Abstract

Perangkat desa berupaya untuk tetap berkomitmen dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal bagi masyarakat di tengah situasi yang tidak menentu dan berubah drastis sebagai dampak pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan mindfulness adalah pelatihan yang menempatkan kesadaran penuh pada sesuatu yang terjadi di momen saat ini dengan keterbukaan dan penerimaan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan mindfulness dalam meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental yang didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang perangkat desa yang bekerja di Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah, yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Partisipan telah mengisi skala komitmen pelayanan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Paired-Samples T Test dengan bantuan software IBM® SPSS® Statistics. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness pada kelompok eksperimen, diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mengalami peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness merupakan salah satu teknik yang efektif untuk meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa dapat dikembangkan dengan cara mempraktikkan teknik mindfulness. Materi dalam pelatihan teknik mindfulness yang telah dipelajari oleh para perangkat desa dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan latihan informal mindfulness secara rutin dan teratur, baik dalam lingkup pekerjaan, maupun kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The company growing among its competitors is something that needs to be maintained where the company gets the right steps to know the business development of its competitors. This study uses a qualitative research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism. Shipping service companies to survive in the midst of competition must have a strategy, namely Competitive Intelligence so that they are able to take on the strategies of their competitors with changes in the demographic, economic, sociocultural, global, technological and political environment. Information on products, industry, vendors, customers, competitors and markets obtained is used as material to be applied in the company. Competitive Intelligence delivery services obtained information namely delivery speed, range, fleet, service, price, search marketing, web design and management of information systems. POS is a delivery service that has the widest range and the fastest J&T. Winning the competition. Shipping services must implement what is expected of the Industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the children's choir of Gema Trumpets, review and how the process of making the Children's Choir of Gema Sangkakala Manado, How is the process of fostering the Children's Choir of Gema Sangkakala Manado, What are the factors that hinder the process? Ordering and coaching the Manado Echo Sangkakala Children's Choir, and What efforts have been made to overcome the obstacles to ordering and coaching the Echo Trumpets Children's Choir. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Data technique is done by observation, interview, documentation study. coaching, namely: After analyzing the data, it was concluded that The reservation of the Gema Sangkakala Manado children's choir was a response to the public's interest, especially choir observers to accommodate the potential of children who have interests and talents in senior vocals, especially in the choir. , as part of the development of the organization (Studio) to contribute to fostering children's attitudes and behavior through the chorus, to motivate in general in cultivating and attracting children's interest in their love of good singing skills through praise, Age limits and parents, as well as children in the Choir by showing the impact of fostering children on a changing process, the management of the process always requires substantial funds by relying only on non-permanent donors, and Efforts which were carried out to overcome various obstacles in the choir, among others, recruiting members followed by b . interviews both for children and parents, involving parents in the preparation of activity programs that are tailored to the child's schedule, fundraising is carried out at any time including scheduling concert programs that are held regularly.

Abstract

Munggu Beach is an attractive destination in Bali. With the potential for natural beauty and various activities that can be done around the beach area. The Munggu Beach destination offers a number of tourist attractions, including stunning sea views, spectacular sunsets, and various activities, such as playing beach volleyball, swimming, and water sports activities. To increase the attractiveness of Munggu Beach, four main components need to be considered: tourism attractions, accessibility, facilities and supporting services. This research aims to analyze the potential attraction of Munggu Beach for developing tourism products and improving visitor experiences. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an R&D (Research and Development) approach in Munggu Village. The research results found that with good accessibility, various facilities and adequate supporting services, Munggu Beach can become a promising destination and develop as an attractive and diverse tourist destination in Bali. This research provides recommendations for what Munggu Beach managers can do by updating facilities, promoting local culture, and improving environmental cleanliness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya Kepemilikan Manajerial (KM) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Price To Book Value (PBV) dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) sebagai variabel moderating. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan dokumentasi, dengan metode statistik regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka: Kepemilikan Manajerial  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price To Book Value, dan Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price To Book Value serta Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Debt To Equity Ratio secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price To Book Value. Selain itu, Dividend Payout Ratio memperlemah hubungan Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Price To Book Value serta Dividend Payout Ratio memperkuat hubungan Debt To Equity Ratio terhadap Price To Book Value.

Abstract

This study originated from the fact in the School that learning is often dominated by teachers so that student learning outcomes about Light material are not as expected. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Light in class V SDN 07 Silaut. This type of research is classroom action research with an experimental method. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach which is carried out in two collaborative cycles between researchers and teachers. Research subjects were teachers and grade V elementary school students. The results showed that using experimental methods can improve the learning outcomes of grade V students.

Abstract

The aims of this research and development are (1) to develop an android-based assessment instrument to assess the ability to design clothes digitally, (2) to test the validity and reliability of the instruments developed, (3) to test the practicality of using android-based assessment instruments. The research model uses the Borg & Gall model which consists of ten development steps, namely: (1) research and data collection (2) planning, (3) product draft development, (4) field trials, (5) initial product improvement, ( 6) field trials, (7) improvement of the results of field tests, (8) field implementation tests, (9) improvement of the final product, and (10) dissemination and implementation. The data analysis technique uses the Aikens'V formula to test content validity, Cronbach's Alpha to analyze reliability, and percentages to test practicality. The results of the study (1) obtained an assessment instrument in the form of a Likert scale, 4 options, equipped with a rubric for assessing fashion design products digitally. The instrument is constructed on 4 dimensions/aspects of 15 indicators. (2) the assessment instrument developed is valid with a Vcount of 0.93 and reliable with a reliability coefficient of 0.91. (3) The use of instruments in the good category with an average score of 87.5%.

Abstract

Work effectiveness greatly determines organizational performance, so its existence needs serious attention. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on work effectiveness mediated by good corporate governance (GCG). The participants comprised 434 employees in Indonesia's consumer goods, finance, trade, services, and investment industry across Jakarta, West Java, and Banten. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive and correlational analysis. The result indicated that ethical leadership directly affects GCG and work effectiveness, GCG  directly affects work effectiveness, and ethical leadership indirectly affects work effectiveness mediated by GCG. The evidence confirms a new empirical model as a novelty regarding the effect of ethical leadership on employee work effectiveness mediated by GCG. This model can be used as material for exciting discussions among academics and researchers by considering several important issues relevant to this research results' limitations.

Abstract

China terus melakukan perluasan kekuatan ekonomi dan pengaruh politik negaranya diberbagai kawasan dunia, salah satunya ialah kawasan Asia, mengimplementasikannya dengan pembentukan berbagai rezim serta institusi internasional yang bergerak diberbagai bidang, salah satunya yakni pembentukan institusi atau lembaga keuangan internasional yang bernamakan Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi China dalam strategi yang dilakukannya untuk mencapai kepentingan negaranya di kawasan Asia melalui pembentukan AIIB. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif analitik dalam menganalisis permasalahan yang diteliti. Pada tulisan ini menunjukan bagaiamana pola yang dilakukan cina untuk melebarkan sayapnya dengan membangun hubungan kerjasama dengan negara lain melalui peminjaman investasi dengan pembentukan AIIB, dalam penulisan ini juga dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya AIIB ini juga menjadi alat untuk China mengapai kepentingannya dalam hal ekonomi dan politik negaranya, yakni dalam bidang ekeonomi cina berupaya untuk memperluas pasar luar negeri china dengan negara-negara lain terkhusus di kawasan Asia adapun secara politik pembentukan AIIB juga menjadi salah satu strategi china dalam menggeser eksistensi dan posisi hegemoni amerika di kawasan Asia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of competency on employee performance at SLC Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang. A total of 32 SLC staff were used as the research population, and the entire population was interviewed using the census method (Sample Sum). Observation, questionnaire, and documentation methods were used for data collection. Data analysis involves testing validity, reliability, simple regression, and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that there is a correlation between salary and bonuses and the performance of SLC Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang employees, measured through a validity test. The rcount value which is greater than the rtable value (0.349) indicates adequate validity. The reliability test shows that all variables have a confidence value greater than the reliability standard of 0.60. A simple regression test shows the relationship between salary variables and employee performance, with the formula Y = 3.076 x 0.549 and significance less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 43.2% shows that 43.2% of employee performance is influenced by salary variables. The remaining 56.8% was influenced by other factors not tested in this study. The research results provide the implication that increasing salaries can have a positive impact of 43.2% on the performance of SLC Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang employees. However, it should be noted that other factors not tested also played an important role at 56.8%. Therefore, further recommendations for future research could involve additional variables to understand other factors that influence employee performance in a more holistic manner.
