Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi SDM untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di era digital. Melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis, penulis menganalisis konsep dasar strategi SDM di era digital, penggunaan teknologi digital dalam strategi SDM, tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi digital, dan strategi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Temuan utama menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi HR strategies dengan kemajuan teknologi digital, integrasi teknologi digital dalam manajemen SDM, peran budaya organisasi dalam mendukung inovasi teknologi, dan upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan teknis, organisasional, dan budaya dalam implementasi strategi SDM digital. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya organisasi untuk menghadapi tantangan dan mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam strategi SDM untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan daya saing organisasi di era digital.

Abstract

The alignment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology in marketing has revolutionized market segmentation and marketing strategies. This paper examines the factors that influence the relationship between the use of AI in market segmentation and marketing strategy, including data and resource availability, organizational readiness and corporate culture, and legal and ethical considerations. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis, this study identifies key hypotheses and discusses their implications for future research and practice. Despite challenges such as privacy concerns and ethical dilemmas, the integration of AI in marketing provides significant opportunities for enhanced customer experiences and better business performance.

Abstract

Employee retention is an important challenge for organizations today. This study proposes a research framework for understanding how diversity and inclusion can influence employee retention through job satisfaction. The theoretical basis of this research is based on existing literature on inclusive leadership, quality of work life, work-life balance, leaders' emotional intelligence, and compensation as factors that influence job satisfaction. The proposed model proposes that diversity and inclusion have a positive indirect effect on employee retention through job satisfaction. Further research using this framework can help organizations develop strategies to increase employee retention by building more diverse and inclusive work environments.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of certain factors on financial inclusion in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the City of Surabaya. The quantitative analysis method was used by collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents who were MSME owners. The research results show that financial risk factors have a positive and significant influence on financial inclusion, while the perceived usefulness and trust factors do not have a significant influence. These findings provide important insights for stakeholders in designing policies that support MSME financial inclusion in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate strategies and best practices for improving supply chain resilience. Through a systematic literature review approach, four main strategic areas have been identified, namely supplier diversification, supply chain visibility, production disruption management, and digital technology integration. The findings show that supplier diversification is a crucial strategy in mitigating negative impacts during periods of disruption, while increasing supply chain visibility and effective management of production disruptions also play an important role. The integration of digital technology stands out as a key factor in managing supply chains effectively, especially in the face of non-tariff barriers in the industry. The practical implications of these findings provide valuable guidance for supply chain practitioners and managers in developing more adaptive and effective strategies in facing the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

Abstract

This systematic literature review explores predictive analytics in marketing decision making and its relationship to key concepts in consumer behavior prediction. Drawing on established theories and empirical studies, this study explores the influence of customer-based brand equity, brand attachment, self-concept, perceived value, and other variables on consumer purchasing behavior and intentions. Additionally, this study investigates the impact of social psychology theory, destination image, sustainability in marketing, and marketing practices that align with consumer values ​​on satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, and long-term relationships with brands. Apart from that, this study also tests the effectiveness of predictive marketing algorithms in improving marketing and sales performance. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating consumer-centric approaches and predictive analytics in forming successful marketing strategies and achieving desired results in today's competitive market landscape.

Abstract

Employee wellness programs have become an important focus in efforts to increase employee engagement, productivity and retention in organizations. This research aims to explore the relationship between employee welfare programs and key variables such as employee engagement, productivity and retention. Using a systematic literature review approach, this research analyzes findings from various relevant studies and surveys. The results show that factors such as employee empowerment, managerial support, growth opportunities, a supportive work environment, and company policies that support work-life balance have a significant relationship with employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Practical implications of these findings are discussed, along with study limitations and suggestions for future research.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that influence employee adaptation to organizational change. Using a systematic literature review approach, we analyzed various individual factors and organizational strategies that have the potential to influence employee adaptation levels. The results of our analysis identified several key factors including age, education, personality, change strategy, quality of communication, social support, and level of ambiguity. Apart from that, this research also proposes a research framework that can be the basis for further research in understanding the dynamics of employee adaptation in the context of organizational change.

Abstract

Technological changes in the workplace have led to profound transformations in organizational dynamics and interactions between employees and technology. This article presents an overview of the impact of technology on the workplace and the resistance management strategies implemented in dealing with these changes. This research outlines the broad impacts of technological change, from changes in work processes to organizational structure and employee well-being. In this context, employee resistance to change is a major concern, with factors such as fear, absenteeism, and perceptions of injustice influencing the level of resistance. This article also highlights the key role of human resource management (HRM) in managing resistance, emphasizing the importance of effective communication, employee engagement, and the implementation of HRM technologies that facilitate the communication process. Through a deeper understanding of these dynamics, organizations can develop more effective strategies for managing technological change and reducing employee resistance.
