Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari kenyataan di sekolah bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran peserta didik hanya duduk, diam, dengar, dan mencatat materi yang disampaikan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data dan analisisnya melalui kajian-kajian reflektif, partisipatif, dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas V SDN 22 Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, dengan jumlah peserta didik 27 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua minggu yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Pada pertemuan kedua peserta didik sudah mulai terbiasa dengan pembelajaran kooperatif, sehingga aktivitas peserta didik meningkat.  Dari hasil observasi  aktivitas peserta didik dari 62,5% siklus I pertemuan 1 menjadi 81,25% pertemuan 2 pada siklus I dan menjadi 90,6% pada siklus II. Sementara itu hasil belajar peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata 72,2 pada siklus I menjadi 80,7 pada siklus II.  Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SDN 22 Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

Legal politics is a basic guideline in the process of determining values, establishing and shaping legal development in Indonesia. Legal development aims to establish an Indonesian national legal system that reflects the ideals, soul, spirit and social values that live in Indonesia. This study discusses legal politics in relation to legal development through a progressive legal approach that is certain to be able to realize the goals of the state. This study uses a normative method with a descriptive analysis approach, concluding that the reconstruction of legal politics is sought to reform regulations in a better direction and by building legal politics that is characterized by progressive responsiveness, it can realize state goals that are devoted to justice and welfare

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which time management can run effectively at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero)., achieved after the management implements the good delegation of authority to manage property assets.  The research method employed was a census of 55 leaders from PT Pupuk Indonesia Group (all related Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents). The data analysis used in this quantitative research approach is descriptive and causal. Meanwhile, it examines both primary and secondary data as well Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM software. The study's results revealed that authority delegation to manage property assets directly impacts improving time management at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). The direct contribution of delegation of authority in improving time management is quite substantial. The qualitative aspect of delegation of authority directly impacts time management, which also tends to be quantitative.

Abstract

The Aceh Government's SIGAP website can also be measured by looking at service quality. The influence of service quality on the Aceh Government's SIGAP website as a form of E-Governance application in collecting data and information about Villages. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Involvement, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Security on Service Quality of the SIGAP website and to analyze the influence of Service Quality on E-Government. The research method uses probability sampling techniques with stratified random sampling. Research questionnaires were distributed to 6 districts/cities in Aceh Province with a research sample of 128 respondents. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Squares with the SmartPLS.3.0 application. The research results show that involvement has a positive and significant effect on service quality. The influence of Responsiveness, Reliability, and Security on service quality has a positive but not significant effect. Meanwhile, the influence of service quality on E-Government has a very positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengungkapkan kecepatan gaya kupu-kupu atlit di club renang melalui pelatihan Tabata training. tujuan peneliti untuk menguji efektivitas pengembangan model pelatihan renang untuk meningkatkan kecepatan atlet dengan mengunakan pendekatan Tabata  pada renang gaya kupu-kupu 50 meter. Metode penelitian mengunakan Research and Development/R&D. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling pada atlet renang Proprov di club renang kab rejang lebong. Instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi (lembar checklish) dan focus group discussion (FGD), teknik analisis data mengunakan statistik deskriptif, presentase dan uji beda/uji t mengunakan SPSS versi 21.00 dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa kontruksi pengembangan model pelatihan dengan mengunakan pendekatan Tabata, dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan  dan pengembangan desain model, melakukan validasi dan merevisi hasil analisis pakar, ujicoba kelompok kecil dan besar sehingga layak diimplmentasikan dan diperoleh data terdapat peningkatan dan perbedaan capaian waktu masing-masing atlet dan hasil uji beda menunjukkan perolehan t hitung >  t tabel   sehingga model renang Tabata efektif dalam  meningkatkan meningkatkan capaian waktu renang 50 meter gaya Kupu

Abstract

This study aims to provide a basic understanding of the importance of organizational learning in producing quality zakat accounting information in Baitul Mal in Aceh. The methods used in this study are descriptive methods and explanatory research methods, and data will be collected by distributing questionnaires to zakat managers. who are members of the Baitul Mal institution. The data will be processed using a statistical tool, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) based on covariates. The results of this study prove that continuous organizational learning has an impact on the quality of information produced, this can be seen from the hypothesis test which shows that the organizational learning variable produces a number of 2.293 which is greater than the critical 1.65. Since the value of arithmetic is greater than critical, then at an error rate of 5% it is decided to reject Ho. So based on the test results, it can be concluded that organizational learning has a significant effect on the quality of zakat accounting information in Baitul Mal Aceh. So that the more frequent holding of training activities, seminars and symposia as well as opportunities to continue formal education for zakat managers will affect the quality of zakat management financial statements so that the reports produced contain accurate, timely, relevant and complete information, which can be useful in decision making.

Abstract

Komunitas Prancis saat ini terbentuk dengan adanya pengalaman historis berupa kolonisasi di Afrika dan memberikan timbal balik bagi Prancis saat ini, secara positif maupun negatif. Salah satu dampak yang dikategorikan sebagai dampak negatif oleh penduduk Prancis adalah imigran yang mulai berdiaspora. Selain secara historis, posisi geografis Prancis juga mendukung adanya penyebaran imigran hingga saat ini. Persebaran imigran yang memiliki latar belakang agama dan budaya yang berbeda memicu xenophobia dan perilaku berbeda terhadap ras lain atau rasisme. Perilaku ini semakin diperkeruh dengan isu-isu ketenagakerjaan dengan anggapan imigran mengambil lapangan pekerjaan masyarakat Prancis. Di sisi lain, komunitas imigran tidak dapat berakulturasi karena tidak mampu menerima idelogi Prancis. Liberté (kebebasan) dan Laïcité (sekularisme) adalah bagian dari ideologi nasional Prancis. Adanya konflik ideologi dan pola sosiologi urban di Prancis mengundang terorisme untuk terjadi di dalam Prancis, sebagai bentuk aksi reaksi atas konflik yang terjadi di antara dua komunitas yang tidak dapat membaur. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana konflik ideologi dan sosiologi urban mempengaruhi tingkat terorisme di Prancis serta mengungkapkan mengapa Prancis menjadi target dari terorisme di Uni Eropa.

Abstract

The development of electricity facilities and infrastructure plays a vital role in supporting the economic, social, and cultural activities of a nation. The success of construction projects, including transmission towers, can be measured based on the triple constraint, namely correct quality, timely and cost-effective. These three things can be achieved through human resource management. This study aims to measure the influence of human resource management which includes HR planning, project leadership support, organizational structure, and provision of training on the success of electricity projects (transmission towers) in West Papua Province. This study uses a cross-sectional approach to determine the relationship among the variables studied. A partial disaggregation approach with Structure Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square using SmartPLS was carried out to measure the causal relationship among the observed variables. Based on hypothesis testing, it was identified that each variable influences the success of the electricity project, where the provision of training has the greatest influence. Overall the goodness of the model in measuring the relationship between the four factors on project success is shown by the R2 value of 0.880 which is categorized as a strong influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on performance, Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on Job Satisfaction (JS), the variable: Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Job Performance (JP) and the variable Organizational citizenship behavior ( OCB) to Job Satisfaction (JS). This research method includes explanatory quantitative research, The independent variables in this study are OCB and innovation culture which affect the dependent variable performance and job satisfaction. The population in this study are star hotels in Tangerang City, which amount to 66 hotels. This study uses simple random sampling method to determine the sample of respondents. The research instrument used was an online questionnaire via google form. For data analysis use software  SmartPLS 3.3.3 . The results of this study are Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (JP), Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS), Job Satisfaction Variable (JS) has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS ), Innovative work behavior (IWB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS).
