Abstract

TKQ AL-Falah is located in Pancoran Mas Depok sub-district, a place of learning for kindergarten children, where currently the implementation of teaching and learning is still using traditional and manual methods which is less interesting teaching materials. It is not utilized on android in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, a form of learning is needed that provides a new color, by utilizing Appy Pie software which has easy-to-use features. By utilizing Appy Pie software, teachers can easily provide learning media to be more fun and diverse according to student needs. In this community service, the aim is to provide an introduction to Appy pie software which can later be applied using android to help teachers at TKQ in creating interesting and interactive teaching materials.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) is conducted through counselling in the densely populated ​​Peninggaran Barat sub-district, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. The purpose of this PKM is to provide input that is expected to be a solution to the concerns of mothers regarding dependence on gadgets that are detrimental to their environment in general, and children in particular, especially early childhood. Currently, dependence on gadgets is something that cannot be avoided, coupled with the rapid development of digital and information technology. From these changes, mothers are the ones who feel the impact the most. Mothers are required to be able to accompany their children in learning and synergize with teachers at school, especially for early childhood. This PKM uses the constructivism paradigm method, namely delivering material and discussions about the importance of literacy and implementing a culture of literacy through counseling The results of the PKM show that mothers are increasingly aware of the importance of literacy so that they can comfortably accompany their children to learn , use gadgets intelligently, and can provide solutions to conflicts that occur with their environment.

Abstract

Currently, the food industry or culinary world is increasingly developing, marked by the proliferation of various fast food restaurants in big cities. Many consumers are not served well, they still use ballpoint pens and sales reports still use ledger books. This MSME sales data management information system uses the waterfall method with tools in the planning stage and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system modeling tool. As a goal of designing this system, it is designed to make it easier to record and manage data efficiently and to design applications to make ordering easier during the process. To overcome the problems above, a web-based information system for managing culinary food sales data using language was created. PHP and MySQL programming as a database. As a result of this research, there is a web-based culinary food sales data management information system. It is hoped that the management of culinary food sales data at the Pujasera Walet Mas Pujasera Walet Mas MSMEs in terms of sales and payment services can be served efficiently.

Abstract

The administrative data management at the Neighborhood Association (RT) and Community Unit (RW) levels in Padurenan Village is still predominantly manual, leading to inefficiencies, risks of data loss, and low community participation in reporting. Through a Community Service Program (KKN), an Excel-based reporting system was implemented to enhance the performance and involvement of local community administrators. The program involved several stages: initial coordination with village officials, field surveys to identify needs, system design, socialization, and hands-on training for RT/RW administrators. Program evaluation was conducted through direct observation and feedback from users during the implementation phase. The results indicate a significant increase in the digital literacy of RT/RW administrators, enabling more structured, efficient, and accurate data recording. This digital transformation has also fostered greater community participation in administrative activities. The program successfully established a foundational digital administration system, replacing manual methods with a more organized and accessible approach. Recommendations for future development include periodic system updates and ongoing training to ensure the sustainability of this digital initiative.

Abstract

Marga Mulya Subdistrict, despite its considerable potential, faces challenges in achieving sustainable development, one of which is the lack of digital literacy. In particular, the limited understanding of digital security poses a significant challenge, especially in RW 02, where many residents own digital devices but remain vulnerable to risks such as the misuse of personal data and online fraud. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) conducted by UBHARAJAYA as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative aims to enhance the digital literacy skills of the local community. This program offers education on the wise, safe, and productive use of digital technology, along with training in the use of applications and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. Furthermore, the program instills awareness of digital security risks and methods to protect personal information. It is expected that through this initiative, the residents of RW 02 will be able to optimize their use of digital technology and build a smart and resilient digital community.

Abstract

The 8th Batch of the Kampus Mengajar Program at SMPN 5 Cikarang Utara aimed to improve students’ literacy and numeracy through collaborative and innovative approaches. Implemented activities included teaching assistance, weekly reading habits, educational programs such as "Word Puzzle" and "Numeracy Egg", revitalization of the school library and bulletin board, and the organization of a Literacy and Numeracy Festival. These activities not only targeted cognitive development but also fostered collaborative, creative, and competitive attitudes among students. The implementation method involved participatory collaboration among students, teachers, and university volunteers, while the evaluation was conducted through observations, student engagement levels, and post-test AKM (Assesmen Kompetensi Minimum) results. The program outcomes indicated an increase in student participation, the emergence of a reading culture within the school, and greater enthusiasm for learning. This article recommends sustaining such programs to support educational transformation at the junior high school level.

Abstract

The administrative recording process at Puskesmas (Community Health Centers) is still not optimal. One of the common challenges is that the recording process does not correlate with the measurable monitoring of the Puskesmas' work program achievements. One solution that can be implemented to address this issue is the SIPETER application. SIPETER is a technology-based solution designed to replace manual recording and facilitate the achievement of work programs at Puskesmas. However, the successful adoption of this system depends on the readiness of human resources to master its technical features. Therefore, the process of technology transfer in the implementation of the SIPETER application becomes crucial. For this reason, this article proposes a SIPETER application workshop at Puskesmas Cantigi. The SIPETER workshop model at Puskesmas Cantigi includes: (1) introduction to core features, (2) real case simulations, (3) troubleshooting technical issues, and (4) continuous evaluation through a performance dashboard. This community service activity is expected to assist healthcare workers at Puskesmas Cantigi in promptly conducting recording and reporting. Meanwhile, the head of the Puskesmas can monitor the progress of the implementation of the work programs
