Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti penerapan behaviorisme dan kognitivisme dalam praktik pedagogis guru sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka kualitatif, studi ini menganalisis landasan teoritis dari kedua teori pembelajaran tersebut dan implementasinya dalam praktik pengajaran di tingkat pendidikan dasar. Literatur yang relevan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana teori-teori ini tercermin dalam strategi kelas, desain pembelajaran, dan pengambilan keputusan guru. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi behavioris, seperti penguatan, pengulangan, dan pembentukan kebiasaan, serta pendekatan kognitivis, seperti pemahaman konseptual, pembelajaran bermakna, dan pemecahan masalah, banyak diterapkan di kelas sekolah dasar, seringkali secara kombinasi daripada terpisah. Penerapan teori-teori ini berkontribusi pada praktik pengajaran yang lebih efektif, adaptif, dan berpusat pada siswa, memungkinkan guru untuk mengakomodasi beragam kebutuhan dan karakteristik pembelajaran siswa usia dini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman yang kuat tentang behaviorisme dan kognitivisme sangat penting bagi calon guru dan guru yang sedang mengajar dalam merancang pengalaman belajar yang efektif, menarik, dan responsif terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan perilaku siswa.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this study is the suboptimal mae geri kicking ability of kata athletes at FORKI Ogan Ilir, which affects their overall technical performance during training and competition. Effective kicking techniques require not only strength but also speed, agility, coordination, and balance. Therefore, an appropriate training method is needed to improve athletes' performance. This study aims to determine whether ladder drill training has a significant effect on improving the mae geri kicking ability of kata athletes at FORKI Ogan Ilir. The research employed a quantitative experimental approach using a One-Group Pre-test Post-test design. The subjects consisted of 15 male and female kata athletes from FORKI Ogan Ilir who participated in the training program. Data were collected through mae geri kicking ability tests administered before and after the training intervention. The data analysis techniques included the normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test. The results showed that the significance value obtained from the paired sample t-test was 0.000, which was lower than 0.05. These findings indicate that the hypothesis was accepted, demonstrating that ladder drill training had a significant positive effect on improving the mae geri kicking ability of kata athletes at FORKI Ogan Ilir and can be recommended as an effective training method for karate athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational visits to the Pangeran Cakrabuana Museum in Cirebon Regency in fostering cultural awareness and appreciation among elementary school students. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation during museum visit activities. The findings indicate that the museum functions as an effective experiential learning medium for introducing local history and cultural heritage. Through direct interaction with historical collections, including heirlooms, ancient manuscripts, and cultural artifacts of Cirebon, students gained meaningful learning experiences that were more engaging and easier to understand than conventional classroom instruction. The educational visits significantly enhanced students’ knowledge of local history, strengthened their pride in regional cultural identity, and increased their interest in preserving cultural heritage. In addition, the museum serves not only as an educational institution but also as an important center for safeguarding and transmitting cultural values to younger generations. The integration of museum-based learning with classroom instruction provides students with authentic learning experiences that encourage active participation and deeper understanding of cultural diversity. Therefore, educational visits to the Pangeran Cakrabuana Museum represent an effective experiential learning strategy for strengthening cultural awareness, preserving local heritage, and developing students’ appreciation of regional identity from an early age.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to highlight various methods that can be used to improve the humanistic learning model in shaping student character at Al Fatah Islamic High School in Jambesari, Bondowoso. This study used a qualitative method that collected data through interviews and observations of students, teachers, and the principal. The results showed that humanistic learning can be implemented through a student-centered learning approach. Strategies such as discussion, self-reflection, giving students freedom of speech, and creating a comfortable and empathetic learning environment can be used. In addition, teachers instill character values ​​through role models, responsibility, and collaboration, and adjust learning based on student characteristics. From the students' perspective, humanistic learning improves their social skills, active involvement, and self-confidence. Meanwhile, through evaluation of attitude-based programs, mentoring, and character building, school policies help achieve this. Obstacles faced include limited time, the number of students, and differences in student backgrounds. Overall, it has been proven that the implementation of the humanistic learning model produces students who are more disciplined, responsible, empathetic, and confident.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Canva AI in graphic design learning materials on the learning motivation of Grade X Science students at SMA Muhammadiyah Lempangang. Low learning motivation in technology-based subjects served as the primary issue underlying this research. The study employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest model. The research sample consisted of 20 Grade X Science students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a validated learning motivation questionnaire administered before and after the implementation of Canva AI in the learning process. The results showed a significant increase in the average learning motivation score from 58.50 in the pretest to 81.75 in the posttest. Statistical analysis using the paired sample t-test produced a t-value of 47.656 with 19 degrees of freedom, exceeding the critical t-table value at the 0.05 significance level, indicating that the null hypothesis was rejected. These findings confirm that the use of Canva AI has a significant positive effect on students' learning motivation in graphic design materials. Furthermore, Canva AI creates more engaging, interactive, creative, and student-centered learning experiences, making it a promising instructional tool for supporting digital learning and improving educational outcomes among Generation Z students.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed nearly every aspect of human life, particularly the field of education. The integration of technology into educational environments has significantly changed how teachers deliver instruction and how students access, process, and construct knowledge. Various digital tools, including learning management systems, educational applications, multimedia resources, artificial intelligence, and online communication platforms, have enhanced teaching effectiveness while promoting more interactive and student-centered learning experiences. This study aims to examine the impact of technology on education by synthesizing findings from previous scholarly publications. The study employs a qualitative literature review method by analyzing recent articles, books, conference proceedings, and reports published between 2021 and 2026. The collected literature was analyzed through content analysis to identify recurring themes concerning the benefits, challenges, and future implications of educational technology. The findings indicate that technology positively influences student engagement, academic achievement, communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy. Furthermore, technology expands educational accessibility through online learning environments and personalized learning opportunities. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including unequal internet access, insufficient technological infrastructure, limited digital competence among educators, and distractions caused by excessive use of digital devices. The study concludes that technology has become an indispensable component of modern education. However, maximizing its benefits requires collaborative efforts among governments, educational institutions, teachers, students, and policymakers to ensure equitable access, effective integration, and sustainable educational development in the digital era.
