Abstract

Measurement tools service quality is using Serv Quality Method. In this study, we tried to see different gap between students' perceptions of employee performance with the level of interest/expectations of students to an existing service using five indicators Serv Quality. Aspects studied is, reliability aspects, responsiveness aspect, assurance Aspects, empathy aspects, and the tangibles aspects. SBA research object because they become the frontline in shaping the image of the ministry in Program vocational UI. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach., ie research that describes a data collection on the observations that have been made. This research activity is a continuation of research since the first semester of 2014/2015 to the first semester of 2015/2016. The population in this study is that students of Administration UI vocational program. Based on the results of this study concluded that there is still a big gap to the five dimensions of Quality Serv.

Abstract

This study has objective to analyze factors influencing public sector entity’s financial statement informations quality. Factors examined include quality of human resources, internal control system, information technology utilization and external factors as a moderating variable. Originally RSUD X is Private Hospital namely RS Y Kota A, then, in Mid 2014 have been transformed to be RSUD X as local gorvernment hospital City of A. Metodologi research for this study is Quantitative Research Method by Questionnaires or Surveys approach through respondent for this study is the human resources involved in the functions of accounting, finance and Billing for BPJS and staff who handle in patient account. Respondent in RSUD Bogor totally 42 staffs. The Data collected from questionnaires analyzed by multiple linear regression methods. The Result show that

Abstract

Marketing is a company’s active effort of to introduce the company and their products to its consumers. The rapid growth of technology, especially internet, encourage the use of the website in marketing field. Website complements in conventional marketing such as TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, electronic media, banners, billboards, personal relationships, etc. There are six ways for consumers to access company’s website, typing website address directly, through a link on another website, using through search engine, through social link, via email link received by consumers, and through an advertising link viewed by consumers. This study aims to determine patterns or compositions used by visitors to access the nine hospital’s websites in Depok. The method of collecting data using secondary data obtained from www.pagerank.net. Data was taken on April 25, 2016. Results of the study revealed that the pattern of consumers in accessing hospital’s website in Depok is through search engines, followed by a link on another website and typing the website address directly.The other three ways are not used as traffic sources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine information system success of Accounting Information System based on individual performance and its impact to user satisfaction. The model used in this study is the modified IS Success Model of DeLone and McLean. The study uses primary data and data collection techniques using questionaires distributed to employee of Finance Directorate of University of Indonesia. This study used SEM approach, while analysis used LISREL software. The results showed that system quality and information quality significantly affects the individual performance while the service quality does not affect individual performance. On the other hand, the study finds that individual performance significantly affects user satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of application accounting information system on SMEs performance measurement in Depok region. The number of samples taken were 30 SMEs using purposive sampling method with the critreria listed in the official city of Depok. The data was collected using questionnaires distributed to respondents and the analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression to determine whether there is any effect on the application of accounting information systems for the decrease or increase the performance of SMEs. The results of this study based on the analyses conducted found that the value of Negelkerke’s R Square for ROA is 1,574, which indicates that the dependent variable that can be explained by the independent variable is at 1.4%, while the rest, 98,6% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The value of Negelkerke's R Square for ROE is 0.002 which indicates that the dependent variable that can be explained by the independent variable is 0.2%, while the rest, ie 99.8% explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implications of the tax change component in the income tax to the persistence and forecasting of future earnings, and also comparing the effect of tax changes component in initial earning with the tax change component in revised earnings, in order to know which are more persistent. Using all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2010-2013 as the samples, this research showed that the tax change component in income tax empirically proven to have a persistent effect on future earnings. And compared with tax change component in initial earnings, value of tax change component in revised earnings are better and persistent in forecast earnings.

Abstract

This research has objective to examine if factors Commitment to Organization, Human Resourses, Communication and Infrastructure influence the success of implemention of accrual basis in preparing local Government financial statement. This is a quantitative approach research which is used questionnaires to respondent research by using linier regression equation for analysis. The result is, only factors commitment and communication influenced the success of implementation process of accrual basis and factors human resources and infrastructure did not influenced the success of implementation.

Abstract

Spreading the uneven quality education in Indonesia is a national educational problems to be solved. Implementation of quality education largely implemented in Java, in the case of Indonesian citizens spread all over Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke. All citizens of the Indondesia want to receive a quality education that is easily accessible at reasonable costs. One solution that can be used to solve the problem is e-learning. However, many factors must be considered in the process of long-distance pembejaran known as elearning, one of which is the process of evaluating learning outcomes. This article discusses the process of evaluation of learning outcomes by studying literature several articles published between the years 2007 - 2015 with a focus on expert opinion to the statement "whether the test on line (computer-based) may replace the exam traditional (paper-based)" through the presentation of the pros and cons exam on line. From this study it was found that there are opportunities to replace paper-based exams to computer-based test with due regard to the technical elements such as security, ease of use and ability of computer users base. However, such reimbursement can not be applied to all conditions and the need to pay attention to the learning objectives that have been set. Therefore, further research is needed to develop a model to evaluate student achievement by combining the concept of competency-based assessment cubic online (Cubiks Online Asesessment) by combining multiple information security concepts.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of the City Government of Bogor for the period of 2010 - 2014. The financial performance analysis is performed using ratio analysis such as the degree of decentralization, the ratio of financial independence, ratio of revenue effectiveness, the ratio of direct expenditure compared to total expenditure, the ratio of indirect expenditure compared to total expenditures, and growth ratios. The research concluded that the the ratio of financial independence of City Government of Bogor has a consultatif relation, on the other hand, City Government of Bogor is highly effective in fulfilling its target of achieving its PAD, and also has positive growth over 5 years. But, City Government of Bogor still put its priority in indirect expenditure to total expenditure compared to its direct expense.

Abstract

A public company is in need of good corporate governance (GCG) and the right marketing strategy. This will affect the image of a company in attracting potential investors. Promotion methods and conditions of a bank will affect the height of low levels of financial literacy clients. When the portfolio shows that they are at risk of making errors of financial decision makers, customers tend to use the service at relatively liquid bank in consultation with adequate information services. Financial literacy services ease the burden on customers in choosing what the decisions related to the assets of its assets (Hackethal et al, 2012 ; Collins, 2012) by providing theoretical and empirical investigation there are three options in include promotions for acculturation with information services such as the allocation of funding, self-assessment, and the delegation of the banking agencies to decide on what kind of services will be selected.
