Sipakainge: Inovasi Penelitian, Karya Ilmiah, dan Pengembangan merupakan jurnal mahasiswa yang diproduksi oleh Institut Agama Islam Negeri Parepare. Ruang lingkup jurnal ini adalah sains Islam (Islamic Science). Pembahasan mengenai sains Islam bisa meliputi berbagai macam aspek, seperti Pendidikan Islam, Ekonomi Islam, Ilmu hukum Islam, Ushuluddin, adab dan dakwah Islamiyah, Perkembangan sains dan teknologi dalam peradaban Islam, serta Konsep, filsafat, dan metodologi sains yang dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam peradaban Islam.

The research used descriptive qualitative approach. Sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling. Based on the results of the study, it can be described that: The role of individual counseling services in klepto students run well and students have started to open to their problems, Students begin to understand the importance of counseling guidance in schools and start to feel the benefits of counseling guidance in school, With the implementation of individual counseling services students are expected to be more open to the problems. <![CDATA[The Tadris Chemistry Study Program of the Tadris IPA IAIN Parepare has carried out basic chemistry practicum courses. The basic chemistry practicum learning process is carried out in the classroom that should be done in a laboratory. This is because Tadris ChemistryStudy Program does not yet have a basic chemistry laboratory. Until now Tadris Chemistry Study Program continues to prepare and try to meet various learning needs to support the learning process. The absence of a basic chemistry laboratory as a support for basic chemistry practicum courses may cause problems that interfere with the course of the teaching and learning process and affect student motivation in learning basic chemistry. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning motivation of students of Tadris Chemistry Study Program in following the basic chemistry practicum course and the factors that influence the learning motivation of Tadris Chemistry Study Program students in taking a basic chemistry practicum course. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out through questionnaires, interviews and documentary. The results showed that the learning motivation of Tadris Chemistry Study Program students in taking the basic chemistry practicum course was classified as moderate / sufficient. Factors influencing the learning motivation of students of Tadris Chemistry Study Program in following the basic chemistry practicum course consist of internal factors and external factors.]]>

<![CDATA[Parents are very influlential figulres for children. Parental involvement is a way for parents to ensulre that their children's lives are in the best condition. One of the involvements that was carried oult was taking part in giving directions or making decisions in the selection of college majors for their children who were in class XII SMA. Positive involvement from parents will have a good impact on the child's soull to be ready to ulndergo the stages of his edulcation However, the negative involvement that is often not realized, can make children feel ulncomfortable with the many demands to do everything to fullfill parents' expectations, especially in choosing majors in tertiary institultions. This stuldy ulses a qulalitative method by condulcting a case stuldy of 39 stuldents XII SMA MIPA and IPS. Data was obtained throulgh a qulestionnaire which was circullated in Julne 2023, after the school gradulation period. From the existing data it was foulnd that there were still choices of majors that were not solely based on interests, talents and abilities, bult were the choice of parents. For this reason, efforts to ulnderstand the development of children as a whole are needed for parents It is hoped that this knowledge and ulnderstanding will make parents wiser in their involvement in directing the choice of majors for their children.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “TingkatPengetahuan Mahasiswa Akuntansi terkait pengaruh kualitas auditing sektor publik”. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah minat berkarir di bidang audit sektor publik, sedangkan variabel independen adalah pengetahuan mahasiswa akuntansi tentang kualitas audit sektor publik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi yang telah mengambil mata kuliah Auditing. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling menghasilkan sample sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang kualitas audit sektor public berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkarir di bidang Auditing.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the construction of the kafalah contract in Islamic banking using the secondary method.Through an in-depth study of related literature and documents, this study explores various aspects of the kafalah contract construction, including the object of the guarantee, the conditions that must be met, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved. This method involves using existing data. Existing data is summarized and structured to increase overall research effectiveness. <![CDATA[The capital market has an important role in the economy of a country because the capital market performs two functions, namely the economic function and the financial function. In the economic function, the capital market provides facilities to bring together two interests, namely those who have excess funds (investors) and those who need funds (issuers). This study aims to find out how Islamic principles are in transactions in the Islamic capital market in Indonesia and find out how the implementation of contracts in accordance with these Islamic principles. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research focuses on the application of musyarakah contracts. Musyarakah is an agreement (contract) of cooperation between two or more parties (syarik) by including capital in the form of money or other forms of assets to carry out a business. The implementation of musyarakah contracts in transactions on the capital market can be carried out in buying and selling transactions of company ownership (shares) where investors can deposit a sum of money to buy a company so that the company can carry out a business with the capital provided by the investor. There are several things that may not exist in the Islamic capital market, including not containing things that are contrary to Islamic law such as the absence of usury, no elements of gambling or those belonging to it, not buying and selling which contains elements of uncertainty, not carrying out activities transactions that are unlawful in nature and substance, do not carry out activities that are detrimental or capable of damaging morale, do not carry out transactions that are contrary to sharia principles in accordance with the provisions of the DSN-MUI]]>

<![CDATA[Pasar uang sangat dibutuhkan dalam sistem perekonomian karena banyaknya perusahaan serta individu yang mengalami arus kas yang tidak sesuai antara dana masuk (inflows) dan dana keluar (outflows). Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan jasa lembaga keuangan atau bank yang dapat berlaku adil. Adapun definisi dari Money market (pasar uang) adalah pasar dengan instrument financial jangka pendek, umumnya yang diperjualbelikan berkualitas tinggi. Jangka waktu instrument pasar uang biasanya jatuh tempo dalam waktu satu tahun atau kurang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan metode pengeumpulan data sekunder. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah penelitian yang mendeskripsikan suatu objek atau fenomena yang ada bukan angka-angka. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk memperoleh gambaran dari suatu keadaan yang berlangsung yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis data, serta membuat kesimpulan tentang keadaan secara nyata dan objektif.
