Abstract

The role of the tour guide is very important and very much determines the success of the tourists who will visit. With a professional tour guide, tourists who visit will bring a good impression. A good guide is the one who usually guides and takes tourists to tourist objects by paying attention to charm, courtesy and honesty. For this reason, tourist visits feel at home or not apart from objects, but what is equally important is the role of tour guides. A tour guide is a person in charge of providing guidance, information and directions on attractions or dimensions. However, during the covid-19 epidemic, the world of tourism suffered a heavy blow where all tourism sectors were severely affected which in turn would affect the Tour Guide. Therefore, the tour guides are required to be more creative and innovative by contributing all their thoughts so that they can survive in the covid-19 epidemic situation. Tour guides cannot be separated from the world of Air Transportation, because in the Tanjung Pinang City Tour Guide Capacity Building, resource persons provide material about Travel & Airlines Terminology from the perspective of the world of tourism. Thus, it can increase the understanding of tour guides about the world of aviation, so as to be able to provide satisfying services to tourists.

Abstract

The targets in this PkM activity are our partners, namely DTKJ, policy-making agencies and the public using transportation so that it can run more optimally. Transportation is a very important and strategic tool in accelerating the wheels of the economy, strengthening unity and integrity and affecting all aspects of national and state life. In Jakarta, the unresolved transportation problem is congestion, especially at certain points which are meeting centers from various directions, so it is very important to have signposted intersections to avoid conflicts that occur on the roads. Therefore, it is necessary to have a more in-depth study in determining the capacity of the road, the length of the vehicle queue, the estimated traffic volume, and the level of road service. Therefore, an assessment was carried out using the Vissim software where the assessment can be carried out with 3D simulation which will make it easier to analyze a road section and be able to find out the actual conditions that occur on that road segment. This PkM activity succeeded in introducing Socialization of the use of Vissim software which has not widely known by many people and providing an understanding of what Vissim simulation.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Tourism in Pangandaran was at a loss and even threatened to go bankrupt, the surrounding community who previously supported families from the tourism sector were forced to weaken their economy because they followed the rules for the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). Eco Enzym is a product of waste management and processing that can be used as liquid fertilizer, bar soap, dish soap, repellent, disinfectant. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to provide innovation and solutions to answer problems that occur in the community around Nusawiru Airport, Pangandaran and the community can be creative and innovative to make eco enzym products into products worth selling. This PkM uses the method of socialization and providing information in the form of education with leaflet media, the practice of making and distributing processed products from eco enzym. PkM will be held in the meeting room at Nusawiru Airport, Pangandaran on Thursday, July 7, 2022, from 09.00 to 15.00 WIB. The parameters for the success of this PkM activity are that the participants meet the target of 20 people, the community is enthusiastic about being able to manage and process waste into eco enzym and the community's understanding of the product results obtained from eco enzym and the benefits of eco enzym.

Abstract

The Independent Village in Marunda, which is located on the coast, has the potential as a potential shark producer to be developed. Markets that need to be open are wide enough, including the need for catering, and modern markets such as Makro, Transmart and others. To enter a wide market requires special attention, especially with product health and hygiene (hygenic) and product quarantine. The purpose of this activity is to improve the welfare of the community in Marunda village, Cilincing sub-district, North Jakarta through socialization on how to maintain product health and hygiene (hygenic) and product quarantine. This socialization was carried out offline at PT XYZ which was attended by the owners, employees and students of ITL Trisakti in the context of implementing MBKM. The results of the socialization are expected to be carried out to expand the market and increase the amount of production.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Tambun Selatan is a vocational high school based on management industry and has 4 (four) majors, namely: Tourism; Hospitality; Office administration; and Catering. In the curriculum, in the Department of Tourism there are Reservation and Ticketing subjects which are part of the pre-flight service in flight services. Bookkeeping service activities (reservation) and issuance of passenger tickets (ticketing), must be carried out carefully and precisely. Vocational students' skills in understanding reservation and ticketing materials need to be supported by practicing using a simulation application from the Global Distribution System (GDS) as an airline distribution channel. Practical activities require internet technology-based facilities which are usually located in a room called a laboratory. These skills will increase the competence of students at SMKN 1 Tambun Selatan which is required by the Industrial World. However, currently the school does not have a laboratory as a facility that supports the creation of student competencies. This is a problem for schools to be able to complete the competence of their students. The practical training method for the reservation and ticketing system simulation provided by the Trisakti Transportation and Logistics Institute (ITL) Lecturers is a solution in introducing the flight service system for students of SMKN 1 Tambun Selatan who currently do not have reservation or ticketing system facilities in the school laboratory. The results of the training evaluation showed that students were able to increase their knowledge after attending the training and were satisfied with this training activity.

Abstract

One of the important supply chains that supply raw materials for edible oils is the production system. Influencing costs that can be minimized by preventing overstocking of raw materials. The purpose of this activity is to explain the importance of supply chain inventory planning in food ingredients and to estimate demand using forecasting techniques, i.e. production planning using Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). to carry out the plan. Method based on Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) and Periodic Order Quantity (POQ). This activity is targeted at food distributors, and it is expected that the effectiveness and efficiency of food distribution activities will be enhanced by applying these two methods. The socialization method is conducted through webinars (online seminars) with presentations of materials and questions and answers. There were 104 seminar participants, consisting of employees from various production and logistics institutions and 4 ITL Trisakti lecturers. According to the evaluation questionnaire after the exchange meeting, the seminar participants were satisfied and interested in the activities of her ITL Trisakti Lecturer. The results of this socialization activity will be very useful for the training of industry participants, especially those working in the food sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide socialization of problem solving of claiming medical logistics (Vaccine) handling to companies that handle medical logistics (vaccines) where most of the vaccines are included in the S  oekarno Hatta ground handling warehousing, so that they can have human resources who understand and understand about handling medical logistics (vaccine) damage claims in accordance with the Regulations  handling of international Air Transport Association (IATA) claims regarding Temperature Control Regulation and also The Air Cargo Tariff, so as to improve services to customers and assist government programs in overcoming the Covid 19 Pandemic. The activity was held on March 2, 2022 in Tangerang.  Themethod used is socialization through online and offline with materialmapping, question and answer and video playback. Participants 13 people consisting of employees of various companies that handle medical logistics (vaccines) at Soekarno Hatta Airport, based on the results  of the pre-survey and post survey given to participants, it shows an increase in participants' understanding and knowledge by 62.4% related to procedures for handling damage claims  medical logistics (vaccines) and a  good response  of 61.54% from the participants that this socialization is useful and can be directly applied to their work and meet the target of achieving the PKM plan. This activity has been published through the Youtube channel so that it can be seen and studied by the wider community.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in 2020 had a major impact on the socio-economic life of the community by implementing social distancing programs in several countries. The impact of the world economy occurs with a contraction of -5% in 2020 (UNCTAD, 2021). Nationally, the economic contraction occurred at -2.07% (BPS, 2021a). In general, the national export and import industry (EXIM) has been hard-hit by increasing international transportation prices, scarcity of transportation equipment and imbalance in transport capacity. The impact also continues in early 2021, when the economy starts to pick up, fueling demand for international transportation but does not keep pace with the recovery of transport capacity. The purpose of this webinar is to provide information to exim players about international transportation and effective solutions from hands-on practitioners working in the field of freight forwarding. The material presented here is drawn from the market prospects, transportation reports, global research and KWE internal reports. With these materials, the information provided in the webinar becomes more actual. The response to the webinar was very positive. In general, the exim industry players are helped by the information provided. Several participants also eager to know when the capacity imbalance will be resolved.

Abstract

Knowledge of Halal Logistics and Dangerous Goods is a basic necessity for logistics students in the era of asean economic and globalization society. Human resources readiness becomes a basic requirement to be able to compete for students. The partner of this activity is Indonesian Logistic Community (ILC) Chapter Academic. The problem facing partners today is the lack of knowledge of members on Halal Logistics and Dangerous Goods. The purpose of this activity is; provide basic knowledge about Halal Logistics and Dangerous Goods in the world of transportation and logistics, considering the increasing volume of movement of dangerous goods and also public interest in halal logistics as part of the lifestyle so that the logistics community needs to have knowledge about both things. Participants of this activity are members of ILC Chapter Academics plus PKM Team and ITL Trisakti students who numbered 94 people. The activity time is February 23, 2021. Method of activity through the introduction of Halal logistics and handling of dangerous goods using training methods, question and answer and video playback. The result of this activity is increased knowledge about Halal logistics and handling of dangerous goods in the world of transportation and logistics.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama mitra adalah pemahaman pada bidang operasional dan pemasaran yang yang belum optimal mengenai sistim manajemen keselamatan dan barang berbahaya dpada masyarakat penerbangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah bagaimana mencari solusi dengan melakukan pengenalan sistim manajemen keselamatan yang telah dikondisikan dengan mitigasi resiko hazard berkaitan dengan adanya ancaman pandemi Covid-19 dan berbasis data terkini. Berawal dari hasil penelitian perlu disosialisasikan terutama terkait pada masa new normal ini sebagai bagian dari pada manajemen transportasi udara, manajemen keselamatan penerbangan dan kebandar udaraan merupakan suatu kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat aviasi dalam era masa Pandemik serta globalisasi. Kesiapan sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu persyaratan dasar untuk dapat bersaing untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan tentunya untuk bertahan dimasa sulit seperti masa pandemi. Hasil sosialisasi ini disimpulkan, pengetahuan anggota dan stake holder ALDIKAPI tentang penerapan sistim manajemen keselamatan dan penanganan barang terutama barang berbahaya masih perlu ditingkatkan sehingga diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.
