Abstract

The phenomenon of the increasing number of influencers promoting products through social media has raised legal issues when the advertised products turn out to be illegal or harmful to consumers. This study examines the legal liability of influencers from the perspective of contract law under the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and criminal provisions under the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law). Using a normative juridical approach, this study finds that influencers may be held civilly liable for breach of contract if they fail to exercise due diligence in promotional agreements. On the criminal side, the promotion of illegal products may be subject to sanctions under Article 45A of the ITE Law if it fulfills the element of spreading false or misleading information. Therefore, more comprehensive regulations are needed to clarify the legal status of influencers as legal subjects with ethical and legal obligations in the digital sphere.

Abstract

Education does not only focus on academic achievement, but also plays an important role in shaping the character of students, one of which is tolerance. Tolerance is very much needed in social life, especially in elementary schools that have a diverse student background. This study aims to improve the religious tolerance of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 18 Tangah Koto through the application of the discussion method. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle included the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 25 fourth-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The results showed an increase in students' tolerance attitudes. In the pre-cycle, only 28% of students achieved mastery, increasing to 60% in cycle I, and finally reaching 80% in cycle II. Thus, the application of the discussion method proved to be effective in increasing students' religious tolerance attitudes.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Alahan Mati in class VII.2 . with a total of 27 student, consisting of 15 male students and 12 famale students were studied. The study was conduced academic year from february 13 to march 13, 2024. action research is to find out whether the Make A Match learning model can improve student learning achievement. The data collection method is a learning achievement test. The data analysis method is descriptive for both qualitative and quantitative data. The results obtained from this study are that the Make A Match learning model can improve student learning achievement. This is evident from the results in cycle I reaching an average value of 74.52 with a learning completion percentage of 70%, and in cycle II reaching an average value of 80.59 with a learning completion percentage of 89%. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the Make A Match learning model can improve the Islamic Religious Education learning achievement of class VII.2 students at SMP Negeri 2 Alahan Mati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan minat belajar siswa kelas X MA I’anathu Tholibin pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak melalui penerapan metode diskusi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 siswa pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keaktifan siswa, minat belajar, serta kemampuan dalam menyimpulkan materi. Pada siklus pertama, partisipasi siswa masih terbatas pada sebagian kelompok, sementara pada siklus kedua hampir seluruh siswa aktif berpendapat dan berinteraksi dalam diskusi. Penerapan metode diskusi juga mampu menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih kondusif, kolaboratif, dan menyenangkan sehingga siswa lebih antusias mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode diskusi efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sekaligus membangun keterampilan komunikasi dan kerja sama siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes through the Make a Match method in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and to identify obstacles in the learning process. A preliminary study at SDN 08 Tabek Panjang showed that 50% of students were still below the minimum passing grade due to monotonous and less varied learning. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a sample of 17 students. Data were collected through direct observation and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the Make a Match method. In cycle I, only 9 students passed with suboptimal average scores. However, in cycle II, the number of students who passed increased to 31 with an average score of 87. In addition, student activity in participating in learning also increased, from 53% in cycle I to 91% in cycle II. This improvement proves that the Make a Match method is effective in increasing student engagement and understanding in Islamic Education learning. With this strategy, students are more active, motivated, and able to achieve classical learning completeness. Therefore, this study is declared successful because the application of the Make a Match method is able to overcome the problem of low student learning outcomes and make learning more interesting and enjoyable.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays an important role in shaping students' religious personalities. However, in reality, IRE learning in junior high schools is still ineffective due to limited time allocation, only two hours per week, and the use of inappropriate methods. This condition has an impact on the low effectiveness of the learning process and student learning outcomes. As a solution, singing methods are applied to create a fun learning atmosphere so that students are more enthusiastic. This study aims to determine: (1) the improvement of the PAI learning process through the singing method in eighth-grade students at SMP IT Andalas Cendikia, and (2) the improvement of PAI learning outcomes through the singing method. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 28 eighth-grade students as subjects. The research was conducted in three stages, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data analysis used the Kemmis and McTaggart model. The results showed that the singing method was able to increase student enthusiasm and learning outcomes. Learning enthusiasm increased from 64.28% in cycle I to 92.85% in cycle II, while student learning outcomes increased from 78.57% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II.

Abstract

Based on medical record data in 2024 at Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital Jepara, of 120 outpatients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, only 65 people (54.1%) were recorded as compliant in following the control and treatment schedule regularly. Initial interviews with 10 patients showed that 8 people (80%) had never received systematic health education regarding the treatment they were undergoing. Lack of compliance in taking medication can have an impact on increasing the risk of complications and reducing the quality of life of patients. The aim was to determine the effect of health education on medication compliance in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. Methods: The research design used a pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The study was conducted at the Outpatient Polyclinic of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital Jepara in June–July 2025. The number of samples was set at 55 respondents. The results of data analysis using the Spearman test showed a value of r = 0.512 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study proves that health education has a significant effect in increasing medication adherence in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients.

Abstract

Abstract In the modern era, the quality of health services is a major focus in improving public health. A preliminary study at the Emergency Room of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital, Jepara, on May 14, 2025, showed that there were still communication obstacles between teams, such as delays in delivering information between shifts and nurses' lack of understanding of doctor's instructions. From interviews with five nurses and two doctors, obstacles were found in work coordination, while out of 10 patients or patient families, four people stated that they were dissatisfied with the speed and clarity of medical explanations. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the quality of medical team communication and patient care outcomes in the Emergency Room of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital, Jepara. The type of research was quantitative with a correlation method and a cross-sectional design. The research sample was 43 respondents. The results of statistical tests with the Chi Square test obtained a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the quality of medical team communication and patient care outcomes in the Emergency Room of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital, Jepara. Keywords: communication, medical, emergency room Abstrak. Dalam era modern, kualitas pelayanan kesehatan menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Studi pendahuluan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara pada 14 Mei 2025 menunjukkan masih adanya kendala komunikasi antartim, seperti keterlambatan penyampaian informasi antarshift dan kurangnya pemahaman perawat terhadap instruksi dokter. Dari wawancara dengan lima perawat dan dua dokter, ditemukan hambatan dalam koordinasi kerja, sedangkan dari 10 pasien atau keluarga pasien, empat orang menyatakan kurang puas terhadap kecepatan serta kejelasan penjelasan medis.Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan kualitas komunikasi tim medis dengan hasil perawatan pasien di IGD RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi dan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 43 responden.Hasil uji statistik dengan uji Chi Square didapatkan nilai p p-value 0.002 (p< 0.05).Kesimpulan terdapat Hubungan Kualitas Komunikasi Tim Medis Dengan Hasil Perawatan Pasien di IGD RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara Kata Kunci: komunikasi,medis,IGD

Abstract

RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara is a type C private hospital that has implemented a web-based hospital management information system (SIMRS), including in the Emergency Room unit. This system allows medical personnel to input patient data digitally, monitor the status of treatment rooms, and accelerate communication between service units. Objective: To determine the relationship between the implementation of Information Technology (SIMRS) and the efficiency of patient care in the Emergency Room (IGD) of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital Jepara. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The study population is medical personnel and administrative staff in the Emergency Room of Sultan Hadlirin Islamic Hospital Jepara. The research sample is 30 respondents. The results of the correlation analysis show a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of SIMRS and the efficiency of patient care, with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.652 and p <0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the implementation of Information Technology and the efficiency of patient care.

Abstract

Pijat bayi telah dikenal sebagai salah satu metode yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas tidur bayi, hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di desa Dudakawu Kembang Jepara terdapat 50 bayi usia 0-1 tahun, 35 diantaranya berusia 3-6 (data diperoleh dari bidan desa).Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan di Posyandu Sido Tresno Desa Dudakawu Kembang Jepara. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pra eksperimental, dengan tipe one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi melibatkan semua bayi usia 3-6 bulan yang berkunjung di Posyandu Sido Tresno Desa Dudakawu Kembang Jepara, yaitu sejumlah 35 bayi. Tekhnik sampling menggunakan total sampling, Hasil:Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan 19 responden (54,3%) responden berusia 6 bulan sebanyak 12 responden (34,3%).Kualitas tidur bayi sebelum dilakukan pijat bayi mayoritas memiliki kualitas tidur kurang  yaitu sebanyak 32 bayi (91,4%).Simpulan: terdapat Pengaruh antara pijat bayi dengan kualitas tidur pada bayi usia 3-6 bulan, dengan nilai Sig. = 0.001 > 0,05 dan  nilai Sig.2 Tailed = 0,000 < 0,05..
