Abstract

In the current investigation, the researchers aim to examine the impact of psychological safety, right change management, and inclusive leadership on the resilience of employees in international firms. The need for this study arises from the global business environment, which is constantly changing and unpredictable, necessitating the employees to be highly resilient mentally. A quantitative explanatory approach was adopted in the research, and the data were obtained through a questionnaire administered to 180 employees in the Indonesian subsidiaries of international companies. The sampling technique applied in the data collection was purposive sampling. In addition, the data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression after they had met the required conditions for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The findings indicate that psychological safety, change management effectiveness, and inclusive leadership positively and significantly influence employee resilience. One of the contributions of the research to the organization behavior literature is that it provides empirical evidence regarding the factors affecting employee resilience from the perspective of multinational corporations. The management can deduce the strategic implications of the study results in terms of the creation of a psychologically safe workplace, effective change management, and the application of inclusive leadership for the purpose of employee resilience and organizational sustainability enhancement.

Abstract

Moral Education in Elementary Schools requires learning media that can attract students’ interest. One of the media that can be used is film, as it presents moral values in a visual and contextual manner. This study aims to examine the validity and practicality of film media in increasing students’ learning interest in Moral Education at elementary schools. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, limited to the analysis, design, and development stages. The research instruments include expert validation sheets and practicality questionnaires for teachers and students. The results indicate that film media falls into the very valid category based on assessments from content and media experts, and is very practical based on responses from teachers and students. Therefore, film media is appropriate to be used in Moral Education to enhance elementary students’ learning interest.

Abstract

Personal financial management is a vital aspect of daily life, yet many individuals struggle to record income, expenses, and fund allocations in a structured manner. This study presents the development of a mobile-based personal finance application using the Flutter framework and SQLite database. The application includes features such as income and expense tracking, transaction categorization, monthly and annual summaries, and PDF export. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology and tested using black-box testing involving several users. The results show that the application functions as intended and supports offline usage, ensuring user data privacy. This solution provides a lightweight, user-friendly tool for personal financial management and serves as a foundation for future feature enhancements.

Abstract

Manajemen karyawan yang baik merupakan aspek penting dalam operasional bisnis. Peningkatan tanggung jawab, suasana kerja yang menyenangkan, serta pengembangan kapabilitas karyawan menjadi upaya strategis untuk mendukung keberhasilan organisasi. Untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal, perusahaan harus memberikan motivasi serta pelatihan dalam situasi ini. Kinerja karyawan merupakan elemen utama dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi, sebab itu, pengembangan mutu tenaga kerja melalui program pelatihan yang efisien serta rangsangan yang sesuai harus menjadi fokus bagi perusahaan. Studi ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Berbagai jurnal dan publikasi ilmiah relevan dikaji melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil ini menunjukkan motivasi berperan sebagai dorongan psikologis meningkatkan semangat kerja, sementara pelatihan memberikan peningkatan keterampilan serta pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan pekerjaan. Kedua variabel terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi motivasi dan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan daya saing organisasi. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui pengelolaan motivasi dan pelatihan. Konsep pengembangan SDM modern menekankan pentingnya membangun tanggung jawab kerja, meningkatkan kompetensi, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja kondusif yang mendorong produktivitas.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research trends on test accommodations for students with disabilities, aiming to clarify publication patterns and thematic development in this field. Examination accommodations are essential for ensuring fairness, accessibility, and equity in assessment practices within special and inclusive education contexts. Bibliographic data were retrieved from peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in the Scopus database within a defined time frame. Descriptive bibliometric indicators were used to examine annual publication trends, leading journals, prolific authors, contributing countries, and collaboration networks. In addition, keyword co-occurrence analysis was conducted to identify dominant research themes. The findings reveal a steady increase in scholarly output, indicating growing global attention to inclusive examination practices and equitable assessment policies. Key themes include test fairness and validity, policy and legal frameworks, types of accommodations, and challenges in implementation. Overall, this bibliometric analysis provides an overview of the evolution of research on test accommodations for students with disabilities and offers insights to guide future research and practice in special and inclusive education.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek teknologi informasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kecanggihan teknis seperti software dan hardware, tetapi juga sangat tergantung pada kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Artikel ini membahas bagaimana integrasi manajemen SDM ke dalam perencanaan manajemen risiko menjadi kunci untuk mengatasi risiko-risiko yang timbul akibat keterbatasan keterampilan, pergantian personel, beban kerja yang tidak merata, dan hambatan komunikasi lintas tim. Melalui kajian pustaka dan studi kasus, ditemukan bahwa pendekatan strategi mitigasi yang mencakup pelatihan rutin, digitalisasi proses SDM melalui teknologi digital, pengembangan sistem komunikasi internal yang efisien, serta penyediaan program kesejahteraan karyawan berdampak positif terhadap ketahanan dan adaptabilitas tim proyek. Penggunaan metode Agile dan penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pelacakan performa tenaga kerja juga terbukti memperkuat fleksibilitas proyek dalam menghadapi perubahan industri yang cepat. Dengan demikian, perpaduan antara manajemen SDM dan strategi risiko memberikan fondasi yang kokoh bagi keberhasilan jangka panjang proyek TI.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of social media addiction among university students poses a serious challenge in higher education. This study aims to examine the role of self-regulated learning (SRL) in reducing the level of social media addiction among Muslim students. The results of a simple linear regression analysis indicate that SRL has a significant negative effect on social media addiction (β = -0.222, p = 0.010). This means that students with higher levels of SRL tend to have lower tendencies toward social media addiction. From an Islamic perspective, SRL can be seen as a manifestation of iffah (self-restraint), which is the ability to guard oneself from distractions and unproductive behavior. Strengthening SRL may serve as a form of mujahadah (spiritual struggle) in developing a Muslim's iffah, as an effort to preserve intellectual dignity and time within academic activities. Thus, SRL impacts not only academic performance but also reflects the integration of Islamic moral values in responding to today’s digital challenges.

Abstract

Industri fashion Indonesia merupakan salah satu pilar utama ekonomi kreatif nasional yang tumbuh pesat dalam dua dekade terakhir. Berdasarkan data Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf, 2023), subsektor fesyen menyumbang 18,01% dari total PDB ekonomi kreatif nasional dengan nilai ekspor mencapai US$ 13,8 miliar pada tahun 2022. Seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup halal (halal lifestyle), clothing syariah berkembang sebagai bentuk integrasi antara kreativitas budaya dan spiritualitas Islam. Namun, menurut Asosiasi Pengusaha Muslim Indonesia (APMI, 2023), hanya sekitar 35% pelaku clothing syariah yang telah menerapkan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam manajemen bisnisnya, baik dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, maupun lingkungan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kesenjangan antara idealitas nilai-nilai syariah dan praktik bisnis di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model bisnis clothing syariah berkelanjutan melalui integrasi prinsip-prinsip syariah (amanah, adl, ihsan, maslahah, tawazun) dengan filsafat manajemen bisnis modern, khususnya konsep Triple Bottom Line (Profit, People, Planet) dan Good Corporate Governance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan literatur teoritis, studi empiris, serta analisis konseptual terhadap praktik industri fashion syariah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa clothing syariah dapat menjadi model bisnis yang etis, profesional, dan berdaya saing tinggi apabila prinsip-prinsip Islam diinternalisasikan secara menyeluruh dalam sistem manajemen modern. Integrasi ini mendorong terciptanya bisnis yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan, tetapi juga pada kemaslahatan sosial dan keberlanjutan lingkungan, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam Laporan Kemenperin (2022) bahwa subsektor fashion muslim tumbuh 6,3% per tahun dan berpotensi menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi syariah nasional. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki integrasi filosofis antara etika eksistensial Søren Kierkegaard dan prinsip manajemen syariah dalam konstruksi kepemimpinan strategis yang otentik. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis konseptual dan komparatif filosofis, studi ini menguji tesis bahwa konsep “tahapan eksistensi”, “kecemasan”, dan “lompatan iman” Kierkegaard menemukan resonansi dan penyempurnaan substantif dalam kerangka maqashid al-syariah serta konsep khalifah fil ardh. Analisis mengungkap bahwa kepemimpinan otentik dalam perspektif sintetik ini merupakan amanah eksistensial-spiritual yang mengintegrasikan keberanian eksistensial Kierkegaard untuk menghadapi kebebasan dan kecemasan dalam pilihan strategis, orientasi teleologis-transendental syariah melalui prinsip maslahah dan keadilan (‘adl), serta akuntabilitas vertikal-horizontal yang termanifestasi dalam konsep khilafah dan akhlak. Dialog kritis antara kedua paradigma menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas syariah memberikan “objektivitas nilai” yang kokoh bagi “lompatan iman” Kierkegaard, sementara eksistensialisme memberikan kedalaman psikologis-fenomenologis bagi pengalaman keputusan pemimpin muslim. Sintesis ini menghasilkan model kepemimpinan “Khalifah yang Otentik”, yang memiliki implikasi teoretis untuk pengembangan teori kepemimpinan Islam dan implikasi praktis untuk pendidikan kepemimpinan, kerangka pengambilan keputusan strategis, serta tata kelola organisasi yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai ilahiah.

Abstract

The study purpose was to improve financial literacy among Generation Z students at SMA Negeri 3 Rembang, who generally possess limited knowledge regarding personal financial management and capital market investment. This community service program was motivated by national survey data indicating that Indonesia’s financial literacy rate remains relatively low, at only 38.03%, highlighting the urgent need for early financial education interventions. The program aimed to enhance students’ understanding, awareness, and basic competencies in managing finances and recognizing investment opportunities in the capital market. Materials and methods. The program was implemented using an educational and participatory approach through a series of structured activities, including Financial Literacy Counseling, Capital Market Investment Counseling, and a Capital Market School. The main activity was conducted in the form of a seminar-based training on November 7, 2023, involving 31 participants who were members of the student council (OSIS). The materials were delivered by competent speakers with expertise in finance and capital markets. Supporting methods included interactive discussions, visual learning media, and documentation through video recordings. Results. The program was successfully implemented as planned, resulting in the completion of financial literacy education, investment counseling, and Capital Market School activities. The findings indicate an improvement in students’ knowledge and understanding of financial management and capital market investment concepts. In addition, program documentation was disseminated through a YouTube video, and intellectual property rights (HKI) in the form of posters and activity videos are currently in the publication process. Conclusions. The community service program effectively increased financial literacy among participating students and demonstrated the importance of early financial education for Generation Z. Although some outputs are still in progress, the program showed positive educational impacts. It is recommended that future implementations involve a larger number of participants to broaden the program’s reach and maximize its long-term benefits.
