Abstract

The role of UMKM is very large in the growth of the Indonesian economy, Kedai Ngodeng & Smoothies, as one of the UMKM that is active in the food and beverage industry. This shop has not made maximum use of sales transaction data. The transaction data is only used as an archive and is not used to organize sales strategies. In this research, the method used is the a priori algorithm to determine the relationship between one product item and other product items so that it can be used as a promotional package or bundling to increase sales profits. The data used is sales transaction data for the Ngodeng & Smoothies shop from January to May 2024. The research began with initial data collection, followed by data description and evaluation of data selection. After that, attribute selection is carried out. The CRISP-DM method is applied in this research which includes six stages, namely business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation and dissemination. Based on the results of the research, there are 95 Association Rules based on previously determined parameters, namely the minimum support value is 50% and the minimum confidence is 90%. One of the rules that was formed is that Smoothies Mangga Large, Twister, Kembang Cumi --> Odeng Spicy has a confidence value of 100%. The information obtained can provide important insights into customer preferences and can be used to design more effective product bundling promotions.

Abstract

IP (Internet Protocol) is needed to be the address of a device that wants to connect to each other, whether connected locally or to the internet. As technology develops, IP addressing allocation becomes increasingly necessary. The IP address that is often used is IPv4, but IPv4 allocation is increasingly limited. For this reason, a renewable IP version was created, namely IPv6. IPv6 itself has many advantages in terms of security which is equipped with encryption, then in terms of effectiveness in configuration which can use Auto Config, as well as a larger number of allocations compared to IPv4. If IPv4 only uses 32 bits, IPv6 uses 128 bits, for this reason the number of allocations given by IPv6 is much greater. This amount should be able to cover the lack of allocation from IPv4. Therefore, IPv4 to IPv6 migration must be carried out slowly, in-order-to overcome the lack of allocation in IPv4. Fortunately, IPv6 tunneling can run in parallel with IPv4 without disrupting existing infrastructure. Where IPv4 can be used as an Underlay Network (a network that is the foundation of the virtual network above it), and IPv6 will be an Overlay Network (a virtual network that connects users as if they were connected directly, this virtual network must be built on top of the Underlay Network, in this case the IPv6 tunnel will be used as a virtual network).

Abstract

There has been a decline in sales at Maestro Jakarta Cafe & Space due to a lot of competition and not optimal management of transaction data so that innovation is needed to increase sales. This study aims to compare the performance and results of the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms in analyzing sales transaction data to determine the optimal sales strategy. This research uses the Apriori and FP-Growth methods to analyze sales transaction data by applying the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM). The data used is product sales transaction data from November 2023 to April 2024. The results of performance comparisons in processing time speed and memory usage that have been carried out show that in processing time speed the FP-Growth algorithm is slightly faster than the Apriori algorithm while in the use of memory capacity the Apriori algorithm requires a larger memory capacity than the memory capacity used by the FP-Growth algorithm. This shows that the performance of the FP-Growth algorithm is better than the Apriori algorithm. The analysis results of the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms on sales transaction data using a minimum support value of 1% and a minimum confidence value of 100% resulted in 22 association rules. Both algorithms produce identical rules, with the only difference being the occurrence index. The results of this analysis can be used by Maestro Jakarta Cafe & Space in determining sales strategies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the concern of the Bondowoso Regency Government about falling behind Banyuwangi Regency in promoting one of their top tourist attractions, the Ijen Crater. The Ijen Crater has been recognized as part of the Global Geopark. Currently, many local and foreign tourists consider the Ijen Crater a Banyuwangi tourist destination because it spans two regions. The objectives of this research are first to understand the social media management by the @pariwisata_bondowoso account, and second to assess the impact and results of social media management in promoting tourism in Bondowoso Regency. This research employs a qualitative method. Data Data were collected using observation techniques, direct interviews, and documentation. The conclusion drawn is that the tourism promotion strategy implemented by Disparbudpora is quite good in providing informative and engaging content, but there are challenges in conducting evaluations, which have not been optimal. The impact of Disparbudpora Bondowoso's social media management in promoting tourism in Bondowoso Regency is evident from the followers' responses in the comment section, likes, and the reach achieved by the @pariwisata_bondowoso Instagram account. The result of the social media management by Disparbudpora is that followers receive relevant and high-quality information.

Abstract

In this digital era, technological advancements allow easy access to various social media platforms, including Twitter or X, which has over 500 million users. This platform is often used to share opinions through the concept of microblogging. In Indonesia, Korean trends like K-Pop and K-Drama are highly popular, sparking various discussions on social media, especially on X, generating both positive and negative opinions. Sentiment analysis is an effective method for extracting public opinion from large text data, such as those found on X, by classifying comments into positive and negative classes using the Naïve Bayes method. Tweets were collected from X using hashtags related to Korean dramas. The data was then cleaned and processed for sentiment analysis using Naïve Bayes. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is based on Bayes' theorem and is often used in sentiment analysis due to its accuracy and speed in producing results. This study achieved a precision rate of 88.44%. For negative sentiment data, precision was 67.86%, and recall (specificity) for negative sentiment was 59.38%, indicating that the model is quite good at identifying truly negative data. Meanwhile, recall for positive sentiment reached 91.70%. The model's accuracy was 84.33%, showing that the algorithm used can classify sentiment well with the given data. These results can be useful for content creators, marketers, and cultural and social research

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media in the form of an Android-based Augmented Reality application on human respiratory system material which can provide information about the introduction of respiratory system organs and their processes, and markerless images of the shapes of the organs which have been input into the Vuforia SDK library. This research develops an Augmented Reality application as an introduction to the organs of the respiratory system using several tools such as: MDLC, Unity, ARToolkit to better understand students about the respiratory system. The application of Augmented Reality in this research uses the Marker Based methods. The Augmented Reality application for recognizing the respiratory system in humans was tested using BlackBox with results of passing the system functional test 100% and usability testing results using a questionnaire. The learnability aspect was 4.47, efficiency 4.43, memorability 4.2, errors 4.5, and satisfaction 4.52, this application was tested in the "Good" category. Although there are problems with the quality of the camera and lighting, the test results show that this application is interesting and worthy of being developed again, so the implementation of Augmented Reality on MTS Al-Aqsa is the right step to support the method concept learning.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the use of REST API Web Services is increasing, becoming a major foundation in web application development due to its simplicity and scalability. However, increased demand and data complexity often lead to a decrease in Web Service performance, especially in terms of response time and service availability. This research focuses on the performance optimisation of Madani Infosphere Web Service, an information platform developed by the non-profit organisation MADANI Berkelanjutan. This platform previously used a single server architecture that was prone to performance issues. To overcome this, this research applies load balancer technology with a round robin algorithm to distribute the workload evenly across multiple servers and uses a cache to store frequently accessed data. The results show that the use of load balancer with round robin algorithm is effective in overcoming potential server overload, making Web Service performance more stable and responsive. In addition, the cache implementation successfully reduces server workload and speeds up response time. Thus, this optimisation can improve the efficiency and availability of Madani Infosphere Web Services.

Abstract

Marriage in Indonesia is an important aspect of its culture and society. However, in recent years, there has been a significant decline in the number of marriages in the country. To understand people's views on this phenomenon, this research aims to conduct a sentiment analysis regarding the decline in the number of marriages in Indonesia. A decrease in the number of marriages can cause various economic problems. There are certain factors that contribute to this change, such as shifts in values or economic factors. Knowing views on this matter is important for formulating appropriate policies and finding effective solutions. The method used in this research is analysis using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm. Data will be collected through comments on Tiktok social media pages. The opinion data obtained will be processed using the KNN algorithm to classify positive, negative or neutral sentiment regarding the decline in the number of marriages. The data used amounted to 2,000 data, and were processed using the CRISP-DM method.

Abstract

The free lunch program is an initiative that provides free lunches and milk in schools and Islamic boarding schools, as well as providing nutritional support for children under five and pregnant women. Even though efforts to overcome stunting with this program are considered too late, providing free milk to pregnant women is considered more relevant for dealing with the stunting problem. Based on experience from various countries, the free lunch program shows various positive impacts, including increasing children's nutritional intake, increasing school participation, developing student character, and supporting the family and national economy. Discussions about this program received various responses from netizens, including platform X users. Online platforms have an important role in reaching and disseminating information about various social programs. In this context, the support vector machine method can be used to classify netizen responses to the free lunch program into positive and negative categories. It is hoped that this analysis will provide a deeper understanding of how this program is received by the general public, as well as provide suggestions for policy makers in designing social programs in the future.

Abstract

Technological advances have brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including transportation. Grab as one of the pioneers of online transportation services in Indonesia is the main choice for many people. However, competition among online transportation service companies forces each service provider to compete in improving the quality of their services. This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the use of Grab services using the C4.5 method. This method was chosen because of its ability to form a decision tree model that helps identify the main factors that influence customer satisfaction. The data for this study were obtained from a survey of Grab customers who used Grab driver services within a certain period of time. The survey covered various aspects of user experience, such as Ease of Use of the Application, Service Availability, Waiting Time, Price, Security. The data was analyzed using the C4.5 algorithm to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction. The analysis shows that the C4.5 method is effective in identifying factors that influence customer satisfaction. The results of the rapidminer test show the accuracy of the C4.5 algorithm from 100 respondent data obtained, which is 94.00%. These results are expected to provide valuable input for the Grab company and drivers in an effort to improve the quality of their services.
