Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar rupiah dan suku bunga terhadap return saham PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk periode 2015-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berbentuk time series yang diperoleh dari publikasi resmi Bank Indonesia, Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar rupiah secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai t hitung -2,545 dan signifikansi 0,038. Suku bunga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai t hitung 0,403 dan signifikansi 0,699. Secara simultan, nilai tukar rupiah dan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai F hitung 3,319 dan signifikansi 0,097. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,487 menunjukkan bahwa 48,7% variasi return saham dapat dijelaskan oleh nilai tukar rupiah dan suku bunga, sedangkan sisanya 51,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and burnout on employee performance at PT Putratama Bhakti Satria Cisauk BSD Tangerang. The research method uses a quantitative approach with simple and multiple linear regression techniques. The research sample consisted of 50 employees taken using the total sampling (saturated sampling) method, so the entire population was used as respondents. The hypothesis test results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value (-4.178) > t-table (2.011) and a significance level of p = 0.000. The simple regression equation obtained is Y = 31.418 − 0.218X with an R Square value of 0.267, which means workload explains 26.7% of performance variation. Burnout also has a negative and significant effect on performance with a t-value (-4.499) > t-table (2.011) and a significance level of p = 0.000. The simple regression equation obtained is Y = 30.397 − 0.214X with an R Square value of 0.297, meaning burnout explains 29.7% of performance variation. Simultaneously, workload and burnout have a negative and significant effect on employee performance with an F-value (20.050) > F-table (3.195) and a significance level of p = 0.000. The multiple regression equation obtained is Y = 34.268 − 0.175X₁ − 0.177X₂ with an R Square value of 0.460, which means both variables can explain 46.0% of employee performance variation. These findings confirm that reducing workload and burnout has a real impact on improving employee performance. Therefore, proportional workload management and burnout prevention efforts are crucial factors in maintaining productivity and work effectiveness in the company. Abstract

  The objective of this study is to determine whether training and human resource (HR) competencies have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Dharma Karyatama Mulia, East Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total population as well as a sample of 57 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that training and HR competencies have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-value for the training variable is 2.616, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This demonstrates that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the t-value for the HR competency variable is 4.363, which is also greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant effect of HR competencies on employee performance. Simultaneously, training and HR competencies have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as reflected in the regression equation Y = 6.331 + 0.318(X₁) + 0.531(X₂). The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.896, indicating a very strong relationship between training and HR competencies and employee performance. The coefficient of determination and the F-test results show that the calculated F-value is greater than the F-table value (108.521 > 3.170), supported by a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). These findings confirm that training and HR competencies jointly have a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Training, Human Resource Competency, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sentimen investor, volume perdagangan, dan kebijakan moneter terhadap perkembangan pasar modal di Indonesia dengan fokus pada perusahaan subsektor minyak dan gas (MIGAS) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2021–2023. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan, publikasi resmi, serta data sekunder terkait, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sentimen investor yang diproksikan dengan Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (IKK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Sebaliknya, volume perdagangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG. Sementara itu, kebijakan moneter yang diproksikan dengan BI Rate terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan pasar modal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi investor, otoritas kebijakan, dan emiten subsektor MIGAS dalam memahami dinamika pasar modal Indonesia serta merumuskan strategi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of Price to Book Value (PBV), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and company age on stock prices at PT Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2024. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. All data used are secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of PT Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk, namely the financial position report and profit and loss report that are officially published. Data analysis techniques used are starting from the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, the feasibility test of the F test model, to the partial t test, with the help of E-views software. The results of the study indicate that PBV is proven to have a significant effect on stock prices, with a calculated t-value of 42.33174 > t-table of 2.447 and a significance level of 0.0000 which is far below the significance limit of 0.05. Conversely, EPS does not show a significant effect because it has a significance value of 0.1676. Similar results also occur in the company age variable which obtains a significance value of 0.6555. In other words, individually, only PBV is able to statistically explain stock price changes in this study. The calculated F-value of 934.8821 is proven to far exceed the F-table of 4.76, and the significance level is 0.000000. This finding indicates that PBV, EPS, and company age simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices, although partially only PBV is dominant. The coefficient of determination is seen from the Adjusted R-squared value of 0.996798. This figure indicates that approximately 99.68% of stock price variations can be explained by the combination of these three variables. The remaining 0.32% is influenced by other factors outside the model that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze employees' perceptions of the compensation system in improving work discipline at PT Ioni Jaya Tangerang. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study consist of company management and employees from various departments, selected purposively based on their involvement and understanding of the compensation system and work discipline. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The collected data were analyzed in depth to identify patterns, meanings, and the relationship between employees’ perceptions of compensation and their level of work discipline. The results of the study indicate that employees’ perceptions of the compensation system at PT Ioni Jaya vary. Some employees perceive that the compensation system is not fully fair and transparent, particularly in terms of salary, allowances, and incentives. This condition affects employees’ work motivation and has an impact on their level of discipline, such as lateness and inconsistent attendance. On the other hand, employees who have a positive perception of compensation tend to demonstrate better work discipline. This study concludes that the compensation system plays a significant role in shaping employees’ work discipline. Therefore, the company needs to improve its compensation system to be more fair, transparent, and structured in order to enhance employee motivation and work discipline in a sustainable manner. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the professional zakat deduction policy for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and examine ASN's views on the policy in increasing zakat collection at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Brebes Regency. The background of this study is based on the failure to achieve optimal realization of zakat potential despite the automatic zakat deduction policy being implemented. This study applies a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving BAZNAS managers and ASN as key informants. The results revealed that the policy has been implemented administratively through direct deductions from ASN salaries, but still faced obstacles related to limited socialization, lack of transparency, and varying levels of ASN trust in zakat management institutions. ASN's views on this policy tend to be positive although they are still influenced by factors of understanding, economic conditions, and levels of trust in zakat management institutions. This policy has made a positive contribution to increasing zakat collection, although it has not yet reached its maximum potential.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used the rao purba formula, so that a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. While the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Version 27 application system. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 66.5% and hypothesis testing t count> t table or (13.646> 1.98552) or significance 0.000 <0.05. The price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 74.2% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (16,457> 1.98552) or a significance of 0.000 <0.05. the effect of product quality and price simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 2,680 + 0,240X1 + 0,623X2. The coefficient of determination is 72.2%, the hypothesis test obtained the value of F count> F table or (158,022> 2.70). Keywords: Product quality, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Islamic social finance through zakat and waqf instruments has significant potential to support economic development and improve social welfare in Indonesia. However, its management still faces challenges related to governance, transparency, accountability, and human resource capacity. This study aims to analyze the readiness and challenges of implementing Zakat Core Principles (ZCP) and Waqf Core Principles (WCP) in strengthening Islamic social finance management in Indonesia. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach, utilizing data from academic journals, books, regulations, and official documents related to zakat and waqf. The findings indicate that Indonesia has a relatively good level of readiness for implementing ZCP and WCP, supported by regulations, institutional frameworks, and the digitalization of zakat and waqf management. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including low public literacy, limited human resource capacity, suboptimal use of digital technology, and the need for stronger governance and supervision systems. The implementation of ZCP and WCP plays a strategic role in enhancing transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in managing zakat funds and waqf assets, while strengthening the contribution of Islamic social finance to economic development and social welfare. Therefore, collaboration among government institutions, zakat and waqf management bodies, and society is essential to optimize the sustainable implementation of these principles.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of training competencies and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Ministry of Environment. The high demands for precision and workload in the public sector serve as the primary background for examining the factors that drive civil servant productivity. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive and causal approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 328 respondents, employees of the Ministry of Environment. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results showed that of the seven proposed hypotheses, five were accepted and two were rejected. Partially, Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Competence and Training were shown to have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, but not on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction has been shown to have a significant positive influence on Employee Performance and acts as a mediating variable, particularly in the relationship between Organizational Culture and Performance. Interesting findings in this study indicate inequalities in compensation (Tukin) and workload, although overall employee performance remains in the very good category. It is recommended that agencies conduct an evaluation of their environmental information systems to close technical gaps and improve training methods to be more practical/simulation-based to optimize employees' growth mindset potential.
