Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions at PT Global Service Wisata, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs an associative quantitative method with data collection conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling method used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula, involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed using hypothesis testing with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that service quality and price variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Global Service Wisata, both partially and simultaneously. Based on the partial statistical test (t-test), the tvalue for service quality is 8.113 > ttable 1.984, which means Ha1 is accepted and H01 is rejected, indicating a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For the price variable, the tvalue is 1.998 > ttable 1.984, meaning Ha2 is accepted and H02 is rejected. Simultaneously, the Fvalue value is 178.090 > Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. The coefficient of determination result shows that service quality and price contribute 78.6% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 21.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam kehidupan masyarakat, khususnya pada Generasi Z yang tumbuh di era media sosial dan internet. Salah satu media sosial yang paling populer digunakan adalah TikTok. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media informasi, komunikasi, kreativitas, hingga interaksi sosial. Intensitas penggunaan TikTok yang tinggi menjadikan aplikasi ini memiliki pengaruh dan dampak terhadap produktivitas Generasi Z dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam pengaruh dan dampak penggunaan aplikasi TikTok terhadap produktivitas Generasi Z. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung kepada narasumber yang termasuk dalam kategori Generasi Z pengguna aktif TikTok di wilayah Surabaya dan Sidoarjo. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan April hingga Mei 2026. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok memiliki pengaruh dan dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kehidupan dan produktivitas Generasi Z. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kesadaran dan pengendalian diri dalam menggunakan media sosial agar TikTok dapat dimanfaatkan secara lebih bijak, positif, dan bermanfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Literatur MSDM mengidentifikasi Generasi Z sebagai kelompok yang paling antusias terhadap model kerja dari rumah (WFH). Namun, temuan terbaru justru menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z adalah yang paling kecil kemungkinannya untuk memilih kerja full remote. Paradoks ini belum dibahas secara memadai dalam literatur. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan preferensi Generasi Z terhadap kerja tatap muka atau hybrid, dengan mengidentifikasi workplace loneliness dan kekurangan modal sosial sebagai pendorong utama. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematicliterature review yang mensintesis berbagai studi akademis secara tematis. Studi ini menemukan bahwa workplace loneliness dalam WFH mendorong kebutuhan akan koneksi sosial, bimbingan, dan modal sosial yang paling baik diperoleh melalui kehadiran fisik. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan perspektif baru dalam merancang kebijakan hybrid yang lebih responsif. Orisinalitas terletak pada integrasi perspektif workplace loneliness dan modal sosial ke dalam diskursus preferensi kerja yang sering didominasi oleh pendekatan produktivitas dan fleksibilitas. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices of companies observed during the period 2015–2024. This research is motivated by the importance of financial performance in reflecting a company’s ability to generate profits and manage its capital structure, which are commonly used by investors in making investment decisions. However, stock price movements do not always align with changes in financial ratios, making further empirical investigation necessary. This study employs a quantitative approach using an associative method to examine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The data used are secondary data obtained from companies’ annual financial statements over a ten-year period. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26, along with classical assumption tests. The results show that, partially, Return on Assets (ROA) has no significant effect on stock prices, with a t-value of 1.377 and a significance value of 0.211 greater than 0.05. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) also has no significant effect on stock prices, with a t-value of -0.806 and a significance value of 0.447 greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, ROA and DER do not significantly affect stock prices, indicated by an F-value of 1.853 and a significance value of 0.226 greater than 0.05. The correlation coefficient (R) of0.588 indicates a moderately strong positive relationship. These findings suggest that profitability and capital structure are not the main determinants of stock price fluctuations during the study period. Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the PT Sarana Multi Daya Head Office, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population was 44 people and the sample size was 44 people. Data collection techniques use observation, literature study, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the value of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 1.575 + 0.152X1 + 0.815X2. The f test or simultaneous test shows the results of Fcount 36.469 > Ftable 3.230 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. In the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R square result is 0.64.0 or 64%, which means it can be concluded that the variables Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). Abstract

Production machine reliability is a fundamental factor in maintaining operational continuity within the manufacturing industry. PT. Mitrametal Perkasa, specifically in the Die Casting Department, faces challenges due to the high rate of sudden breakdowns in investment casting machines. This condition results in significant downtime and increased operational costs because the current maintenance strategy remains largely reactive. This study aims to analyze machine failure patterns and determine optimal maintenance intervals using the Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) method. Research data were sourced from the 2025 machine maintenance performance reports, analyzed using reliability parameters such as Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). The results indicate that determining maintenance intervals based on historical data through the PMO approach provides more accurate maintenance schedule recommendations compared to conventional schedules. The implementation of this strategy is expected to enhance machine availability, minimize sudden failures, and optimize long-term maintenance cost efficiency at PT. Mitrametal Perkasa.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze and explore the operational dynamics of Mr. Jukari’s home-based garment industry in Kampung Industri Kecil Ceger, Jurang Mangu Timur, South Tangerang. Specifically, this research focuses on three primary objectives: (1) identifying obstacles in improving product quality, (2) examining the promotional strategies implemented to enhance customer satisfaction, and (3) empirically testing the influence of product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction levels.The analytical method employed in this study is simple linear regression analysis to test the influence between variables. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive and Inferential Statistics, with a sample size of 100 customers. The results indicate that product quality (X1) has a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation Y = 5.944 + 0.385. This suggests that any improvement in product quality will be followed by a significant increase in customer satisfaction. Consistently, the promotion variable (X2) also demonstrates a strong positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation Y = 5.954 + 0.931. These findings confirm that effective promotional strategies are a crucial factor in driving consumer satisfaction within this garment business unit. Based on the findings, it is recommended that home-based industry owners minimize production obstacles to maintain quality consistency and optimize promotional channels for business sustainability amidst small-scale industrial competition. Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and consumer trust on the decision to purchase secondhand motorcycles at CV Maulana Motor Central Dealer in South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method. The population in this research is consumers of CV Maulana Motor Central Dealer in South Tangerang City with a total of 96 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS Version 27. The results showed that the variables of product quality (X1) and consumer trust (X2) had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions (Y), both partially and simultaneously. The multiple regression equation obtained is Y=20.596+0.191X1+0.764X2. The correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.637 indicates a strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.393 indicates that 39.3% of the variation in purchase decision can be explained by product quality and consumer trust, while the remaining 60.7% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model. Based on the simultaneous test results, the F count value was > F table or (31.808 > 3.09) with sig < 0.05, so it was concluded that there was a positive and significant simultaneous effect between product quality and consumer trust on the decision to purchase a secondhand motorcycle at CV Maulana Motor Central Dealer in South Tangerang City. Abstract

Pengangguran masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan utama ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia akibat tingginya jumlah angkatan kerja yang tidak sebanding dengan tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada meningkatnya kemiskinan, rendahnya kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan menurunnya produktivitas nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengangguran dan kesempatan kerja di Indonesia dalam perspektif ekonomi ketenagakerjaan melalui pendekatan literature review. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan sumber data berupa jurnal ilmiah dan buku yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui pengkajian berbagai penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengangguran dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan, perkembangan teknologi, inflasi, dan rendahnya investasi. Sementara itu, kesempatan kerja dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi, investasi, pendidikan, perkembangan industri, dan kualitas tenaga kerja. Dalam perspektif ekonomi ketenagakerjaan, peningkatan kesempatan kerja dapat membantu menurunkan tingkat pengangguran dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan pemerintah untuk memperluas lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja, mendukung investasi, serta mengembangkan sektor industri dan UMKM agar penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition, efforts, and factors influencing employees’ Work-Life Balance (WLB) at an e-commerce company amid increasing job demands. Adopting a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, empirical data were collected from March to June 2026 through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and a comprehensive literature review. Informants were selected using purposive sampling and consisted of one senior staff member and two staff members. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the employees’ Work-Life Balance at the e-commerce company is generally at a fairly good level, as employees are able to balance their professional and personal roles despite occasional disruptions caused by urgent work demands or increased workloads. Employees actively maintain this balance by prioritizing tasks, limiting work involvement outside working hours, and utilizing their leisure time for physical and mental recovery with their families. The main factors influencing the achievement of Work-Life Balance include individuals’ time management abilities, fluctuating job demands, emotional support from the family environment, and effective communication among colleagues within the company.
