Abstract

Competition between private schools in the Admission of New Students (PPDB) is intense, especially PPDB at Vocational High Schools (SMK). One of the private schools of PPDB, named Puspita Persada, is currently conducting an offline PPDB process, where new student admissions (CPDB) take and fill out the registration form offline at the school, as well as the distribution of school promotions in the form of the installation of banners and distribution of brochures in areas that are only around the school. Therefore, a study is needed to overcome problems in the PPDB process to increase the number of new student admissions and maintain parents' loyalty. Thus, this research applies the Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) model to CPDB at SMK Puspita Persada. This research only focuses on 2 stages of CRM, namely acquire and retain. The research aims to integrate e-CRM on the website to improve the PPDB process by facilitating CPDB registration, offering discounts as a promotional tool, maintaining loyalty by allowing alumni reviews and facilitating criticism and suggestions. The methodology of this study uses the stages of the software development method named Prototyping. The results show that implementing e-CRM on the SMK Puspita Persada website to support the PPDB process can make it easier for schools to obtain CPDB by providing the most recent CPDB admission information feature, which can be read or downloaded.

Abstract

Mang Jana rice shop (TB MJ) is a CV-shaped company which operates in the field of selling basic necessities which is located in Bandung City, precisely in Ujungberung District. This shop experiences an increase in sales every month. In this case it is necessary to predict the number of sales in the coming period. Forecasting (forecasting) means estimating what will happen in the future, and planning means deciding what to do once it is done. The Least Square method is a sales forecasting method by minimizing the criterion function of the sum of the squares of forecasting errors, so that it can be used for sales forecasting. The Least Square Method is an analysis method that aims to predict the future by looking for similarities in data trends which includes time series analysis for two cases: even and odd data. The amount of data may increase. The results of the study show that the application built is very helpful for the rice shop in making predictions so that it is more precise and accurate.

Abstract

The success of catfish cultivation is most influenced by the quality of the seeds. Proper selection of superior catfish seeds can increase crop yields and breeder profits. Seed selection needs to be assisted by the right decission making method. The aim of this research is to apply Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) in determining superior catfish seeds. Criteria for determining catfish seeds include growth rate, disease resistance, level of independence, seed size, and seed price. FCMC can support decision making for various criteria so that it can be used in determining superior catfish seeds. The research results show that FCMC can be used to determine superior catfish seeds. African catfish (clarias gariepinus) seeds were selected as superior seeds with the highest total score for each degree of optimism. At the optimization degree ? = 0, the total integral value reaches 0.349, at the optimization degree ? = 0.5, the total integral value reaches 0.417, and at the optimization degree ? = 1, the total integral value reaches 0.485, the highest compared to the other two seed variants. This research is useful in increasing catfish harvests, increasing profits for catfish farmers, and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of catfish cultivation, especially in the Bandung Regency area.

Abstract

The road pavement condition survey aims to determine the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) value, which serves as the main indicator in determining road treatment strategies, such as routine maintenance, periodic maintenance, structural improvements, or reconstruction. In the manual execution of the road condition survey, the process involves walking along the road sections to be surveyed, taking samples from specific sections, which can take a relatively long time. In this study, an innovation was introduced to use video for recording road sections and performing analysis using an application. Data collection for the survey is carried out using video cameras with GPS technology mounted on vehicles to record road conditions in real-time. The telemetry data generated includes information on latitude, longitude, and vehicle speed, which is then further analyzed to create a dataset containing damage types, severity levels, damage dimensions, and other parameters. With the vast extent of provincial road sections reaching thousands of kilometers, Geospatial Business Intelligence (BI)-based street map technology is used to visualize and analyze survey results more effectively and quickly. The results of the study show that video and telemetry technology provide detailed information, while integration with Geospatial BI enhances the efficiency and speed of strategic decision-making related to road treatment.

Abstract

The evolution of information technology increasingly exerts significant influence across various life domains, including the business field. With this development, numerous companies and institutions are transitioning from manual systems to computerized systems. A prime example is PT Kilang Pertamina International Refinery Unit III, which possesses an integrated system enabling comprehensive corporate operational management. However, in reality, the Sistem Tata Kerja (STK) design remains non-computerized, still utilizing physical documents involving traditional procedural actions such as document creation, numbering, and authorization signatures by authorized leadership. Consequently, this frequently generates challenges, particularly during urgent document signature situations where leadership cannot be replaced by others. The research objective is to design a STK user interface utilizing Figma through prototyping method. The method used is prototyping, which consists of several stages, starting from Requirement Gathering and Analysis to the final stage, Implement Product and Maintain. The evaluation was conducted using the usability testing method with a tool called Maze. Based on the results, a score of 90 was obtained, indicating that the user interface is categorized into the high category. This demonstrates that the designed user interface can meet user needs while providing an efficient and user-friendly experience.
