The journal Garasi Buku and Obrolan Keilmuan (Journal Sibook) covers a wide range of topics within the fields of education, social issues, and religion. Poligami merupakan fenomena dalam kehidupan manusia yang sudah terjadi sejak zaman terdahulu. Hadirnya Islam di tengah-tengah umat membuatnya juga ikut mengatur dan menawarkan hukum sebagai upaya pengendalian sosial yang agama sumbangkan, selain juga sebagai jawaban dari masalah yang terjadi pada individu manusia. Sehingga poligami lebih tepat dikatakan tanggung jawab, beban, atau solusi yang menjadi jalan keluar dari suatu masalah pada situasi dan kondisi tertentu. Pernyataan poligami merupakan sunnah atau anjuran agama jelas tak mendasar, karena tidak ditemukan dalil yang menyatakannya. Upaya menghiasi kecenderungan dan keinginan diri pribadi dengan balutan syariat atau hukum agama, sejatinya telah merendahkan ajaran agama yang begitu luhur dan agung, bersumber dari Allah guna mengatur manusia menuju kemaslahatan dan kebahagiaan yang paripurna.

Sebuah ritual dikatakan sarat spiritual adalah karena pengaruh yang didapatkan para pengamalnya. Tawasul pada sebagian kalangan muslim menjadi bagian penting dari sebuah doa dalam permohonan dan munajat yang disenandungkan kepada Allah. Menjadi jembatan penyambung atas pemenuhan hajat. Tawasul lebih tepat dinilai sebagai anugerah untuk manusia guna berjalan menuju keharibaan Tuhannya. Kontroversi yang kemudian lahir dari persoalan tawasul tidak substansial. Rupa dari sebuah ritual tidak semestinya menimbulkan perselisihan. Tauhid yang lurus dan sejalan dengan tuntunan agama menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan. Musyrik atau tidaknya seseorang terletak pada keyakinan akan wasilah yang menjadi perantara dirinya dan Allah. Melestarikan ritual agama adalah juga dengan menjaga makna dari keringnya serangkaian ibadah tanpa ruhaniah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran supervisi pengawas madrasah dalam memahami kompetensi supervisor dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan dilakukan di 12 madrasah binaan di Kecamatan Lakbok hingga bulan Juni 2022. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma guru terhadap pengawas awalnya negatif, tetapi mengalami perubahan positif setelah dilakukan intervensi berupa pendekatan yang lebih kolaboratif, bimbingan, dan komunikasi yang lebih baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif antara guru dan pengawas dalam menciptakan sinergi yang mendukung proses pembelajaran.

This article discusses one of the procedures of the Prophet Muhammad in developing the Islamic religion or what is usually called Da'wah. Knowledge about this da'wah can lead humans to become people who invite society toward the Creator. The number of people who want to show the true path of Islam alienates people from it, this cannot be separated from their level of understanding of the Prophet's preaching of Islam. The purpose of this article is to reveal the verses of the Qur'an about the preaching of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, how it is actualized today, and what ideology these verses want to instill. The research method applied by the author in this paper is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results obtained by the author from the research that has been carried out are that there is an actualization of the Prophet Muhammad's preaching which leads to the preaching of love or preaching with a loving approach and the ideology of preaching that is attempted to be instilled in these preaching verses is the ideology of preaching.

This study aims to explain the efforts of supervisors in improving teacher professionalism through clinical supervision in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Clinical supervision is a form of service provided by school / madrasah supervisors to teachers who face difficulties or problems in learning, with the principle of supervisory operational assistance to teachers in learning, not orders or instructions. This study used a qualitative approach with a focus on six MI teachers who were selected deliberately using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected to analyze teachers' experiences and perceptions of clinical supervision and its impact on their professional ability to teach. The results showed that professional supervisors have an important role in providing guidance and coaching to teachers. With the help of supervisors, teachers can overcome the problems at hand, and become more independent, creative, motivated, and innovative in their teaching tasks. Thus, professional supervisors contribute to improving the quality of education in madrasas. Some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of clinical supervision include conducting studies on teacher needs and problems, involving teachers in the analysis of supervision materials, preparing technical guidelines for clinical supervision, using a collaborative approach, and applying the concept of Quality Assurance (QA) in supervisory tasks. It is hoped that this recommendation can increase the effectiveness of clinical supervision in improving the professional ability of teachers in other madrasahs.

Polygamy is a phenomenon in human life that has occurred since ancient times. The presence of Islam in the midst of the ummah makes it also regulate and offer law as an effort to control socially that religion contributes, as well as as an answer to problems that occur in individual humans. So that polygamy is more accurately said to be a responsibility, a burden, or a solution that is a way out of a problem in certain situations and conditions. The statement that polygamy is a sunnah or religious recommendation is clearly baseless, because there is no evidence that states it. Attempts to decorate personal tendencies and desires with sharia or religious law have actually demeaned religious teachings which are so noble and noble, originating from Allah in order to direct human beings towards plenary benefit and happiness

A ritual is said to be spiritually laden because of the influence it has on its practitioners. Tawasul in some Muslim circles is an important part of a prayer in supplication and munajat that is hummed to Allah. Become a connecting bridge for the fulfillment of desires. Tawasul is more accurately assessed as a gift for humans to walk towards the presence of their Lord. The controversy that later emerged from the tawasul issue was not substantial. The appearance of a ritual should not cause disputes. Monotheism that is straight and in line with religious guidance is important to pay attention to. Whether a person is polytheistic or not lies in his belief in the ware who mediates between him and Allah. Preserving religious rituals is also preserving the meaning of a series of worship without spirituality.

This study aims to illustrate the role of supervision of madrasah supervisors in understanding the competence of supervisors in an effort to improve the quality of education. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and was conducted in 12 assisted madrasahs in Lakbok District until June 2022. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the paradigm of teachers towards supervisors was initially negative, but experienced positive changes after interventions in the form of more collaborative approaches, guidance, and better communication. These results demonstrate the importance of effective communication between teachers and supervisors in creating synergies that support the learning process.
