Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes in grade 1 students of SD Negeri 08 Pulau Punjung in 2019 by using word card media. The form of research is Classroom Action Research which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects were grade 1 students of SD Negeri 08 Pulau Punjung, Pulau Punjung Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency, totaling 30 students consisting of 16 male students and 14 female students. Based on this research, it can be concluded that in the second cycle, the students' learning outcomes and activeness after being given action showed an increase from the first cycle. By using word card media, the average score of students increased from 68.09 to 86.19. The completeness of student learning from the percentage of completeness 100% exceeds the minimum completeness criteria, which is 80%.

Abstract

This research is the development of learning methods and strategies. The method in this study is a class action research method, which is a study that was developed jointly for researchers and decision makers about variables that are manipulated and can be used to make improvements. To make PAI and BP learning plans with the clean and healthy theme using image media, researchers followed the steps of image media and used learning methods to create fun learning activities so that they could improve student learning outcomes. In the implementation of learning with a clean is healthy theme, it must be based on learning plans that are prepared using picture media which are carried out in cycles I and II. it can be seen from the learning outcomes of the second cycle which is higher than the learning outcomes of the first cycle, which is 70.5 increased to 86.7. PAI and BP learning with the theme clean is healthy

Abstract

The data of this research is in the form of information about the data on the results of the actions obtained from the observations of teacher activities, student activities, initial tests and final tests of learning. The research subjects were students of class V, totaling 13 people. The results of observations on teacher activities achieved good success and in cycle 2 increased to achieve very good success. While the student activities in cycle 1 achieved good success and cycle 2 achieved very good success. Before the implementation of learning through SPBM, a test was carried out with the average score obtained by students of 54. After learning through SPBM the average value of students in cycle 1 increased to 68. However, learning was still continued to cycle 2 because there were still students who had not reached the standard of mastery learning . Learning ends in cycle 2 because students have reached the standard of completeness that has been set and the average value of students has increased from cycle 1 to 81.

Abstract

The hallmark of modern education today is that students must be able to participate actively and creatively by incorporating the intellectual and emotional aspects of students into the learning process. Thus, it can be translated that in every learning of graphic skills, these skills must be directed at developing the operational capacity of students both mentally and physically. From observations and interviews with teachers and students of class XI MM SMK Negeri 7 Sijunjung, it was found that learning was still a bit monotonous, some teachers carried out the teaching and learning process through games, demonstrations, videos, and students followed the teacher's instructions, and some students seemed less active and creative in developing their respective innovations so that the lesson feels unattractive to students. Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is a way of teaching material by directing students to project implementation and students can be actively and creatively involved in the teaching and learning process, thereby destroying the learning atmosphere to be alive. This research consisted of 2 cycles, each of which consisted of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The implementation of actions using internet media and the use of other Information Technology equipment by the method of giving project assignments to students. The results showed that at the end of the second cycle, the average activity and creativity increased steadily from one meeting to the next.

Abstract

RK Busana merupakan Toko di Kecamatan Koto Baru, Kabupaten Dharmasraya yang menjual pakaian dengan berbagai merk. Sistem persediaan barang pada RK Busana saat ini masih menggunakan media kertas, dengan cara mengumpulkan dokumen penerimaan barang yang kemudian disimpan dalam ruang arsip serta membuat laporan persediaan barang pada kertas dengan mengecek dokumen penerimaan barang dari supplier atau mengecek satu persatu barang. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web pada RK Busana.

Abstract

The characteristic of modern education today is the emphasis on students' active and creative participation, which includes intellectual and emotional aspects in the learning process. In the context of learning graphic printing skills, the focus is on developing students' operational capacity, both mentally and physically. However, observations and interviews at SMK Negeri 7 Sijunjung show that learning needs to be more varied. Some teachers teach using conventional methods, such as games, demonstrations, and videos, while students follow the teacher's instructions without being actively and creatively involved. This makes learning less attractive for students as an alternative to increasing student engagement. This research was conducted through two cycles, each involving planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The action was carried out by utilizing internet media and other information technology and giving students project assignments. The research results showed an increase in students' average activity and creativity from one meeting to the next at the end of the second cycle. This indicates that the use of the project-based learning model can increase student involvement, and this model can be applied to help students develop their respective competencies.

Abstract

Pengaruh Evaluasi Belajar Game Edukasi Kahoot Terhadap Hasil Belajar Dasar Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan game edukasi Kahoot dalam proses evaluasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar dasar pada program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Metode evaluasi yang melibatkan elemen permainan dan interaktif seperti Kahoot dianggap memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa pada program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik yang dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok yang mendapatkan evaluasi menggunakan Kahoot dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode evaluasi konvensional. Hasil belajar dasar diukur berdasarkan tes pengetahuan dan pemahaman materi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok yang mendapatkan evaluasi menggunakan Kahoot mencapai peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Siswa yang terlibat dalam proses evaluasi menggunakan Kahoot menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan yang lebih tinggi, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan mencapai pemahaman materi yang lebih baik. Temuan ini memberikan indikasi bahwa penerapan evaluasi belajar menggunakan game edukasi Kahoot efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dasar pada program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Dengan menyajikan materi pembelajaran melalui pendekatan yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, Kahoot mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Implikasinya dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan metode evaluasi yang lebih inovatif dan efektif dalam konteks pembelajaran keahlian teknis.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and develop effective guidance and counseling strategies in overcoming students' academic problems in high school. The research methods used were literature studies and field research to collect data from various relevant sources and reinforced with questionnaire instruments. Based on research findings, several key recommendations have been identified to improve the quality and effectiveness of guidance and counseling services. First, increasing the frequency and quality of counseling through increasing the number of counselors available and further training for counselors to ensure adequate services for all students who need support. Second, the development of a more structured and comprehensive guidance program, covering academic, emotional and social aspects to help students holistically. Third, increase parental involvement in guidance and counseling programs through training or workshops to support their children at home. Fourth, carry out regular evaluations of the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling program to ensure that the program continues to be improved and adapted to student needs. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve the quality of guidance and counseling services in high schools and help students overcome their academic problems more effectively.

Abstract

A learning model is a systematic approach or framework used to design, implement and evaluate the teaching and learning process. The purpose of using learning models is to increase the effectiveness of teaching and facilitate the achievement of predetermined learning goals. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a qualitative approach consisting of two cycles with each stage, including the planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage and reflection stage. The research location was carried out at the Pekanbaru College of Technology, Electrical Engineering study program with a total of 35 sixth semester students. The results of data analysis from observations on the learning motivation of semester 6 students, especially in the Computer Applications in Electrical Power Systems course in the application of the problem-based learning model with MONAKI syntax, the indicator of student learning motivation with the lowest level of success, namely in the 1st cycle, is the indicator of having a goal to be achieved. (60%) and in the second cycle it is an indicator of being diligent and thorough (85.71%). From the data above, it was found that the average post test score had increased by 48.57% from the minimum completeness criteria in implementing the Problem-Free Learning Model (MONAKI). The application of the Problem Based Learning Model (MONAKI) in the Computer Applications in Electrical Power Systems course, semester VI, has proven to be helpful in developing students' motivational abilities and learning outcomes.
