Abstract

Jakarta, with its heavy traffic, has many alternative routes to reach destinations. The Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK) is an iconic sports venue in Indonesia, built in the 1960s and serving as the center for various sports and entertainment events. Although the Cibubur Scout Campground (Buperta) offers outdoor activities, its sports facilities are limited compared to GBK. Residents of Cibubur often face traffic congestion when heading to GBK, especially on weekends. This study aims to apply the A* algorithm to find the shortest and fastest route from Buperta to GBK using Google Maps features. The A* algorithm is chosen for its optimal route search capabilities. The research findings indicate that among the four routes studied (Mayjen Sutoyo Cawang, Dewi Sartika, TB Simatupang, and Lenteng Agung), the Dewi Sartika route is the fastest, with a distance of 15.070 km. The implementation of the A* method is expected to assist the public in finding the fastest route and addressing traffic congestion as well as the lack of knowledge about alternative routes.

Abstract

Smart farming has become a major focus in the development of modern agricultural technology. In this context, the Internet of Things (IoT) offers innovative solutions to increase productivity and efficiency in crop management. This research introduces an IoT-based plant watering monitoring system that uses a fuzzy algorithm and an ESP32 microcontroller. This system is designed to automatically regulate plant watering based on environmental conditions and plant needs. The ESP32 microcontroller acts as the brain of the system, collecting environmental data such as soil moisture, air temperature, and relative humidity. This data is analyzed using a fuzzy algorithm to determine plant watering needs in real-time. Based on the output of the fuzzy algorithm, the system automatically controls the water pump to water the plants according to the specified needs. The application of fuzzy algorithms allows the system to overcome uncertainty in plant watering decisions, especially in the face of complex variations in environmental conditions. With the adoption of IoT technology, farmers can monitor and control crop watering efficiently through web interfaces or mobile applications, even remotely. This research shows that the integration of IoT with fuzzy algorithms and ESP32 microcontrollers can be an effective solution in managing crop watering, increasing overall agricultural productivity, while reducing water and energy consumption.

Abstract

The work program promised by the 2024 Presidential Candidate and Vice Presidential Candidate pair, namely, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka, one of which is a free lunch program, this program is an effort to improve community welfare, but this has attracted public attention on social media, one the other is platform X. The public response to the free lunch program is the main focus. In this research, researchers analyzed sentiment related to the free lunch program using the Naive Bayes method using the Python programming language on Google Colab to analyze sentiment towards social media users. X. the results obtained from 920 tweets data, there are 167positive value tweets, 744tweets are negative. The evaluation results with the confusion matrix showed an accuracy of 86.95%, with precision 93%, recall 61%, and F1-Score 65%.From the results of this research it can be concluded that the majority of the public who commented on social media X gave a negative response to the free lunch program. These results can be used as material for government evaluation in determining effective and efficient policies for society.

Abstract

TikTok is a effective medium to promote and selling product. Because Tiktok has hundred of thousand users, which of course makes the product known to various group. This application has been successfully used by various brand to promote their products to consumers, especially to cosmetic industry, both local product and international brand. One of local product that dominates market share is Wardah Kosmetik as with its trademark as halal cosmetics. This study aims to analyze and examine the factors influence consumer purchase decisions Wardah Lipstick products of TikTok aplication users. These factors include the product quality, promotion and halal label. The research used the quantitative with regression analysis method. The sampling method used purposive sampling and the number of samples used in this study amounted to 75 respondents source was distribution of questionnaires to TikTok users in Central Lombok by online via WhatsApp. The data were analysed with IBM SPSS version 21 and analysis was carried out by several tests such as validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the product quality, promotion and halal label has a significant effect on purchase decisions Wardah Lipstick products of TikTok aplication users. The findings of this study can be reference uses as a reference for future researchers who will study similar problems. This research can also be a reference for companies to always be able to maintain aspects of product quality, promotion and halal label in designing and determining effective and efficient markering policies.

Abstract

The free internet program was launched in response to the public's need for affordable internet access. Digital transformation relies on four main pillars, including infrastructure, government, digital society, and the economy. In addition, connectivity is also an important component. Indonesia is one of the countries where many people are not connected to the internet. We Are Social reported that there are 63.51 million people throughout the country who have not been connected to the internet until early 2023. The number is the eighth largest globally. After the acceleration of ICT infrastructure development, there is a need for a free internet program initiated by the government or certain organizations that aims to provide wider and more equitable internet access, especially to students and the general public, especially in areas that have not yet received internet access. Although free internet programs are very beneficial, it is undeniable that there are a number of negative impacts that need to be considered. It is important to be aware of and overcome its negative impact. It is necessary to Sentiment Analysis of free internet programs to find out how much positive and negative responses there are in this program with the Naive Bayes algorithm approach so that the need for free internet programs can be realized.

Abstract

Inventory is one of the important things for companies because most of the company's activities are embedded in inventory, with various kinds of problems that exist internally and externally, between employees and superiors and between the company and customers, one of which is inventory problems. So, by having a company's inventory that is stable and in line with customer needs, it will be able to prevent problems between the company and its customers and maintain the company's survival. From the results of research carried out in checking stock availability at PT Indonesia Thai Summit Plastech, basically it is still manual, there is no system that can provide and make things easier for the company or warehouse department. With the problems mentioned above, a system is needed that is able to make it easier and provide information to the company or warehouse quickly. The results of this research produce an output in the form of stock availability patterns, stock accuracy or inventory by applying data mining using the k means clustering method.

Abstract

Indonesians' awareness of environmental issues and carbon emission reduction is driving interest in electric vehicles as eco-friendly transportation. The Indonesian government supports the transition from conventional vehicles to electric vehicles to reduce carbon and greenhouse gas emissions, as seen by the significant increase in the use of electric vehicles from 2021 to 2023. Ministry of Industry data shows this increase, supported by Presidential Regulation No. 79 of 2023. While electric vehicles offer benefits such as zero emissions and high efficiency, challenges such as limited charging infrastructure still exist. Public response is mixed, influenced by environmental awareness, government incentives, and technology. To understand public sentiment, this study uses sentiment analysis from social media X (Twitter) with the Naïve Bayes method. The test results show an accuracy of 84.13%, with a recall of 92.70% positive sentiment and 50.00% negative sentiment. Precision of positive sentiment reaches 88.06%, while negative sentiment is 63.27%. With a total of 2,468 datasets, 2,198 data were predicted as positive sentiment and 298 as negative sentiment. This research aims to provide an understanding of public sentiment towards electric vehicles, helping the government and the automotive industry in designing policies and promotions.

Abstract

Masterpiece Family Karaoke Tebet frequently faces bandwidth management issues, especially during evenings and weekends due to uneven bandwidth usage. This causes network congestion and a decline in service quality, negatively impacting customer experience. To address this issue, this study applies the Per Connection Queue (PCQ) method on MikroTik devices. The PCQ method ensures fair and efficient bandwidth distribution among users and manages usage time to maintain network stability. This study involves several stages: problem identification, a literature review to explore previously applied bandwidth management methods, and data collection through direct observation at Masterpiece Family Karaoke Tebet during peak times. The PCQ implementation involves configuring MikroTik devices to distribute bandwidth fairly among users. Network performance is evaluated based on connection speed, network stability, and perceived service quality by comparing data before and after PCQ implementation. The evaluation results show that implementing the PCQ method on MikroTik devices significantly improves network performance. Connection speed increases, network stability is maintained, and perceived service quality improves. Thus, PCQ proves to be an effective solution for addressing bandwidth management issues at Masterpiece Family Karaoke Tebet.

Abstract

The KIP-Kuliah Scholarship is an Indonesian government program which aims to provide access to higher education for students from underprivileged families. This program has become a hot topic of discussion on social media, including social media. The object of research is comments on X's social media regarding the KIP-College Scholarship. Research methods include crawling data using google collabs, data preprocessing, Support Vector Machine model training, and model evaluation using RapidMiner. The research results show that the Support Vector Machine model is able to classify sentiment with an accuracy of 86.27%, but there is a bias towards negative sentiment. The majority of public responses are negative, often regarding misuse of scholarships. The suggestions given include collecting more balanced data, using dataset balancing techniques, implementing more complex models, and more in-depth evaluation to improve model performance. It is hoped that this research will provide input for the government in improving the KIP-College Scholarship distribution mechanism so that it is more targeted and reduces the potential for abuse.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media X on adolescent attitudes and behavior using the K-means clustering method. Social media has an important role in everyday life, especially among teenagers, who are vulnerable to external influences in shaping their attitudes and behavior. In this study, data was collected through a survey covering aspects such as frequency of use, type of content consumed, and social interactions on the platform. The K-means clustering method is used to group teenagers based on their patterns of social media use and the characteristics of their attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that there are several clusters that indicate a significant relationship between the intensity of use of social media X and changes in teenagers' attitudes and behavior. These findings provide valuable insights for parents, educators, and policy makers in understanding the impact of social media on adolescent development and formulating strategies to mitigate its negative effects.
