 > 0.6 is declared reliable. The results of the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained a significance value of 0.200 > 0.05 so it can be said that the residual values of variables X and Y are normally distributed. In the homogeneity test, results were obtained with a Sig value. 0.827 is greater than 0.05, then the variance of the population is the same or homogeneous. The results of the simple linear regression test in the Output Coefficients table above, in the Sig column. obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the creativity of the illustrator on the @qomikin Instagram account on the interest in preaching of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, Class of 2019. So it can be concluded that The creativity of the illustrator on the Instagram account @qomikin has an influence on the interest in preaching of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, Class of 2019.

Globalization makes foreign popular culture contact Indonesia. Such cultural assimilation is consciously or unconsciously accepted and spread in society. Hallyu is a word that refers to the international spread of Korean popular culture in various countries around the world. The Korean Wave is the spread of Korean popular culture through entertainment products such as K-drama and K-POP. This causes the congregation to engage in excessive consumerism, which is discouraged in Islam. KPOP culture is often associated with consumption, as money is regularly spent on KPOP merchandise over a period of time. which method used is qualitative and descriptive, aims to study consumption behavior K-Pop and K-Drama fans related to the Korean Wave phenomenon. The survey results show that the majority of respondents agree that the behavior of people who frequently buy their idol's products is included in consumer behavior.

This study aims to determine the communication pattern of village head leadership in efforts to foster the younger generation of coral cadets in Serambi Village, Jarai District, Lahat Regency. The theories used in this research are Behavioral Theory and ERG Motivation Theory. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach, then the object of research was in Serambi Village, Jarai District, Lahat Regency. While the subjects of the study were village heads, community leaders, cadet reefs and the community. The result of this study is that there are three kinds of communication patterns of village heads in fostering the younger generation of coral cadets in Serambi Village, namely, personal communication, group communication, and mass communication. There are several ways that the village head has done to improve the moral development of the younger generation of coral cadets, namely: (1) Join the Karang Taruna Organization. (2) Weekly payroll. (3) Learning and being with the children of Serambi Village. (4) August 17 activities. (5) Mutual aid. (6) Eat together after the activity. (7) Sharing with others.
