Abstract

The research objectives were (1) to analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee job satisfaction, (2) to analyze the influence of leadership on employee innovative work behavior, (3) to analyze the influence of innovative work behavior on employee job satisfaction (4) to analyze the role of work behavior. innovative leadership in servant leadership of employee job satisfaction.  This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The respondents were 82 employees at the Regional Development Planning and Research and Development Agency, Kaur Regency. They, namely employees and honorary. Data collection using online surveys and data analysis using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that servant leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Servant leadership is positive for innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Innovative work behavior does not mediate the effect of servant leadership on job satisfaction of Bappeda and R & D employees of Kaur Regency. Keywords: Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

This study is to analyze how the influence of intrinsic motivation and authentic leadership on the performance (study on state and private university) laboratory assistants in Bengkulu. Motivation is very important in order to improve employee performance, especially intrinsic motivation. In addition to authentic leadership motivation, it is also studied with the results that there is an influence on performance. Methods this study was conducted with descriptive quantitative. As much as  87 respondents from 90 respondents gave a response. The tools used in this study is questionnaires, questionnaires distributed with offline. Sampling was carried out by nonprobability sampling with a total sampling technique or saturated sampling. The objective of this reseach is : (1). Intrinsic motivation has an effect on performance with a value of 0.012% (2). Authentic leadership has an effect on performance with a value of 0.02%. (3) Analyze influenze of work, intrinsic motivation and authentic leadership on the performance by partial. The research results were processed with SPSS version 16.0 for windows to test the validity and reliability using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Methods this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.186 this shows that the predictor variabels of independent variables have an impact of 18,6% to dependent variable.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the influence of ASN management and good governance on the Local Government performance at the Bengkulu Province. The primary data obtained through questionnaire to the apparatus at the Central Bengkulu Regency, Kepahiang Regency and Seluma Regency. The total sample used in the research is 319 respondents. The data analysis method is statistic descriptive and regression analysis. The result that: (1) the apparatus management have an influence on Local Government performance at the Bengkulu Province. It means that if the apparatus management is better, the Local Government Board performance is also getting better and (2) the public good governance has an influence on Local Government performance at the Bengkulu Province. It means that if the good governance is better, the Local Government performance is also getting better.

Abstract

The research objectives were (1) to determine the effect of personality on nurses 'caring behavior (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on nurses' caring behavior. This type of research is quantitative research, the population is all nurses in Kaur Hospital, amounting to 54 people, the sample was taken by the census method as many as a total of a population of 54 people. The data were collected using an online questionnaire survey and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that personality had a positive and significant effect on the caring behavior of nurses at Kaur District Hospital. This means that the better the nurse's personality, the higher the caring behavior. Conversely, the worse the nurse's personality, the lower the caring behavior. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the caring behavior of nurses at the Kaur District Hospital. This means that the higher the nurse's motivation, the higher the caring behavior. Conversely, the lower the nurse's motivation, the lower the caring behavior. The suggestion of this research is that the Kaur District Regional Hospital can hold soft skill training for all nurses at the Kaur Regency Regional Hospital on an ongoing basis. The training is expected to grow and improve the positive personality of nurses so that they are skilled in applying care Then increase the motivation of nurses through a reward system, for example displaying photos of beautiful nurses per month, providing rewards in the form of materials, training and so on, so that these driving factors can further increase the motivation of nurses to behave caring.

Abstract

Employee performance; To determine the effect of personality and work engagement on the performance of the Bengkulu Province Education and Culture Office. This research uses survey research method. The data collected was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with dummy variables, and tested with the T test and F test. The results showed that: Big Five Personality has a significant effect on employee performance, work engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, big five personality and work engagement has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Education and Culture Office. Based on the discussion and research conclusions, some suggestions that can be given related to the big five personality, work engagement and employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Education and Culture Office are: the dummy variable that is owned should be maintained. To improve employee performance, leadership should pay attention to the personality of openness to experience/openness to new things outside the field of education if it is not placed by the education sector, by holding training programs by the job desk given to understand its functions. and employee duties of course. can also improve employee performance. The results of this study are very useful for superiors in increasing employee work involvement. Abstract

A company in an effort to run its business requires a structured and systematic rule in providing direction and elements within the company to maximize its performance. One such structured effort is implementing TQM. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a paradigm in running a business that seeks to maximize organizational competitiveness through a focus on customer satisfaction, involvement of all employees, and continuous improvement of the quality of products, services, people, processes and organizational environment. According to (Kujala & Ullrank, 2004) and (Metri, 2005), organizational culture is one of the most important variables in the success or failure of a TQM program. The prevailing organizational culture is believed to be able to support TQM by providing a more conducive environment that paves the way for the successful implementation of TQM (Baird et al., 2011). Managerial behavior has been observed to have an interest in the job performance of employees in organizations (Andersson & Florén, 2011; Wong & Li, 2015) indicating that manager behavior strongly influences employee and customer satisfaction in the workplace. This study examines the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and organizational culture on managerial performance in private companies and BUMN branches in Bengkulu city. The sample used in this study are managers who work in private companies and state-owned enterprises in Bengkulu City. The questionnaire distributed was 146 copies, which returned 137 copies, which did not return 9 copies, so the total that could be processed was 137 copies. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling (sampling with the aim of) that is sampling with managers of private companies and state-owned enterprises. The analytical tool used is SPSS. Based on the results of the study, total quality management has a positive effect on managerial performance, meaning that the better state and private companies in Bengkulu implement total quality management, the better managerial performance will be. Based on the results of the study, organizational culture has a positive effect on managerial performance, meaning that the better the culture in BUMN and private companies in Bengkulu, the better managerial performance. As for the limitations of this study, the obstacles during the research process were the difficulty of obtaining research permits in state-owned and private companies, because the respondents were managers, and the waiting period for the withdrawal of the questionnaire. Keywords: Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture, Managerial Performance and SPSS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is first, to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. Second, to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics on the performance of educators at Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. Third, to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work ethics on the performance of educators at Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. Fourth, to find out and analyze the differences in the performance of teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah and Menangah Atas Schools in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative approach to answer the first, second and third problem formulations because the data used is in the form of numbers and the type of causal associative research, namely research used to determine the effect of cause and effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The formulation of the fourth problem in this study used a quantitative approach with the comparison method. Respondents of the study consisted of 269 people who were MA and SMA teachers in Bengkulu City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using the F test, t test and difference test. The results of this study indicate that first, the effect of organizational commitment is significant on the performance of teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. Second, work ethics on the performance of educators at Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. Third, organizational commitment and work ethics together on the performance of educators at Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. Fourth, there is no difference in the performance of teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Ethics, Teacher Performance

The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Bengkulu Regency. The sample used in the analysis is 79 people taken by census technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and SEM analysis with PLS procedures. The results showed that: (1) Role conflict and role ambiguity had a significant effect on employee burnout at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Bengkulu Regency. (2) Role conflict has no significant effect on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Bengkulu Regency. (3) Role ambiguity has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Bengkulu Regency. (4) Burnout has a significant effect on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Bengkulu Regency. Suggestions that can be given from this research are: (1) Can be considered for the management of the Dukcapil Office of North Bengkulu Regency in improving employee performance through handling role conflicts and role ambiguity that affect burnout and ultimately affect the performance of employees who are concerned. Efforts that can be made to improve performance and reduce burnout are to divide tasks and functions clearly, establish two-way communication to establish a harmonious cooperative relationship between fellow employees and (2) Can be a consideration for employees of the Dukcapil Office of North Bengkulu Regency in carrying out tasks so that it runs effectively through the minimization of role conflict, role ambiguity and burnout. By improving these three things, it is expected that employee performance can be improved. Keywords: Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Burnout and Performance. Abstract

Abstract The research objective was to analyze the effect of price perceptions, shopping habits, brand image and consumer commitment to purchasing decisions for animal feed at M.A Livestock Stores. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, to see the influence between phenomena. respondents are customers who are visiting and customers who have visited the M.A Livestock Store Argamakmur, North Bengkulu Regency, is 100 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires is the customer and data analysis using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that price perceptions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means positif price perception, the higher the consumer's purchasing decision. Shopping habits have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the good the customer's habits, the higher the purchasing decision. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the brand image, the higher the purchasing decision. Consumer commitment has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the consumer's commitment, the higher the purchasing decision. Abstrak Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, kebiasaan berbelanja, citra merek dan komitmen konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pakan ternak di Toko Ternak M.A. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, untuk melihat pengaruh antar fenomena. responden adalah pelanggan yang sedang berkunjung dan pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung ke Toko Ternak M.A Argamakmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pelanggan dan analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Artinya persepsi harga positif, semakin tinggi keputusan pembelian konsumen.
