Abstract

This research was carried out at the Karya Bersama Village Unit Cooperative in Kerubung Jaya Village for approximately six months. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and activity on profitability. This research was conducted using a quantitative method where the researcher had obtained financial reports from the research site. Then the author conducted a feasibility test of the model and tested the hypothesis using the help of the twenty-first version of SPSS. The results of this study aim to obtain explanatory findings that are tested on (1) liquidity, leverage, and activity are not significant to profitability simultaneously in KUD. Joint Work in Kerubung Jaya. (2) Liquidity is partially insignificant to the profitability of KUD. Karya Bersama in Kerubung Jaya., (3) Leverage is partially insignificant to the profitability of KUD. Abstract

This study aims to develop an inventory suitable for counselors to use to measure students' internet addiction. This research method is a development research. The number of samples was 302 students at senior high school Malang City who were selected by using the Random Sampling technique. The inventory was compiled using the Internet addiction Likert scale and the validator test score sheet. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment to calculate the validity of the item, Alpha Cronbach to calculate the reliability coefficient and factor analysis to determine the adequacy of the sample or the feasibility of all inventory statement items. The results of this development research resulted in an internet addiction inventory consisting of 43 valid statement items and had a high reliability coefficient of 0.933. This internet addiction inventory has 6 correlated factors, according to the internet addiction construct based on Young's theory which underlies the development of inventory. This inventory is needed by counselors to measure internet addiction in students.

Abstract

In addition to the ever-changing conditions, Islamic education faces increasingly complex obstacles. The digital era shows that the implementation of tarbawi interpretation in Islamic education can provide great benefits to students and society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of tarbawi interpretation in Islamic education in 2021. The research method used is a systematic literature review. Data from the scopus database is considered primary data, while data from the dimensions database is considered secondary data. The data obtained were 110 in the Scopus database and 8 documents in Dimensions. In the analysis, however, only 20 documents were included in the criteria. Research results suggest that the implementation of tarbawi interpretation in education is an obstacle. These challenges include limitations in understanding, social change, technological advancement, controversy, language barriers, and a lack of support from educational institutions and society.

Abstract

This local wisdom is one of the products of tradition that lives in society and also develops in the environment of indigenous peoples which has been passed down from generation to generation. This local wisdom functions as a guide to behavior and also shapes people in life by displaying a wise, wise, kind and authoritative side that is firmly entrenched in people's lives and at the same time becomes a guide in that life. In today's society, sometimes local wisdom becomes one of the entities that determines human dignity, which presents intelligence, knowledge, and morals. This is one of the foundations of building a civilized society in the midst of the onslaught of the current era of globalization. This study uses a qualitative and ethnographic approach using primary data through interviews and documentation. This study found that local wisdom has validation that serves as justification for cultural tolerance in the Padang Sidempuan area. The powerlessness of indigenous peoples who are racing towards the traditional side is indeed threatened by the inability to maintain existence in order to continue the traditions of their ancestors which have begun to be eroded by the times.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini merupakan produsen terbesar minyak sawit di seluruh dunia Kekayaan alam yang dimiliki dapat diproduksi berbagai macam barang-barang ekspor. Kegiatan ekspor di Indonesia terbagi kedalam ekspor migas dan ekspor nonmigas. Sektor migas diperoleh dari penerimaan ekspor minyak bumi dan gas alam. Minyak kelapa sawit (CPO) Indonesia merupakan hasil pengolahan tanaman kelapa sawit yang menjadi sumber penghasil devisa bagi Indonesia pada masa pengembagan areal perkebunan kelapa sawit. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan proses penelitian melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis studi kasus yang akan dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Indonesia merupakan negara eksportir minyak kelapa sawit terbesar pertama di dunia. Selama puluhan tahun Indonesia telah memasok CPO ke pasar global. Terdapat kurang lebih separuh pasokan dunia dipasok dari Indonesia. Sejak tahun 2015 hingga kwartal pertama di tahun 2017, Indonesia mendapatkan tekanan dari Uni Eropa (UE) berdasarkan atas kebijakan yang dibuat oleh UE. Untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar dunia yang semakin meningkat kebutuhannya, maka produksi dalam negeri juga kiat dalam meningkatkan produksinya. Kebijakan RED II yang membatasi produk ekspor sawit tentunya akan memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja PDB negara, ekspor, neraca perdagangan, hingga masalah ketenagakerjaan. Besarnya jumlah industri kelapa sawit Indonesia telah membuka banyak lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitar sehingga melalui industri ini telah berperan besar dalam menyerap tenaga kerja

Abstract

Pulau Lusi adalah Pulau buatan yang dibentuk untuk menjawab permasalahan dari endapan lumpur yang dialirka di Muara Kali Porong. Pulau Lusi dikelola sebagai pengembangan keberlajutan dengan pemanfaatan lahan sebagai ekosistem mangrove serta menjadi salah satu pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten SIdoarjo. Wisata Pulau Lusi secara langsung memiliki manfaat pelestarian alam dan lingkungan dengan pendekatan edukasi dan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengelolaan dari Wisata Pulau Lusi yang selanjutnya sebagai acuan strategi pengembangan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang harus ditingkatkan sehingga tata kelolanya dapat membaik dan pengembangannya objek wisata optimal, yaitu harus jelas untuk tupoksi pembagian tata kelola wisata antar pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat sekitar dan diharapkan semua pihak terlibat dalam hal pengelolaan serta pengembangannya dalam hal ini Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Sidoarjo, serta masyarakat Desa Kadungpandan. Pada zaman media sosial harus ada akun khusus bagi promosi Pulau Lusi, agar objek wisata Pulau Lusi jangkauan pengenalan pada masyarakat lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the power of social media to influence people in Indonesia with the fraud case carried out by crazy rich Doni Salmanan and Indra Kenz, as well as the Big Data claim case which shows the postponement of the 2024 election. Social media has become a new medium for interaction, so that many parties who use social media ranging from individuals, influencers, business people, companies to government agencies to share activities, information, promotions and even show off their wealth and luxurious lifestyle. The concepts used in this study include Big Data and Flexing as an analytical instrument for the phenomena in this study. Researchers used qualitative methods using secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there is a common thread between social media, flexing carried out by crazy rich Doni Salmanan and Indra Kenz, and Big Data regarding the postponement of the 2021 elections where social media has strong power to influence and control public opinion in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Servant Leadership, Digital Transformation on Organizational Performance and Work Innovation Capabilities. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This research was conducted in the population in this study were all SMEs in Tangerang City as many as 41,155 SMEs and based on the method of determining the number of samples according to Morgan, the sample units were 380 SMEs. Based on the results of data analysis transformational leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Performance, transformational leadership has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, servant leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Performance, servant leadership has no significant effect on work innovation capabilities, digital transformation has no significant effect on organizational performance, digital Transformation has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, organizational performance has no significant effect on work innovation capabilities, transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities, Servant Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities, digital transformation has no significant effect significant to the Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities.

Abstract

This research is entitled Social Mapping of the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) on the Zakat Community Development (ZCD) Program for Optimizing the Empowerment of Zakat Funds. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the right village to be the object of calculating the Zakat Village Index. As well as knowing and analyzing the priority scale of a village in receiving zakat funds using the Zakat Village Index Calculation method. The method used is a quantitative method, by collecting data based on available databases such as BAZNAS and BPS. The analytical tool used in this study is the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) by calculating the multi-stage weighted index method. The results showed that three villages deserved to be the object of the calculation of the Zakat Village Index. namely Pematang Rahim Village, Bukit Tempurung Village and Sungai Beras Village. The priority scale for villages to receive zakat funds in the Zakat Community Development program is determined by calculating the Zakat Village Index, which is adjusted to the Score Range. The closer the IDZ value is to 1, the more villages are not prioritized. On the other hand, the closer IDZ is to 0, and the village is prioritized for assistance. The results of the calculation of the Zakat Village Index in the three villages used as research objects show that Pematang Rahim with an IDZ value of 0.56, shell hills of 0.50, and Sungai Beras village of 0.56 so that it can be concluded that the three villages can be considered for assistance

Abstract

In halal tourism there is an element of hospitality. How can hospitality in Central Java grow according to sharia, of course in hotels there must be facilities for places of worship. By realizing this, tourists who are looking for halal tourism in Central Java can feel comfortable traveling. The purpose of research on the application of sharia, the differences and similarities in the application of sharia in management. As for the purpose of knowing sharia in management, the differences and similarities in its application. This research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers observed the research location as a whole according to the problem and also interviewed the hotel. The population in this study is the management, all employees and visitors. The method used in this study is an analysis based on general data and then specific conclusions are drawn (deductive method) and the method used to compare the data drawn into new conclusions (comparative method). If the population is <100 people it is better to take all of them, if the population is >100 people then the sample taken is between 10-15% or 20-25%. Therefore, the samples in this study were owners, employees and visitors between 10-15 people as informants. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the hotel is a type of accommodation that uses part or all of the building area to provide lodging, eating, drinking, and other services for the public that are managed commercially.
