Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that influence the effectiveness of risk management strategies in financial institutions. Through analysis of variables such as the level of risk awareness across the organization, the level of success in identifying and mitigating the impact of risks, and employee participation in the risk management process, our findings show that these factors have a significant influence on the effectiveness of risk management strategies. Financial institutions that have a strong risk culture, supported by a high level of risk awareness and open communication about risk across the organizational hierarchy, tend to be more successful in managing risk and achieving their goals. The practical implication of this research is the importance of strengthening risk culture, increasing risk awareness throughout the organization, and encouraging active employee participation in the risk management process to increase the effectiveness of risk management strategies in financial institutions.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between digital marketing strategies and sustainable brand development. Using a systematic literature review, we analyze various factors influencing brand development in a digital context. Our findings show that significant investment in digital marketing, high quality digital content, ongoing interactions with customers through digital channels, and consistency and relevance of digital marketing messages have a major impact on sustainable brand development. This emphasizes the importance of a targeted and effective digital marketing strategy in achieving sustainable brand development goals in this digital era.

Abstract

Integrating HR Analytics into organizational decision-making processes is crucial for modern businesses looking to improve human resource management practices and drive better decision-making outcomes. This systematic literature review explores the importance of HR Analytics integration, its key determinants, and its impact on organizational performance and decision-making effectiveness. Through an analysis of existing literature, this review identifies factors that influence HR Analytics integration, such as data collection practices, technology availability, managerial skills, and organizational policies. This review also revealed a research gap regarding the optimal use of HR Analytics for strategic decision making, highlighting the need for further research in this area. Overall, these findings underscore the importance of HR Analytics in driving better HR management practices and better organizational decision-making outcomes.

Abstract

The development of FinTech technology has changed the financial landscape, having a significant impact on individual and corporate financial decision-making. Through a systematic literature review, this research investigates the evolution of FinTech and its effects on financial management behavior, product preferences, investment decisions, and consumer confidence. FinTech has improved accessibility, product innovation, data analysis, competition in the market, and security, while also raising challenges such as data security issues and the risk of bias in decision making. With a deeper understanding of this relationship, steps can be taken to maximize the benefits of FinTech while minimizing the risks.

Abstract

Building an organizational culture that supports diversity and inclusion is a significant challenge for organizations in this era of globalization. Through this research, we analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives in organizations. The research results show that leadership commitment, inclusive policies, employee cultural awareness, employee involvement, and innovation play an important role in creating an inclusive and supportive work environment. Measuring the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives was also identified as an important step to ensure successful implementation. The practical and theoretical implications of these findings are discussed in the context of building an inclusive and supportive organizational culture.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of implementing work-life balance strategies on employee well-being in an organizational context. A quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data from surveys conducted on employees. Findings show that flexibility of working hours, flexible leave policies, remote work, accessibility of health and wellness facilities, and work-life balance programs significantly contribute to employee well-being. The implication of these findings is that it is important for companies to pay attention to these aspects in designing their human resource management policies and practices to improve employee welfare and productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of Human Resources (HR) in supporting organizational innovation. Through systematic literature analysis, this research explores factors such as organizational culture, recruitment and selection processes, training and development, rewards and recognition, teamwork and collaboration, policies of flexibility and openness, communication and knowledge sharing, and the role of leaders in encouraging innovation . The findings of this research indicate that the integration of HR functions into an organization's innovation strategy, along with the implementation of innovation-oriented HR policies, can increase the overall level of organizational innovation. Although this research is faced with limitations in the range of literature selected, the research implications provide important insights for HR practitioners and organizational leaders in strengthening the innovative capacity of their organizations.

Abstract

This literature review aims to explore strategies and best practices for building organizational resilience in the era of uncertainty. The research synthesizes existing literature to identify key predictors of organizational resilience, including resilient leadership, human capital management strategies, proactive resilience approaches, and cost optimization techniques. The methodology employed in this study involves a systematic literature review using reputable international academic databases over the past five years. Findings reveal that resilient leadership plays a crucial role in fostering organizational resilience by cultivating a resilient culture, enhancing awareness, facilitating learning processes, and strengthening physiological capital. Additionally, human capital management strategies focusing on individual capability development and resilience-building contribute significantly to organizational resilience. Proactive resilience approaches and cost optimization techniques further enhance organizational resilience by enabling quick adaptation and response to unexpected events. This study highlights the importance of adopting a multi-level approach to cost optimization and emphasizes the need for empirical research to validate the effectiveness of different resilience-building strategies. The findings offer practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance their resilience in uncertain environments.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that influence technology adoption by the Human Resources (HR) Department. The research method used is a systematic literature review using academic databases of international reputation over the last ten years. Research findings indicate that factors such as organizational culture, technology adoption, HR competencies, HR analytics, technology availability and accessibility, symbolic adoption, and organizational factors play an important role in HR technology adoption. An organizational culture that supports innovation and technology, as well as the technological competence possessed by HR personnel, are significant factors in influencing technology adoption. Additionally, adequate technology availability and strong organizational support were also found to contribute to higher technology adoption rates. The implications of this research indicate the need for organizations to pay attention to these factors in an effort to increase HR technology adoption. Suggestions for future research include longitudinal research to evaluate the long-term impact of HR technology adoption, as well as research across industries and cultural contexts to understand the factors that influence HR technology adoption more broadly.
