Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between financial literacy and financial education and consumer behavior in making financial decisions in the digital era. To achieve this goal, a literature review was conducted to gather insights on the definition and dimensions of financial literacy, the impact of digitalization on financial transactions, and the interaction between financial literacy and consumer behavior. The research method used is a comprehensive literature review analysis, which involves searching and selecting relevant articles from various sources. The findings show that financial literacy has an important role in shaping consumer behavior and financial decision making, especially in the context of digitalization. The implications of these findings for policymakers, educators, financial institutions, and consumers are also discussed. Future research in the area of ​​financial literacy and education in the digital era should pay more attention to the effectiveness of various financial education interventions, exploration of innovative approaches to address financial literacy challenges in the digital era, as well as longitudinal research to understand the long-term impact of financial education on consumer financial behavior and outcomes .

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of digital innovation in business growth and its relationship with company financial performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The concept of digital innovation in business, including the factors influencing it, such as organizational transformational maturity, corporate culture, business modeling tools, and digital technology convergence, is examined in depth. Next, analysis is carried out to understand the relationship between digital innovation adoption and company financial performance, taking into account the industry context, company size, and other contextual factors. The results of this research provide valuable insights for business practitioners and academics in understanding the complexity of digital innovation and its impact on business growth and company financial performance.

Abstract

The integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations in financial reporting is increasingly receiving significant attention, driven by increasing investor demand and corporate social responsibility. Internal factors in an organization, such as the composition of the board of directors, financial performance, internal control system, corporate governance, and institutional environment, have a significant influence on ESG integration. This research analyzes the role of internal factors in influencing ESG practices, highlighting the importance of diverse leadership, financial stability, effective control systems, disclosure transparency, and a stable institutional environment. By paying attention to these factors, companies can improve their ESG practices, reduce risks, and make a greater contribution to sustainable economic, social, and environmental development.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between corporate governance mechanisms and financial performance in emerging markets. Through a systematic literature review approach, researchers analyze various studies that have been conducted to understand the role of board of directors composition, institutional ownership, and financial reporting transparency in influencing company performance. The findings show that a diverse board of directors composition, strong institutional ownership, and financial reporting transparency have a significant impact on a company's financial performance. Apart from that, the relationship between corporate governance and financial performance is also supported by various theories such as agency theory, stewardship and collective action. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of effective governance practices in achieving sustainable financial performance in emerging markets.

Abstract

This research is a systematic literature review on the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in employee well-being and mental health. This literature review aims to identify HRM practices that influence employee well-being and mental health, as well as to evaluate their impact on organizational performance. The results of the literature review show that HRM practices such as working time flexibility, support from superiors and colleagues, career development opportunities, organizational justice and compensation policies, a healthy and safe work environment, recognition of achievements, participation and decision making opportunities play an important role in improving employee well-being and mental health. The implications of these findings support the need for organizations to prioritize the implementation of HRM practices oriented towards employee well-being as a strategy to improve overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study explores the contextual factors that influence the relationship between Human Resources (HRM) ethical leadership, employee ethical behavior, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Through a literature review, we examine the influence of organizational culture, company values, government regulations, pressure from stakeholders, and the role of industry and business environment in shaping the dynamics between these variables. Findings show that alignment between HRM practices and organizational culture, CSR authenticity, and government regulations play a key role in shaping employee behavior, organizational commitment, and company performance. In addition, industry characteristics and business environment moderate the relationship between these variables. These results emphasize the importance of understanding the complexity of the relationship between HRM ethical leadership, employee ethical behavior, and CSR in various organizational contexts.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of human resources (HR) in facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing in decentralized organizational structures. Through a systematic literature review approach, this study collects and analyzes various relevant literature from international databases. The research results highlight the importance of collaborative leadership, awareness, and organization of inter-organizational processes in facilitating collaboration in decentralized contexts. Additionally, factors such as individual motivation, management support, and technology also influence knowledge sharing practices within organizations. Empirical studies confirm that decentralized structures play an important role in facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing, which in turn improves organizational performance and innovation. In conclusion, a deeper understanding of the dynamics of collaboration and knowledge sharing in decentralized structures has important implications for human resource management and organizational development.

This research examines the role of marketing content in driving sales and increasing brand engagement. Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between the implementation of Sustainable Human Resource Management (Green HRM) practices, employee engagement, and organizational performance in the context of environmental sustainability. Through this study, we identified factors influencing the implementation of Green HRM, including the use of renewable energy, environmentally friendly employee selection policies, training on sustainable practices, and reducing the use of paper and plastic in the workplace. We find that the implementation of Green HRM practices contributes positively to employee engagement, which in turn improves organizational performance. Employee engagement plays a significant mediating role in linking Green HRM practices with organizational performance. The managerial implication of this research is the importance of designing Green HRM strategies that strengthen employee involvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals to improve overall performance. This research makes an important contribution to our understanding of the relationship between Green HRM, employee engagement, and organizational performance in the context of sustainability.
