Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the impact and legal consequences of extraordinary legal efforts for judicial review in the religious courts of divorce cases from the perspective of mashlahat al-mursalah. The method used is normative legal research using multiple approaches including legislation, cases, and a comparative approach with data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis methods. The conclusion of this study shows that legal remedies for judicial review of divorce cases that have permanent legal force (inkracht van gewijsde) create new problems (mafsadat) in society, so for the sake of legal certainty, it is better if legal remedies taken against divorce cases are sufficient to the level of appeal. or just appeal. The Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) has a strategic position to regulate the provisions of the procedural law, considering that the position of KHI so far has not only played a role in regulating material law, it also regulates formal law against Muslim divorces in Indonesia.

Abstract

Defects in the requirements specification can have severe consequences throughout the software development life cycle. Some of these can result in poor product quality due to incorrect or missing quality characteristics, such as the design of the user interface. The goal of this study is to detecting defect requirements in animation-based reading learning using perspective-based reading. But often the design is not in line with the specifications of the requirements of users and developers when developing this application. Therefore we use a user persona approach to find out what needs are needed in animation learning and Perspective Based Reading (PBR) for verification or validation effective from the development of this learning application user interface, from the results of this study a total of 1 defect was obtained for the UI development of animation-based reading learning, and from the user's perspective there were no defects, and it is hoped that from this research to improve develop learning applications that are more interactive and in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders.

Abstract

Pulau Lusi adalah Pulau buatan yang dibentuk untuk menjawab permasalahan dari endapan lumpur yang dialirka di Muara Kali Porong. Pulau Lusi dikelola sebagai pengembangan keberlajutan dengan pemanfaatan lahan sebagai ekosistem mangrove serta menjadi salah satu pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten SIdoarjo. Wisata Pulau Lusi secara langsung memiliki manfaat pelestarian alam dan lingkungan dengan pendekatan edukasi dan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengelolaan dari Wisata Pulau Lusi yang selanjutnya sebagai acuan strategi pengembangan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang harus ditingkatkan sehingga tata kelolanya dapat membaik dan pengembangannya objek wisata optimal, yaitu harus jelas untuk tupoksi pembagian tata kelola wisata antar pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat sekitar dan diharapkan semua pihak terlibat dalam hal pengelolaan serta pengembangannya dalam hal ini Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Sidoarjo, serta masyarakat Desa Kadungpandan. Pada zaman media sosial harus ada akun khusus bagi promosi Pulau Lusi, agar objek wisata Pulau Lusi jangkauan pengenalan pada masyarakat lebih luas.

Abstract

Because of their variety, service innovation policy implementation issues are interesting to research. This study investigates, describes, and analyses the Pontianak City Population and Civil Registration Office's dynamic governance implementation of novel population administration service policies. This research describes phenomena using descriptive qualitative research methodologies based on interviews, observations, literature studies, and other pertinent data. The results of this study indicate that population administration service innovation is still constrained by the limited quantity of resources in the IT field for online service implementation.  The interpreters' policy grasp is good, but the community lacks socialisation. Application activities show how these operations are still inflexible and less preventive, making technical problem solving even for normal organisational actions less anticipatory. This study concludes that the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pontianak City's Service Innovation Policy implementation is dynamic in work governance, including organisational activities, interpretation, and application. Researchers propose creating and sharing SOPs, hiring IT leaders, training personnel, monitoring, evaluating, maintaining website servers, and improving workplace internet speed as needed.

Abstract

Prisons as a place for the implementation of guidance for residents have caused various kinds of problems. The escape or flight of correctional residents is a phenomenon that continues to occur in prisons. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the efforts made by the Kuantan Bay Class IIB Prison in protecting the escape or flight of residents from prison. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Qualitative methods are used by researchers to provide data images based on what is seen which is collected and in the form of notes or documents or interviews to related sources. The results revealed that the escape of prisoners was caused by many factors, namely the inability to maximize supervision by prisons due to overcrowded, and the strong desire of the residents. to meet with family. The conclusion in this study is that the efforts made by The Kuantan Bay Class IIB Prison in protecting the residents of the fostered escape or run away are by establishing good relations between prison officers and the fostered residents, providing punishment for residents who have escaped, holding coaching, training and useful activities for the fostered residents. In addition, in terms of facilities and building conditions, building and security improvements are also carried out to minimize residents from escaping or running away from prisons such as the addition of barbed wire so that fences are not easy to climb. The conclusion of this study is effort.

Abstract

Manajemen perusahaan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga alih daya sebagai aset perusahaan dalam menjaga misi pelayanan jasa dan kinerja entitas. Faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam peningkatan kinerja tenaga alih daya adalah faktor lingkungan kerja dan teknologi informasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan teknologi informasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja tenaga alih daya pada perusahaan outsourching di Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif  kuantitatif. Populasi adalah tenaga alih daya perusahaan sebanyak 600 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Slovin dengan jumlah sampel 240 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dengan google from dengan skala likert 1-5. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 24 untuk menguji karakteristik respnden dan instrumen penelitian yang terdiri dari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hiptesis dengan regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga alih daya dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tenaga alih daya pada perusahaan outsourching Kota Makassar dan simultan lingkungan kerja dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga alih daya pada perusahaan outsourcing di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan auditor atas perilaku audit disfungsional (Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Makassar). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengerahui prilaku audit disfungsional pada kantor akuntan publik. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan menggunakan metode berupa angket (kuesioner). Metode analisis data menggunakan validitas, dan uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pengaruh Locus of Control berpengaruh positif signifikan, Turnover Intention berpengaruh positif signifikan, dan Time budget Pressure berpengaruh Positif signifikan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa locus of control, Turnover Intention, Time budget Pressure mempengaruhi atas prilaku audit disfungsional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemeriksaan pajak dengan model compliance risk management (crm), kepatuhan wajib pajak badan, dan penagihan pajak terhadap penerimaan pajak di KPP Pratama Cianjur. Metode teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan Teknik sampling non-probability sampling dengan Teknik yang diambil yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan jenis data time series periode 2019-2021. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menguji model regresi dengan uji asumsi klasik dilanjutkan dengan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, menunjukan hasil bahwa secara parsial variabel pemeriksaan pajak dengan model compliance risk management (crm), kepatuhan wajib pajak badan, dan penagihan pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel penerimaan pajak. Secara bersama-sama semua variabel bebas yakni pemeriksaan pajak dengan model compliance risk management (crm), kepatuhan wajib pajak badan dan penagihan pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak pada KPP Pratama Cianjur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence discipline and work motivation have on teacher performance. The population in this study were 78 teachers at Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi who worked in the student guidance section. The sample size of this study is the same as the population size using the Saturated Sampling Technique. Survey method was used for this research, and questionnaire was the research tool. Simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and simple and multiple correlation analysis were the ways to look at the data. Before testing the proposed hypothesis, an analysis requirement test was conducted. The results of descriptive analysis show that the performance, work discipline, and work motivation of teaching staff are in the high category. While the results of hypothesis testing show: There is a significant positive effect of work discipline on the performance of educators in the student development section of Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi; Work motivation affects the performance of educators in the student development section of Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi. This effect is significant and positive; and There is a significant positive effect of educators' work discipline and work motivation on the performance of educators in the student development section of Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi.

Abstract

This learning aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication, Teamwork, and work discipline on the Performance of outsole employees at PT. Multi Self-Creation. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 50 employees. The method of data collection uses the form of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partial interpersonal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, Teamwork has a substantial impact on employee performance, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously interpersonal communication, Teamwork, and work discipline have a considerable impact on employee performance. It is recommended to improve the Performance of employees in the future, should the leadership of PT. Multi Kreasi Mandiri can: 1) Provide examples to employees to open active and relevant discussions so that Interpersonal Communication can run effectively, 2) Create Teamwork which is better to create a sense of belonging to the company, 3. Improve employee work discipline by controlling the implementation of SOPs continuously.
