Abstract

This research aims to find out how management leadership works in the school environment. The research locus in this research is the Darul Mujtaba Unggulan Ibtidaiyah Madrasah (MINDA). The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the qualitative data analysis model from Miles and Huberman. The research results show that Darul Mujtaba is an Islamic boarding school located in Kendalpayak village, Pakisaji subdistrict, Malang, East Java. This school was founded in 2022 to provide its students with formal Islamic education. Students learn the Koran using the UMMI method. Teachers use open modules in preparing learning activities in class. Literacy programs are carried out every day. However, even though it has various advantages, every educational institution certainly has disadvantages. The lack of leadership at Darul Mujtaba Madrasah Ibtidaiyah includes the lack of books in the library, the lack of a special room for the principal, 20% of the teaching staff have not graduated from Bachelor's degree, and the learning tools and technology have not been implemented optimally. Apart from that, another characteristic of Madrasah Unggul Darul Mujtaba Ibtidaiyah is its unique vision and mission. To achieve this vision, Madrasah Darul Mujtaba Unggulan Ibtidaiyah has indicators for achieving this vision, including the realization of noble morals; the realization of skilled and professional educators and education personnel; creating intelligent graduates.

Abstract

A learning method is a set of strategies, techniques, and approaches used in the teaching and learning process to help students understand and master the subject matter. The scope of learning methods includes various aspects of the learning process, such as curriculum design, selection and use of learning media, subject matter development, learning evaluation, and classroom management. The scope of learning methods includes (1) facilities/tools, (2) students, and (3) teaching materials/study materials. Therefore, a good understanding of the scope of learning methods is essential for teachers, curriculum developers, and other educational practitioners to improve the quality of the learning process and achieve the desired learning goals.

Abstract

Dewasa ini pendidikan Islam dihadapkan pada tantangan yang sangat komplit, belum sepenuhnya kita menguasi dan sukses di era industri 4.0, kini pendidikan Islam dikejutkan dengan munculnya era society 5.0 yang tidak memberikan pilihan lain harus dihadapi dan menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam dunia pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana tantangan pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi society 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menelaah buku, teks, dan sumber premier maupun skunder. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan content analysis untuk mengekplorasi tantangan pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi society 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapendidikan Islam harus 1) memiliki kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah, kemampuan untuk bisa berfikir secara kritis, dan kemampuan untuk berkreativitas;2) melakukan inovasi pendukung seperti pengembangan SDM, sarana dan prasarana pendidikan berbasis digital, pola pengajaran kovensional ke arah yang modern (kombinasi), dan 3) membiasakan diri melaksanakan permbelajaran berbasis digital untuk memperkaya informasi dan percepatan proses pembelajaran pada peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan yang ditimbulkan di era society 5.0.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Al-Qur'an learning is managed in developing students' affectivity using the demonstration method at SMP Perjuangan and Integrated Informatics Depok, West Java. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection tools through interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis uses reduction, data presentation and verification. The sample or what is called the main informant in this research are Al-Qur'an teachers. The results of this research show that learning management in developing students' affectivity using the demonstration method is as follows: 1) Learning planning for the Al-Qur'an program is planned for daily, weekly and semester activities, where each meeting will be filled with tahsin and tahfizh material. In accordance with the learning targets, the target for learning the Al-Qur'an is 2 juz for 3 years, where in the first year and second year it is used to memorize and in the third year to repeat memorization. 2) organizing tahfidz is dividing a group of students into three parts. In each Al-Qur'an group there is one Qur'an teacher and students. grouped based on students' ability to read when they first enter school or during the entrance exam for new students. 3) Implementation of learning activities begins with an opening, greeting, prayer and providing motivation before entering the core material that you want to convey. The opening activities include maintaining etiquette when studying, preparing learning tools, praying, taking attendance, providing motivation and notifying the learning targets you want to study at each meeting. 4) Evaluation in daily teaching and learning activities is only a memorization deposit at the end of the session, apart from that there is a mid-semester exam and final semester exam in the form of a practical exam in reading the Al-Qur'an and a memorization exam in the form of connecting verses. 5) 5) Students' affective development is carried out by providing demonstrations in accordance with the learning material. Some teachers have done it, but some teachers still have not implemented this method.

Abstract

Class VIII-C student learning outcomes experience classical mastery. This is motivated by how active students are and how extensive understanding of the material impacts learning outcomes. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of the Make a Match model to learning aqeedah morals can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII-C Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Jambi City. This type of research is classroom action research. The class that was used as the class under study was class VIII-C as a whole the students in that class. Data collection techniques using multiple choice questions, interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of applying the Make a Match learning model, it is categorized as very good. This can be seen from the scores of student learning outcomes after the learning process in each cycle has increased. Based on the learning outcomes scores obtained by students from cycle I, the average value was 73,3 or 17 students had completed learning, cycle II had an average score of 86,3 or 27 students had completed learning. So it can be concluded that the average increase in learning outcomes after the application of the Make a Match learning model that occurs from cycle I to cycle III is 79.8, which means that through the application of the Make a Match learning model it is able to improve learning outcomes to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan kebahasaan yang digunakan dalam menafsirkan al-Qur'an dengan menyoroti hubungannya dengan pendidikan Islam. Bahasa dalam al-Qur'an diartikulasikan melalui dimensi-dimensi yang melibatkan: (1) Aspek Dunia; (2) Aspek Metafisik; (3) Aspek Adikodrati; (4) Aspek Ilahiyah; dan (5) Aspek Lintas Ruang-Waktu, yang semuanya memiliki relevansi dengan pendidikan agama Islam. Tulisan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan stusi pustaka dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis informasi dari sumber-sumber yang relevan.Pendekatan pertama mencakup pemahaman kosa kata di setiap ayat sebagai upaya untuk memperkaya perbendaharaan bahasa dan pemahaman kebahasaan pembaca tafsir, yang menjadi bagian integral dari pendidikan keagamaan. Pendekatan kedua, yaitu pendekatan kontekstual, menitikberatkan pada pemahaman konteks pembaca (penafsir) teks al-Qur'an. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, aspek kontekstualitas menjadi penting karena mencerminkan latar belakang sosial historis di mana teks muncul dan diproduksi, yang dapat membentuk pemahaman keagamaan siswa. Kesimpulan dari pendekatan ini dapat dihubungkan dengan konteks pembaca (penafsir) dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, dengan mempertimbangkan pengalaman budaya, sejarah, dan sosial mereka. Gerakan pemahaman makna teks berlangsung dari bawah ke atas, dari praksis (konteks) menuju refleksi (teks), yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pemahaman keagamaan yang lebih mendalam dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Kelima macam konteks, yaitu pertama, “konteks sosio-kultural”, kedua, “konteks eksternal” (konteks pembicaraan), ketiga “konteks internal” (hubungan antarbagian teks), keempat, “konteks linguistik” (struktur dan hubungan antarkalimat), dan kelima, “konteks bacaan” (penakwilan), menjadi gerbang penting dalam menjelajahi makna teks al-Qur'an dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.
