Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource (HR) practices has become increasingly critical in the era of Industry 4.0. However, many organizations encounter significant challenges in adopting this technology effectively. This study aims to explore the future opportunities AI offers to reshape HR strategies and workforce dynamics while identifying the challenges associated with its implementation. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA protocol, data were collected from various academic databases to analyze relevant studies on AI applications in HR. The findings reveal that AI enhances talent acquisition, personalized employee development, and optimizes workforce analytics, while also supporting more inclusive and equitable HR policies. This study provides practical insights for organizations to adopt AI ethically and strategically, emphasizing the importance of developing supportive policies to facilitate effective integration. These results contribute to advancing both academic research and practical applications in the intersection of AI and HR management.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how personalization in digital marketing influences consumer trust, focusing on factors that strengthen or weaken that trust. Using a systematic literature review approach with the PRISMA method, we analyzed findings from previous studies related to data-based personalization, transparency, and privacy. The results show that the level of transparency, relevance of content, as well as consumer control over their data play a key role in building trust, while intrusive personalization can undermine it. The practical implications of this research provide guidance for companies in designing ethical and effective digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of supply chain risk management (SCRM) in the context of increasingly complex and interconnected global supply chains. With increased vulnerability to disruption, as seen during the COVID-19 pandemic, companies need to develop robust SCRM strategies to ensure continuity of operations. This research aims to identify common and emerging risks in the supply chain, analyze factors that influence the severity of risks, and explore effective mitigation strategies. Through a systematic literature review approach, this research finds that traditional risks such as operational disruption and price fluctuations are still a major concern, while new risks such as cyber attacks and geopolitical instability are increasingly dominating. Additionally, factors such as supply chain complexity, reliance on technology, and market dynamics play an important role in determining the impact of risks. This research suggests that companies adopt strategies of supplier diversification, digitalization, collaboration with stakeholders, and sustainable practices to increase the resilience of their supply chains.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce in the last decade has brought significant environmental challenges, especially in the logistics sector which contributes greatly to global carbon emissions. This research aims to analyze green logistics strategies implemented by e-commerce companies and evaluate their effectiveness in balancing sustainability and cost efficiency. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach, which includes analysis of the latest literature regarding green logistics practices. The research results show that strategies such as sustainable packaging, carbon neutral shipping, route optimization, and collaboration with green suppliers can reduce environmental impact while increasing operational efficiency. However, challenges such as high initial costs, varying regulations, and consumer preferences for low prices are obstacles to implementing this strategy. This research provides recommendations for e-commerce companies to adopt more effective and sustainable green logistics practices.

Abstract

This research explores the role of ethical leadership in increasing employee retention in multinational companies (MNCs). In the context of intense global competition, high levels of employee turnover pose a significant challenge for MNCs, which can disrupt organizational stability and increase recruitment costs. Through a systematic review of relevant literature, this research identified five key dimensions of ethical leadership that contribute to employee retention: integrity and transparency, fairness and justice, modeling ethical behavior, employee-focused decision making, and a supportive work environment. Findings suggest that ethical leadership not only increases employee job satisfaction and commitment, but also creates a positive organizational culture that supports long-term loyalty. This research provides practical insights for managers and leaders in MNCs to develop leadership strategies that focus on ethics to reduce turnover and increase organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

In recent decades, green bonds have emerged as a significant financial instrument in supporting sustainable finance and facilitating environmentally friendly investments. This research aims to evaluate the contribution of green bonds to the development of sustainable finance in the global capital market. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, we analyze various empirical studies and relevant industry reports. Findings show that green bonds not only increase access to funding for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects, but also provide financial benefits through transparency and market stability. However, challenges such as greenwashing risks and lack of consistent certification standards still hinder the growth of this market. This research provides insights for investors, policy makers and academics in formulating more effective strategies to support the transition to a green economy.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, personalization in digital marketing has become an important strategy for companies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. This research aims to explore the factors that mediate the relationship between digital marketing personalization and consumer loyalty. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with PRISMA methodology, this research identifies five main factors that act as mediators: perceived trust and transparency, customer involvement and emotional connection, perceived value and relevance, privacy and data security concerns, and brand relationships and commitment. The findings show that transparency in data use and relevant personalized experiences can increase customer trust, which in turn strengthens loyalty. This research provides valuable insights for marketing practitioners in designing ethical and effective personalization strategies, and highlights the importance of maintaining data privacy and security in building long-term relationships with customers.
