Abstract

The essence of a learning process is the interest of students to follow the learning process comfortably. This interest is called students' motivation, desire, and willingness to follow the learning process. Therefore, to increase the learning motivation of fourth grade students of SD N 01 Sitiung on the material of Body Shape and Function in Animals and Plants, BIBO (Big Book) media was used. This research was conducted through 2 cycles in which each cycle uses an observation sheet and each end of the cycle is taken value. After the learning process in cycle I and cycle II using BIBO media (Big Book) there is an increase in student learning motivation which is seen from the negative activity of students which is greatly reduced in cycle I 22.57 % decreased to 7.83 % in cycle II and activity positive increased from cycle I 61.74 % in cycle II to 90.32 %. Student learning outcomes also increased from an average of 78.39 at cycle I to 83.87 at the end of the cycle and student learning completion increased from 77.41 % to 90.32 % at the end of the cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of BIBO media (Big Book) can increase the learning motivation of students of class IV SD N 01 Sitiung on the material The shape and function of animal and plant bodies.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research at UPT SMPN 2 Koto Baru with the aim of increasing the learning activities of Islamic Religious Education for Class VII A students in semester 1 of UPT SMPN 2 Koto Baru through group discussion and practice learning models. Learning has been carried out using a monotonous method with one-way lectures with the teacher as a techer center resulting in less developed student activities which in the end the learning outcomes are not in accordance with curriculum expectations. The research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle was carried out in two meetings. Every time a meeting, the learning process uses a discussion model and direct practice. As a data collection tool, student worksheets and sheets were used by the researcher as a direct observer with steps of action planning, action implementation, observation, evaluation and reflection for each cycle. Student learning outcomes have increased from the first cycle to the second cycle. Each student's practice value in each meeting has increased. The end of the first cycle to the second cycle has increased research activity obtained is an increase in learning outcomes 42.6% in the first cycle and increased in the second cycle to 66.28%. The number of students consists of 32 people consisting of 13 males and 19 females.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the discovery of obstacles in developing low vocational competence for children with special needs for mild mental retardation, in making souvenirs so that there is a need for effective learning strategies and media to improve the skills of mild mentally retarded children so that they are proficient in making souvenirs, so that this can be a provision for children in the future. future and can be competent in the world of work. The purpose of this study was to describe interactive multimedia blueprints based on video tutorials in learning the vocational skills of children with mild special needs, and to determine the feasibility of interactive multimedia based on video tutorials. The type of research used is Research and Development, using the Assure development model. This research involved fifth semester students of Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science, Dharmas Indonesia University. Based on the results of data analysis obtained from the aspect of content feasibility, which was carried out by content experts, it showed that the product was in accordance with the Learning Plan. Tests on the aspects of appearance, graphics, program operation and grammar carried out by media experts obtained calculation results of being in good qualification. Tests on aspects of learning, curriculum and interface design carried out by learning design experts obtained calculation results of being in good qualifications.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop interactive multimedia-based learning media in the Nursing Information System course for STIKes Nan Tongga Nursing S1 students. The method used in this development is the Research and Development (R&D) method. Research and development methods are methods used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. Research and development itself is carried out based on an industry-based development model, the findings of which are used to design products and procedures, which are then systematically field tested, evaluated, refined to meet certain criteria of effectiveness, quality, and standards. The development of interactive multimedia-based teaching materials produces products in the form of learning media using the Macromedia Flash Professional 8 program which is accompanied by a Borg and Gall development design. Interactive multimedia-based learning media in the Nursing Information System course is proven to be able to increase understanding of concepts in Level II students. This can be seen from the results of students' understanding of the average pre-test of the control group 62.31 and the experimental group 69.81.

Abstract

The recording and processing of population data is the responsibility of the Regency/City government, where the implementation starts from the kelurahan/nagari as the spearhead of government. The nagari / kelurahan government is responsible for the process of data collection and population administration, for further recapitulation of population data to be reported to the level II regional government, in this case the City / Regency civil registry office. These services need to be done quickly and accurately to get information. In recording and processing population data which is currently running, the Nagari Siaro – Aro government has used computer aids. However, the computer applications used in these agencies have not been fully able to support the performance of the mayor's office equipment in providing excellent public services and in accordance with the principles, principles and standards of public services that are simple, fast, responsive and accurate as well as effective and efficient to the community. This is because the application used for processing population data in the mayor's office is still classified as a simple application such as Microsoft Office.

Abstract

This research was conducted to study and implement methods of AHP as a decision support to determine the proper method of teaching mathematics (case study in SMPN 1 Koto Baru). The problems encountered in the process of learning mathematics is the number of students who think mathematics is the most difficult that they feel afraid and reluctant to learn. Many criteria in determining the method of teaching. The method used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP method requires input data including alternative assessment criteria and the data processed using AHP calculations and using Super Decisions software. The result is the value of the weight of each alternative are ranked from highest to lowest. The result value has been ranked teaching methods can be used as a decision support in determining the proper method of teaching math

Abstract

In the world of education, the model and application of methods are still not well applied. T This research is a classroom action research (PTK) that aims to perform actions of improvement, improvement and change for the better. In this study, which is used as the subject of research is all students of class VI SDN 14 Koto Baru Koto Baru District Dharmasraya Regency with a total of 33 students, namely 13 men and 20 women. Implementation time in the Even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year from January to April 2021 with class actions divided into 2 cycles. The results of the study obtained that the value of the learning outcomes of students who completed learning before the cycle as many as 4 students (12.12%), who completed in cycle I as many as 14 students (63.64%) while in cycle II as many as 27 students (81.82%) and can be concluded that using Discovery Learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Mathematics Build space. In addition, students enjoyed learning the percentage of student observations that had been discussed previously. Learning Mathematics while playing, this strategy also educates students to be more competitive in the classroom with the application of this strategy also provides many interesting experiences for students.

Abstract

Education is a vehicle to improve and develop the quality of human resources. Researchers aim to measure student learning outcomes through PKN learning by using the Multi -Representation Discourse Method (DMR) is a great method to generate many creative ideas that students will not be able to pour just by sitting with a stationery and a sheet of paper. The time required for research for 3 months, starting from September-November 2020. Research implementation activities with 2 cycles of action, namely cycle 1 and silkus 2. In each cycle there are activities of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study obtained data that the learning outcomes of students (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) in cycle I has only reached 56% completion with an average value of 64 students while in this cycle II has reached 87.5% completion with an average value of students 84. The conclusion of this activity can be said that the learning results of students of class VI SD Negeri 05 Sitiung Sitiung District in learning PKn using Multi -Representation Discourse Method (DMR) showed a significant improvement. In cycle I the average value obtained by new students reached 60% completion with an average value of 69, while in cycle II showed a fairly high increase with an average value of 82 students with completion reached 86%.

Abstract

This research starts from the fact in the field that learning carried out by teachers often use conventional learning models, where teachers are always the center of learning (teaching centered) so that the learning outcomes of PAI and BP students are not as expected. This research aims to improve the learning process of PAI and BP in the classroom so that it can improve the learning outcomes of PKn in class V SD 02 Sitiung. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out with observations, interviews, tests, and observation sheets. Jigsaw type cooperative learning model is a learning model that places students in study groups of 4 or 5 students. This learning model is done through stages, starting from conveying learning objectives, providing information about the material studied, organizing students into groups, reading/ giving materials, placing students in expert groups, presenting materials to members of the original group, holding quizzes/ tests , give an award. From the results of the study, it is seen that by using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of PAI and BP students in class V SDN 02 Sitiung. From the results of student learning for the assessment of results in cycle I obtained a value with an average of 72 and there was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle II that is the assessment of results obtained a value with an average of 87.
