Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on motivation as an intervening impact on the performance of employees in the Manufacture company in the Karawang International Industry City (K II C) (case of the case in the company PT. Dai-chi Kimia Raya). The sample in this study was 185 employees. Data analysis methods use sem-pls with SmartPLS 3.0 applications. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive but not significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Dai-chi Kimia Raya. In the leadership style variable it is known to have an influence on employee motivation. Organizational culture directly affects employee performance of 0.134 or (13.4%) while leadership style variables have a significant effect directly on employee performance of 0.512 or (51.2%). In the working motivation variable on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.463 or (46.3%). This can be concluded that the leadership style has a significant influence directly greater than organizational culture on employee performance. On indirect influence, organizational cultural variables have indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation by 0.042 or (4.2%) while the leadership style variable has indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation of 0.096 or (9.6 %). It can be concluded that leadership styles have indirect influence greater than organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation. The value of R Square for the working motivation variable obtained is 0.053 or 5.3%. The value of R Square for the employee performance variable obtained is 0.618 or 61.8%. These results show that leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation together have an effect of 61.8% of employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence product quality and service quality on Satisfaction and impact of customer loyalty (empirical study of Mitra 10 Depok, Cibubur Dan Bogor). This research uses non probability sampling by method purposive sampling against 330 respondents conducted on product quality and service quality on satisfaction and impact of customer loyalty (empirical study of Mitra 10 Depok, Cibubur Dan Bogor). This research uses analytical methods Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of this study indicate that (1) product quality influential significant against customer satisfaction (2) service quality influential significant against customer satisfaction (3) customer satisfaction influential significant against customer loyalty (4) product quality influential significant against customer loyalty (5) service quality influential significant against customer loyalty. For indirect influence produce findings that (6) product quality influential significant against customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (7) service quality influential significant against customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable on the quality of the financial statements of BOS funds with Government Regulations as moderating. The population of this research is the State Vocational High School (SMKN) that receives BOS funds within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office and the number of samples from this study is 73 public vocational schools. Analysis to test data and hypotheses was carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Accounting Information System has a direct and significant effect on the Quality of the Financial Statements of BOS funds. Second, the Internal Control System has a direct and significant effect on the Quality of the Financial Statements of BOS funds. Third, Human Resources Competence has no direct and insignificant effect on the Quality of Financial Statements of BOS funds. Fourth, Indirectly, Government Regulations in Accounting Information Systems have no and no significant effect on the Quality of Financial Statements of BOS funds. Fifth Indirectly, Government Regulations in the Internal Control System are influential and significant. Sixth, Indirectly, Government Regulations in HR Competency have no and no significant effect on the Quality of Financial Statements of BOS funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on company reputation directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction, and the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction moderated by service innovation at PT. Moratelindo. The research sample was 205 respondents who are non-retail customers of PT. Moratelindo. Data collection using questionnaire and forum group discussion (FGD). Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which was processed with SmartPLS software version 3. The results of the study prove that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and corporate reputation. The customer value variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and corporate reputation. The customer satisfaction can be the mediator for service quality and customer value to give a signinficant effect on corporate reputation. Service innovation variable is not able to encourage or strengthen the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction at PT. Moratelindo.

Abstract

This journal academics is a qualitative research by case study approach through descriptive analysis that focuses on startup business strategic planning in financial technology industry. The object of this research is PT. Alami Fintek Sharia (Alami Sharia) as financial technology P2P lending sharia licensed by Financial Service Authority (OJK). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct or indirect effect of HR and Infrastructure capabilities on the role of Payment Gateway, the influence of Risk Management in encouraging or strengthening Payment Gateway on Moratelindo Performance and all these variables on Moratelindo Company Performance. The research sample is 100 respondents who are the level managers of PT. Indonesian Telematics Mora. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which was processed with SmartPLS software. The results of the study prove that the ability of human resources and infrastructure has a significant effect on Payment Gateways and Payment Gateways have a significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, the ability of human resources and infrastructure has a significant effect on the company's performance, but risk management on the Payment Gateway has no effect on the company's performance. The results also show the factors that affect the Payment Gateway by referring to the results of the analysis that has been done so as to improve the company's performance. Including the role of risk management variables that do not affect the relationship between Payment Gateways and company performance. The expected managerial implications are support in terms of increased rewards for outstanding HR, network expansion and procurement of equipment to support the company's overall system, improvement and renewal of the payment system to keep pace with digitalization developments, implement risk management to anticipate problems coming from customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap financial leverage melalui perspektif pecking order theory yang lebih mengutamakan penggunakan dana internal, dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 perusahaan yaitu perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2020 dimana metode yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling, sehingga total sampel yang digunakan adalah 67 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial leverage. Secara parsial hanya variabel profitabilitas yang berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial leverage sehingga sesuai dengan pecking order theory, sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial leverage. Ukuran perusahan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan masing-masing variabel independent (profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas) terhadap financial leverage.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buru Dengan Motivasi sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Organisasi Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Buru. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah ExPost Facto Kausalitas Research, dengan jenis penelitian berdasarkan pendekatan waktu menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengelolaan data pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan Software smart PLS 3.2.6 Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Variance Based SEM atau Partial Least Square (PLS) merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk menutup kelemahan yang terdapat pada metode regresi. Sedangkan sampel teknik yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampel / Purposive Sampling yang menggunakan total sampel sebesar 48 orang. Pada keseluruhan Penelitian ini, pengaruh yang terbesar pada uji t adalah pada pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap Motivasi (t hitung sebesar 3,343 lebih besar daripada t tabel sebesar 1.96), Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi.

Abstract

Industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia kian berkembang pesat dari tahun ke tahun. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi yang semakin canggih. Perkembangan ini menciptakan adanya tren yang ikut berubah pada industri tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen utang dan struktur modal terhadap kinerja laba melalui Return on Equity Ratio. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari Laporan Keuangan dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020 yang di publikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan populasi sampel 15 Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri telekomunikasi. Debt to Equity ratio memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan dan rasio efisiensi melalui total asset turn over ratio dimana rasio efiensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return on equity ratio.
