Abstract

Organizational culture is a tool to unite various traits and characters in an organization which will become the identity of the organization. Organizational culture is very important to implement in an organization, both for employees and students. Various studies show that change management and organizational culture play an important role in creating good employee performance in an organization. This must be applied to organizations to support the smooth running and development of the organization, not only organizations and employees but also student organizations. The community service program through the capacity strengthening program (PPK) scheme is carried out with the "brainstorming" stage, opening insights and developing knowledge about organizational culture. With this community service program, students gain knowledge and practice regarding organizational culture and are able to implement the knowledge gained into student activity units (UKM).

Abstract

Dukuh Punduhan merupakan salah satu Dukuh atau padukuhan yang terdapat di Desa Tirtomulyo. Keadaan wilayah Dukuh ini termasuk kedalam wilayah yang subur, sehingga sebagian warga Dukuh Punduhan bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan peternak yang bekerja diladang. Program KKN Integratif di Dukuh Punduhan yang telah dijalankan antar lain meliputi program bidang keagamaan, bidang Kesehatan, bidang sosial, bidang ekonomi, bidang pendidikan, dan lingkungan hidup. Tujuan dari PKM ini untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan seluruh aspek di wilayah ini dan menjadi sumber belajar dan ilmu pengetahuan, baik untuk mahasiswa juga untuk masyarakat dukuh punduhan. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melaksanakan seluruh proker yang telah disepakati bersama perangkat desa dengan rentang waktu selama 1 bulan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah seluruh kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai, seluruh lapisan masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap penyelenggaraan kegiatan, baik kegiatan tingkat dukuh maupun kegiatan tingkat desa

Abstract

Bimbingan konseling merupakan sebuah upaya yang dierikan konselor untuk memfasilitasi atau membantu konseli atau individu agar mampu mengembangkan potensi, memahami diri sendiri dan lingkungannya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah; pertama, untuk mengetahui Bagaimana karakter peserta didik. Permasalahan apa yang di hadapi oleh peserta didik Madrasah Aliyah Ibnul Qoyyim Putri Yogyakarta. Kedua, bagaimana penanganan masalah yang dilakukan serta bagaimana perkembangan permasalahan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara, mengumpulkan data, mengelompokkan data, menganalisis data, dan menginterpretasikan data yang akan disimpulkan menjadi hasil penelitian. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1. Observasi, dilakukan dengan cara mengamati keadaan lingkungan sekolah dan keberadaan sekolah 2. Wawancara, dilakukan terhadap peserta didik yang menjadi klien dan 3. Dokumentasi, dilakukan dengan cara melihat data peserta didik yang menjadi klien. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, analisis kenakalan peserta didik tergolong baik. Hal tersebut dapat ditinjau dari keseharian peserta didik selama berada di lingkungan pondok pesantren tidak pernah mendapatkan sanksi

Abstract

Taman Pojok Literasi was established in Bulak Gempol Nguter Pasirian Lumajang in 2013. This effort to establish a literacy corner park is an excellent step to overcome the problem of low reading interest and literacy among children and society in general. In this study, PAR (Participatory Acion Research) was used. PAR research is a research approach that involves all relevant parties actively and participatively to assess the actions that take place. The purpose of this method is to improve action actions through the conduct of research and participation of researchers in action. In their article entitled Community Literacy Movement: Strengthening Lerasi to Build a Literate Society, the authors show how important literacy is for the general public and children.

Abstract

Undoubtedly, the independent management of the Ngunut Village website definitely provides convenience in optimizing information services and Ngunut's promotional potential. Therefore, community service is proposed, "Village Website Development as a Process of Digitizing Information and Promoting Village Potential." PAP (Project Action Plan) is the basis of the implementation method, which consists of the following stages: site survey, website creation, website management workshop, and a test method with four indicators. According to the survey, Ngunut has internet access, but no website. The results showed that the success rate in creating website views was 100%, and the participation rate in workshops was 86.7%. and the materials have been fully delivered. Furthermore, the results showed that the participants had a good ability to understand the material and complete the web content. Thus, these results show that the services provided can help village heads and villagers to be more proficient in reading and using technology to complete village web content independently.

Abstract

Community Service activities carried out by STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta Lecturers are providing training on the use of the Mendeley Application, especially in finding and writing references and bibliography. The purpose of holding this training for students of the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD) and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is to improve skills in applying the mendeley application in writing scientific papers. The main problem faced by students at Insuri Ponorogo is being able to operate the mendeley application. The method used to overcome this problem is by organizing training activities with a total of 50 students with 25 from PAUD and 25 others from PAI. Dissemination of information about the training was conveyed through social media, whatsapp groups, and circulars on campus. The result of the activity is that students successfully participate in the activity enthusiastically until the end of the program and students are able to operate the mendeley application in writing scientific papers at the end of their studies. It is hoped that this training opportunity will be given to all Insuri Ponorogo students on an ongoing basis so that knowledge and skills in the field of writing scientific papers will always continue to increase

Abstract

Indonesian subjects are very important subjects that are taught at all levels of education. It includes four skills that teachers must develop to their students. The four abilities are listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The ability to read is very important in this regard. The problem in the field is that students have low reading skills. On the basis of this problem, the study began. According to data collected from SDN 1 Rubung Buyung students, this study will use multisensory methods to improve their reading skills. This research uses the PAR research method, which is a type of research that involves the participation of community members in doing something or getting something desired.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to explore administrative management at the Bina Anak Sholeh Foundation Educational Institution Yogyakarta. Assistance in the preparation of data on infrastructure facilities needed by schools is assisted by Microsoft Exel 2013 Software so that the work process runs effectively and efficiently because it contains tools that can be used.

Abstract

The presence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning is a challenge in itself for the world of education, in particular, learning technology today. Demands in responding to the globalization of education have appeared before our eyes. Various computer devices and their connections can deliver students to learn quickly and accurately if used correctly and appropriately. Therefore, it requires human resources who are responsive to ICT developments Learning will be more fun if the teacher is able to make ICT-based teaching materials that can increase student creativity. With the use of ICT-based teaching materials in learning, the learning process will be more interesting and can make students more contextual. If we observe carefully, until now teachers have not been able to develop ICT-based learning. In the learning process, the teacher still uses the old method, namely teacher-centered learning, so that students are less able to develop their creativity. This condition is also found in teachers at SD IT Yaumi Fatimah Pati. Where some teachers have not been able to carry out the ICT-based learning process, especially in compiling and making teaching materials, so that the learning process is only traditional, namely by lecturing, a little question and answer. Through community service activities, it will help teachers improve their competence in mastery of ICT which is useful in the learning process.

Abstract

Pelatihan Ini dilakukan dengan Tujuan untuk membantu orang-orang yang membutuhkan bantuan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui penerapan aplikasi mendeley dalam membuat referensi karya ilmiah dan skripsi. Hasil pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi praktek penggunaan mendeley kepada siswa umum, siswa SMA/SMK, masyarakat umum, dan pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi langsung, dan praktik simulasi menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Dalam proses penyampaian materi pelatihan atau sosialiasi, pendekatan ceramah digunakan. Diharapkan bahwa tujuan luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Orang-orang di masyarakat akan belajar menggunakan mendeley untuk membuat referensi karya ilmiah dan skripsi; dan 2) orang-orang akan menemukan solusi untuk masalah yang sulit diatasi ketika menggunakan mendeley.
