Abstract

The logistics industry faces significant challenges in maintaining the punctual delivery of goods, which is a critical factor in enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs. This research aims to compare the effectiveness of the C4.5 and Naïve Bayes algorithms in analyzing the factors that influence delivery punctuality at PT. Rtrans Logistics Artamandiri. A dataset comprising 1,000 shipping records and 13 relevant attributes was utilized to assess each algorithm’s predictive performance in supporting decision-making processes related to delivery efficiency. The findings reveal that the C4.5 algorithm achieves a higher accuracy of 95.00%, compared to the Naïve Bayes algorithm, which reached an accuracy of 91.00%. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance of selecting the appropriate algorithm in logistics management to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The results of this research are expected to provide a foundation for strategic decision-making in the field of goods delivery, particularly in optimizing delivery timeliness.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of communication and information technology has brought major chages in various aspect of life, one of them is in entertainment aspects. For example video streaming technology. Video streaming technology has been part of modern society. Loklok is of video streaming technology application which is popular in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the acceptance video streaming technology on Loklok application and find out whether it can be generally acceptance by the people of Jakarta. This research was done for loklok application users. Loklok is an application or platform that provides video streaming services with many varieties of genres such Korean dramas, western films and animations. The conceptual model of technology acceptance assessment is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which is a research model that analyzes the factors that influence the acceptance of computer technology. The statistical analysis used is the partial least squares structural equation model. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of filling out online questionnaires through Google Forms with the number of respondents determined by the Slovin formula and sampling techniques using simple random sampling. This study uses PLS-SEM data analys with SmartPLS tools with a sample size of 100. The results of this study indicate that the variables Perceived Usefulness -> Attitude of use, Perceived ease of use -> Attitude of use, Attitude of use - > Behavioral Intention Of Use and Behavioral Intention Of Use -> Actually System Use are positive which means that the LokLok application is well received by the Jakarta Community.

Abstract

Established in 1969, PT. Puninar has grown to become one of Indonesia's leading logistics companies. The company provides a broad range of logistics solutions through its subsidiaries, encompassing material management, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, customs services, freight forwarding, and post-delivery operations. After fuel, tires represent the second-largest expenditure for the company. Proper tire management can reduce maintenance costs, making it a key cost-reduction strategy in the logistics sector. This study utilizes data mining techniques, specifically the K-means method, to analyze and classify tires based on travel distance and the lowest cost per kilometer, enabling monthly cost monitoring. PT. Puninar allocates approximately two billion rupiah per month for tire inventory due to its fleet of over seven hundred trucks. The company currently employs various tire brands, including Bridgestone, Doublecoin, Effiplus, Chengsang, and others, with varying levels of durability.

Abstract

The tourism sector is an economic sector that is growing rapidly. One of the best destinations that can be used as a tourist destination in DKI Jakarta is the Old City of Jakarta. The Old City of Jakarta has easy access and very affordable costs. There are many roads to the Old City of Jakarta, but the road to the Old City of Jakarta is very far away and has traffic congestion, especially towards the weekend, which could potentially make it difficult for tourists who want to visit. Therefore, we need an effective method that can help find the route with the shortest distance and fastest travel time. In this research, the method that can be used to find the fastest path or route is the A*Star algorithm. The results obtained after examining three routes (Jalan Kapuk Kamal Raya, Jalan Peta Barat and Jalan Raya Daan Mogot), obtained the fastest route with a distance of 5,881.5 KM, namely the Jalan Kapuk Kamal Raya route. By applying this method, it is hoped that it can solve the problem of determining the fastest route to the tourist location of the Old City of Jakarta.

Abstract

School information systems are one of the most important needs in educational institutions. Building a school information system is the right step to help provide more relevant information and also in processing data in schools into useful information. However, there are some schools that have not implemented it such as SD Negeri 4 Kerta, In providing conventional information that is done manually where all data or documents are stored in hardcopy form, as well as in processing data such as school profile information, academic and school finances. The purpose of this study is to determine the design of the school information system user interface to be a solution to these problems. This research uses the Design Thinking method implemented to design a website-based school information system for SD Negeri 4 Kerta. The user interface design of the school information system is built in the form of a prototype using the figma application. This study used interview methods and literature studies in collecting data and related information. And the result of designing the user interface of the SD Negeri 4 Kerta school information system is to design a website to provide school information and to process school data and process the financial section.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement an automatic feeding system for ornamental fish using Internet of Things (IoT) technology, with the ESP32 microcontroller and servo motor. Given Indonesia's extensive water resources and the importance of its fisheries sector, ornamental fish farming has gained significant popularity. Fish owners often struggle with providing timely and consistent feeding. IoT technology offers an effective solution through remote connectivity. The developed system utilizes the Blynk application to schedule and monitor aquarium conditions in real-time. Test results indicate that the integration of ESP32 and the servo motor functions effectively, enabling scheduled automatic feeding. The system was tested and found to operate punctually, supporting a consistent daily feeding cycle. This study contributes to the advancement of innovative solutions in aquaculture, particularly in the application of IoT technology for more efficient and effective aquarium management.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology requires excellent scalability, which is crucial for network performance availability. MPLS is a technology that can be used for communication in high-speed backbone networks based on virtual private networks (VPN). MPLS provides solutions to various current computer network problems such as speed, scalability, quality of service (QoS), and network traffic management. This research aims to optimize the scalability of MPLS Layer 2 VPN-based network traffic by applying the xconnect main and backup method implemented in metro Ethernet networks. The network simulation implementation was created using the Emulated Virtual Environment – Next Generation (EVE-NG) application to obtain data on convergence time and QoS parameters according to TIPHON standards, as well as the use of MPLS and Route Reflector to enhance MPLS backbone performance. This research shows that both main and backup MPLS L2VPN paths have good index values in packet delivery according to TIPHON standards, with an average rating of 3.0. Thus, this research can help optimize path scalability to improve the quality of MPLS L2VPN network traffic.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze children's performance patterns in reading tests in order to identify children who need early assistance at PAUD (Early Childhood Education) Seroja. Early identification is very important to provide timely assistance to children who have reading difficulties, so as to improve their reading abilities from an early age. In this research, the K-Means Clustering algorithm was used to group children based on their reading test results. The data used in this research consisted of reading test results taken from a number of children at PAUD Seroja. K-Means Clustering algorithm is applied to Cluster children into groups based on their performance. The results of this grouping are then analyzed to identify significant performance patterns and to identify children who need early assistance.

Abstract

The rise of online live streaming application platforms in Indonesia has led to various public opinions. As technology advances, live streaming applications not only provide live features, but also have many other features such as games, voice calls, video calls and many more. In this paper, it aims to analyze public sentiment towards the Dukov live streaming platform in Indonesia. In this study, the C4.5 and Naïve Bayes algorithms are used to analyze ratings and comments given by the public on the Google Play Store. In this study, the Naïve Bayes algorithm and the C4.5 algorithm are used to obtain results from user reviews into the appropriate sentiment category. By comparing the Naïve Bayes and C4.5 algorithms, this study aims to improve the accuracy and usefulness of sentiment analysis of Dukov live streaming application reviews. Based on 1000 review data divided into two categories, namely 300 training data and 700 testing data, then testing was carried out using 2 algorithms at once, namely C4.5 with the acquisition of 549 positive sentiments, 148 negative sentiments, and 3 neutral sentiments while the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with the acquisition of 407 negative sentiments, 293 positive sentiments, and 0 neutral sentiments. The results of this sentiment analysis provide deeper insight into user views and assessments of the Dukov live streaming application.

Abstract

The development of technology has increased the importance of certification in computer networking, such as the MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA). This certification is crucial for students who want to validate their skills and enhance their career prospects. However, predicting student graduation rates for the MTCNA certification presents various challenges, such as prior knowledge, study habits, and the complexity of the exam content. These factors can significantly affect the accuracy of predictions regarding student graduation rates. This study aims to address these issues by implementing the Naïve Bayes algorithm to predict student graduation rates for the MTCNA certification. The Naïve Bayes algorithm, known for its simplicity and effectiveness in classification problems, is expected to provide a more accurate predictive model. This study uses historical data on student performance and other relevant attributes. The results show that the Naïve Bayes model has an adequate prediction accuracy, with an accuracy rate of 91.70%. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for educators and students, thereby improving preparation strategies and success rates in the MTCNA certification exam.
