Abstract

Transformational leadership is recognized as one of the most effective leadership styles in the context of higher education, especially in improving lecturer engagement and institutional performance. In Southeast Sulawesi, the challenges faced by private universities in implementing this leadership are a major concern, given the importance of the role of lecturers in achieving academic goals. This study identifies a knowledge gap related to the lack of understanding of transformational leadership that can hinder the development of higher education institutions. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with in-depth interviews with relevant informants in private universities. The findings of this study provide significant implications for the development of leadership theory and practice, as well as offering solutions for institutional leaders in implementing more effective leadership styles to improve the quality of education. This study is expected to be a reference for further studies on transformational leadership in the context of higher education, as well as providing new insights for the development of better management strategies.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of green marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions and brand loyalty through a systematic review of existing literature. With increasing awareness of environmental issues, consumers are increasingly choosing products that demonstrate a commitment to sustainability. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA method to identify, filter and analyze relevant articles from various academic databases. The analysis results show that green product attributes, transparent marketing communications, and the company's commitment to social responsibility contribute significantly to increasing consumer trust and loyalty. However, greenwashing practices can undermine that trust. These findings provide important insights for companies in designing effective and authentic green marketing strategies to increase competitiveness in an increasingly sustainability-oriented market.

Abstract

The growth of digital payment systems has changed consumption behavior and financial stability across various demographic groups. This research aims to explore how digital payment systems influence shopping behavior among different age groups, income levels and education levels. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzed 43 relevant articles from various academic databases. Findings show that younger generations, especially Millennials and Gen Z, tend to spend more due to the ease of digital transactions, while older generations are more skeptical about adopting this technology. In addition, income and financial literacy factors play an important role in determining an individual's response to digital payment systems. This research provides insights for stakeholders, including regulators and the fintech industry, to design more inclusive and effective strategies for managing the impact of digital payment systems.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of tax avoidance strategies on corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and firm performance across industries. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, we analyze 34 relevant studies from various academic databases. The findings suggest that the relationship between tax avoidance and CSR is complex and influenced by industry context, tax regulations, and social pressures. Firms engaging in aggressive tax avoidance tend to increase CSR spending to maintain social legitimacy and reduce reputational risk. However, the impact of tax avoidance on firm performance varies, with potential short-term positive effects offset by long-term reputational and litigation risks. This study provides important insights for managers, regulators, and stakeholders in designing balanced tax and CSR strategies to enhance corporate sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi e-service quality yaitu site organization, reliability, responsiveness, user friendliness, personal needs, dan efficiency terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi seluruh nasabah BSI yang menggunakan BSI Mobile di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form dengan skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa reliability, user friendliness, dan efficiency berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile. Sedangkan site organization, responsiveness, dan personal needs tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Secara simultan, site organization, reliability, responsiveness, user friendliness, personal needs, dan efficiency berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile.

Abstract

In the context of increasingly diverse and dynamic work environments, inclusive leadership has emerged as an important approach to increasing employee engagement and innovation. This research aims to identify the main characteristics of inclusive leadership that contribute to increased employee engagement. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 22 relevant articles were analyzed to explore the attributes of inclusive leadership and their impact on employee engagement. Findings show that characteristics such as open communication, empathy, fairness in decision making, empowerment, cultural awareness, and support for employee development significantly increase employee engagement. This research provides valuable insights for organizations in developing more inclusive leadership strategies, which in turn can improve employee productivity and well-being. The results of this study also suggest the need for further research to explore the long-term impact of inclusive leadership in various industrial contexts.

Abstract

Keselamatan pertambangan merupakan bagian penting dalam kaidah good mining practice. Cara pandang seluruh pekerja dalam hal ini adalah bahwa keselamatan merupakan kebutuhan diri pekerja untuk bisa bekerja dengan aman dan keselamatan merupakan payung yang menaungi bisnis pertambangan agar berkelanjutan. Bahkan saat ini Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral telah membuat beberapa regulasi mengenai keselamatan pertambangan yang tentunya harus dipatuhi. Selain upaya preventif, diperlukan pula upaya kuratif untuk memastikan saat kondisi gawat darurat atau kecelakaan, maka perusahaan harus bisa segera menangani untuk mencegah kerugian baik pada manusia maupun kerugian lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan tim tanggap darurat di PT Semesta Alam Barito. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dengan studi literatur mengenai keselamatan dan tanggap darurat, tinjauan dokumen-dokumen perusahaan, dan observasi lapangan. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kemudian diimplementasikan improvement dengan pembentukan tim tanggap darurat yang kemudian diberi nama dengan Tim Mandau Rescue. Efek domino positif dengan adanya konsistensi pekerjaan Tim Mandau Rescue adalah membina mental maupun fisik personel, meminimalkan kehilangan golden time jika terjadi kecelakaan, menciptakan personel perusahaan yang memiliki awareness dan kapabilitas dalam hal keselamatan dan tanggap darurat, menggemakan keselamatan, dan turut berkontribusi atas dasar kemanusiaan jika terjadi bencana di sekitar daerah Kabupaten Murung Raya-Kalimantan Tengah.

Abstract

Decentralized Finance (DeFi) has emerged as a significant innovation in the global financial ecosystem, offering an alternative for individuals who do not have access to traditional banking services. However, challenges such as regulatory uncertainty, security risks, and volatility of crypto assets hinder the widespread adoption of DeFi. This research aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges facing DeFi in the global financial system and evaluate its impact on financial stability and regulation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research collects and analyzes literature from leading academic databases, including Scopus and Web of Science, with a focus on relevant studies between 2019 and 2024. Thematic and comparative analysis is applied to identify key themes and compare DeFi with traditional financial systems. The findings show that DeFi offers greater cost efficiency and accessibility, but also faces significant risks regarding volatility and security. Regulatory uncertainty in various countries is a barrier to wider adoption. This research provides important insights for regulators and industry players into how DeFi can serve as a complement to traditional financial systems, while emphasizing the need for a clear regulatory framework to support innovation and protect users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan Total Quality Management memberikan nilai yang signifikan terhadap Motivasi Karyawan serta Kinerja organisasi di lingkungan Lembaga Pelatihan kerja yang ada di Karawang. Peningkatan kinerja bisa diukur dari sejauh mana TQM bisa dijalankan dengan baik. Hal ini akan berdampak pada semakin tingginya produktivitas kinerja dari Peserta magang yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja yang ada di Karawang Motivasi karyawan dan Kinerja Organisasi merupakan indikator keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan TQM. Hal ini bisa terlihat dari Kompetensi Unit Kerja yang ada di setiap Program Pemagangan kerja yang dijalankan oleh Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja sehingga dunia industri yang telah bekerja sama dengan LPK-LPK akan mendapatkan nilai kemanfaatan dari implementasi tersebut. Bagi Peserta Magang di LPK pun akan meningkatkan kompetensi kerjanya, terukur secara skill, paham terhadap aturan serta kedisiplinan dan target yang diharapkan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Mie Enak di daerah Sunter Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuantitatif dengan SmartPls 4.0. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan data primer atau menyebarkan kuesioner.  Kuesioner disusun dengan mengajukan pernyataan atau pertanyaan sesuai indikator dan variable-variabel. Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus MOE.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
