Abstract

The research to be conducted is to examine the performance of organizational human resources, which are influenced by Work Design using the job characteristics model (JCM) and Personality using the Big five model (Big Five), as well as by using the perspective of Congruency Theory. This research is based on the issue of economic recovery after the COVID pandemic from a management perspective. The object of research is 53 State Civil Apparatus. at the Regional Business Management & Investment Unit (PUDPM) in West Java. An organization that functions in economic recovery through the arrangement of existing businesses, as well as management related to investment in regional areas in West Java province, post-pandemic COVID. The research methods used is a verificative qualitative method, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The tests used for instrument testing are validity tests and reliability tests. In data analysis, multiple linear regression analysis is used, correlation coefficient analysis and determination and hypothesis testing using T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that 68% of employee performance is influenced by personality and work design, while the rest is influenced by other variables. While the results of the coefficient of determination were 46.2% and the rest were influenced by other variables that were not studied by researchers.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are needed in retail businesses, especially cosmetic products. In-depth identification is needed to get the right strategy to increase product sales. The qualitative research method by conducting SWOT analysis is able to determine the strategy. The strategy results from identifying weaknesses that need to be minimised and taking advantage of existing opportunities. The need for additional employee personnel to manage administration and customer service online, with limited HR costs can conduct online recruitment in various online recruitment applications. Proper communication training so that online administration and customer service can handle customer complaints so that problems that occur regarding purchase transactions can be resolved immediately (zero complaints). Developed the company's website by creating creative and engaging video content to illustrate the cosmetics retail situation. Limiting the COD feature to avoid the risk of some customers not understanding the facility, but still making the online marketing programme follow the trends.

Abstract

The approach in this research is in the form of quantitative descriptive research. This research uses primary and secondary data. The sample consisted of 45 egg resellers at UD. Sari Laut Blitar City using nonprobability sampling techniques. The research results show that: (1) Good product availability cannot increase customer loyalty (2) Good pricing cannot increase customer loyalty, (3) Good product availability can increase purchasing decisions (4) Good pricing can increase purchasing decisions, (5) Purchasing decisions made by egg resellers at UD. Sari Laut can increase customer Loyalty, (6) Purchasing decisions do not have a mediator role in the relationship between product availability and customer loyalty, (7) Increased purchasing decisions act as a mediator in the influence of pricing on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The approach in this research takes the form of quantitative descriptive research. This research uses primart and secondary data. The sample numbered 56 using non probability sampling techniques. This study uses SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that: (1) personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performane. (2) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) cooperation the team is unable to moderate the relationship between personality and employee performance, (5) teamwork is able to moderate the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of village fund management on economic welfare, determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of village fund management. The research conducted used qualitative methods. The data used were interviews with 4 informants, namely village heads, secretaries, treasurers and communities in Dedekadu Village, Loli District, West Sumba Regency, and took documentation in the form of Dedekadu Village financial budget reports for the 2022-2023 period. The results of the study proved that the effectiveness of village fund management on the economic welfare of the community in Dedekadu Village, Loli District, West Sumba Regency, namely planning by conducting hamlet deliberations, implementation by making village projects adjusted to budget planning, supervision by conducting internal work evaluations by carrying out Accountability Report activities attended by the community. The form of action to improve the economic welfare of the community is the provision of social assistance to people who cannot afford it in the form of basic necessities and improving roads as access to ease of community mobility. Supporting factors are community participation in voicing voices for village development activities, adequate office equipment, cooperation (coordination) between village officials, village officials have good knowledge and insight in managing village funds. The inhibiting factor is that the village's original income and village fund budget are insufficient to improve village development.

Abstract

Managing BUMDes village finances is important because in managing BUMDes finances there are principles that need to be taken into account. Management of managed village finances must be carried out openly to create transparency. It is important for the public and government to know about the financial management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Dengkol Village. Because, finances from Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Dengkol Village will be allocated for village development since the formation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Dengkol Village began, so this must be done based on the procedures implemented. The research uses qualitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis method by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that financial management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Dengkol Village has been implemented by applying cooperative, participatory, emancipatory, transparent, accountable and sustainable principles. In managing the finances of BUMDes Dengkol, the community has not been able to optimally manage this BUMDes, because there is still a lack of human resources who can participate in the management of BUMDes Dengkol.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on Lazada online shop purchase decisions on consumers in Ciawi Wanayasa Village, Purwakarta. The source of data in this study was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) distributed to the respondents. The population of this study is Lazada consumers in Ciawi Village. The sample of this study is 150 people. Quantitative Research Methods by conducting data analysis through SmartPLS were carried out a series of tests, namely descriptive statistics, outer model, inner model structural (R-Square, Q2 Predictive Relevance) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that partially, the two independent variables, namely product quality and price, affect the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision. and simultaneously product quality and price affect the purchase decision.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze employee competency and how to improve employee competency at the Banyuwangi Regency Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises and Trade Department. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach where data will be analyzed descriptively originating from interviews, notes and the author's observations. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data analysis approach in this research uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of this research includes data credibility, dependability and confirmability. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the competency of employees at the Banyuwangi Regency Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises and Trade Service is good according to their expertise. This can be seen from the suitability of work areas to competencies, proof of competency, support for increasing competency, and overall, the human resource management system in this service is effective in creating good employee performance, contributing to increasing organizational effectiveness. The way to improve employee competency at the Banyuwangi Regency Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises and Trade Department is by providing coaching, evaluating and assessing performance, as well as giving rewards to employees who excel. This holistic approach which includes coaching, evaluation and providing rewards will increase employee competency effectively and efficiently, support human resource development and strengthen the overall performance of the organization.

Abstract

Teachers performance is an activity shown by a teacher carrying out his work. Problems in teacher performance are new teachers who are not from education, national exam scores which always decline every year and teachers who do not teach according to their abilities. In this study, the factors that are suspected to influence teacher performance are the principal's leadership, work motivation and work discipline. The aim of this study was to determine whether there was an influence between the leadership of the school principal, work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the SMA Darussalam Blokagung teachers. The population in this study was 45 teachers of SMA Darussalam Blokagung. This research is a population study, which means used the entire number of teachers at SMA Darussalam Blokagung. The method used in this research is percentage descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis by distributing questionnaires. This study shows that principal leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at SMA Darussalam Blokagung. Work motivation also plays an important role in improving teacher performance, both in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Work discipline has been shown to contribute to teacher effectiveness in managing classes and carrying out their professional duties. Overall, leadership, work motivation, and work discipline together create a more productive learning environment and improve student learning outcomes.
