The performance of agricultural extension workers is the result of work achieved by agricultural extension officers in North Aceh Regency in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given to him for the achievement of agricultural extension goals that have been set. This study aims to analyze the performance of agricultural extensionists in North Aceh district and to determine the relationship of extension characteristics with the performance of agricultural extensionists in North Aceh Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the performance of agricultural extensionists in North Aceh District was very good with an average index value of 81.32%. There are two significant relationships between the characteristics of extension, namely the age and working period of the extension with the performance of extension workers at the stage of agricultural extension preparation with a significant value below 0.05 which is 0.039. The correlation coefficient is negative (-) which means that there is an indirect relationship between the age and working life of the extension and the performance of the extension.

ABSTRACTThe Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands has long been known as the main producer and exporter of pepper (Piper nigrum L) in Indonesia. The problem that often arises is the low pepper price that is detrimental to farmers and the price reference that follows the price of the International Pepper Community (IPC). Therefore, the Government established the Bangka Belitung Pepper Joint Marketing Office (KPB) to regulate pepper prices as well as the pepper buying and selling process and ensure that the pepper sent is quality pepper since 2019. KPB has had a positive impact on pepper prices and the pepper trading process and received verified seller and buyer data of pepper. This study aims to examine the role and influence of the Pepper Bangka Belitung Joint Marketing Office (KPB) and the KPB system for pepper farmers, starting from prices, stocks, export data, seller data, buyer data and Geographical Indications (GI) which is a guarantee that the pepper Shipped original from Bangka Belitung.

Permintaan gula aren semakin meningkat karena masyarakat sudah cenderung menyukai penyedap rasa alami. Penyedap rasa alami dan asli memiliki reputasi lebih sehat dan lebih aman daripada bahan sintetis. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan salah satu jenis bahan penyedap rasa yaitu gula aren yang dikenal sebagai pemanis alami. Negara maju mulai mengimpor gula aren sebagai pemanis alami dari negara berkembang. Produksi gula aren di negara berkembang memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian rumah tangga. Peningkatan permintaan yang tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh produksi gula aren terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan petani dan pengrajin gula aren serta rendahnya adopsi teknologi baik untuk budidaya pohon aren maupun proses pembuatan aren. Studi kajian pustaka ini bertujuan untuk memahami keberlangsungan produksi gula aren dengan kerangka kerja yang terdiri dari empat langkah: (1) mengidentifikasi situasi saat ini, (2) mengidentifikasi masalah, (3) penyelesaian masalah, (4) menyampaikan program dan strategi. Berdasarkan kerangka tersebut dihasilkan beberapa program dan strategi untuk menjaga keberlangsungan produksi gula aren antara lain: Pembudidayaan pohon aren, pengadaan pusat penelitian dan pengembangan gula aren Indonesia, membangun kolaborasi yang baik di antara para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat.

This research was carried out in the Tofu Agroindustry of Bapak Hakim Sadabuan Ward, North Padangsidimpuan District, Regency Padangsidimpuan in August 2022. Although Bapak Hakim Tofu Agroindustry has been running for a long time but various obstacles and problems faced by this agro-industry are. the non-fulfillment of soybeans in the Padangsidimpuan area so that they had to buy raw materials from outside because Mr. Hakim bought the soybeans directly from a warehouse in Medan City so that there were additional costs in the soybean delivery process. Then there are several tofu household businesses in North Padangsidimpuan District so it is very possible that there is very fierce competition among tofu entrepreneurs, the lack of labor. This study aims to formulate a development strategy that can be applied by Bapak Hakim Tofu Agroindustry in Sadabuan Ward North Padangsidimpuan District Padangsidimpuan Legency. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. The type of data in this study is qualitative data. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study show that Bapak Hakim Tofu Agroindustry has internal strength but on the other hand faces various threats from external agro-industry with a value of 0. 80 or X > 0 and -0.20 or Y < 0. Dolok Masihul is one of the sub-districts in Serdang Bedagai Regency. The fertilizer distribution system in this region is still not in accordance with the policies set by the government. The amount of subsidized fertilizer that farmers in this village should receive is 25 kg, but in reality the subsidized fertilizer that reaches farmers is only 3 kg. This is not appropriate because the fertilizer that farmers need for their rice is still very low, so farmers are required to buy back the fertilizer which should be subsidized. The research aims to describe fertilizer distribution channels and margins on subsidized urea fertilizer. The research results show thatProducers consist of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya as a producer of Urea Fertilizer is then distributed to distributors, namely the Urea Fertilizer Distributor by PT Tani Mulia. PT Tani Mulia acts as the second channel which receives fertilizer from the Pusri warehouse and distributes the fertilizer to all retailers so that it reaches the final consumer, namely farmers. Then each distributor distributes the subsidized fertilizer to retailers. The type of fertilizer distributed to farmers is Urea fertilizer. Once at the retail agent level, it will then be distributed to the Farmer Group level, for the number of farmer groups that receive subsidized fertilizer from each village, namely 12 farmer groups. At the next level the fertilizer will be distributed to the final consumers, namely farmers. The marketing costs incurred by distributors of subsidized urea fertilizer are IDR 92/Kg. Meanwhile, the marketing costs incurred by retailers of subsidized urea fertilizer are IDR 93/Kg. Share Margin for subsidized urea fertilizer distributors is 4.4% and Share Margin for subsidized urea fertilizer retailers is 5.19%

Persaingan tempat-tempat wisata di Kota Batu saat ini meningkat akibat dari meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan di Kota Batu. Salah satunya Desa Pandenrejo, merupakan Desa yang memiliki potensi Wisata Desa di Kota Batu yaitu Wisata Desa Lumbung Stroberi yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan. Namun, wisata desa Lumbung Stroberi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasional masih mengalami beberapa kendala yang menyebabkan mengalami kemajuan yang cukup lambat. Sehingga penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen mengenai karakteristik Wisata Desa, mengidentifikasi factor internal dan eksternal pengembangan wisata desa Lumbung stroberi dan menyusun alternative strategi pengembangan Wisata Desa Lumbung Stroberi. Responden dari penelitian ini yaitu pengelola Lumbung Stroberi dan pengunjung Lumbung Stroberi dengan analisis data menggunakan Matriks IE (Internal Exernal Matrix) dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) wisatawan lebih menyukai karakterisistik wisata desa dengan pemandangan alam yang unik. (2) Faktor internal yang dimiliki Desa Wisata Lumbung Stroberi yaitu kegiatan produsksi/operasional, pemasaran, dan sumber daya manusia serta alam. Factor eksternal Desa Wisata Lumbung Stroberi yaitu kebijakan pemerintah kota batu, perkembangan teknologi, kondisi alam, sosial budaya, dan pesaing. (3) Berdasarkan hasil dari matriks IE (Internal External Matrix), alternative strategi pengembangan Lumbung Stroberi adalah pertahanan dan pelihara penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk wisata. Berdasarkan hasil QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) strategi penetrasi pasar menjadi prioritas utama untuk pengembangan Lumbung Stroberi.

Mutiara Farmers Group exist since 2015 and become the first farmers group in Limapuluh Kota regency produced palm sugar. This product had brand called by Guseta. Becoming the first palm sugar product, it was not made this product known by public. This product need some analysis to used for make some marketing strategic. The tools are IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix for make the best recommendation of marketing strategy for Guseta. The result of using the tools are had the total score of the internal key factor are 2.96, with the biggest strength are the product have PIRT and this product is chemical free and also sor the biggest weakness is less of distribution. For score total of the eksternal key factor are 3.18, with the biggest opportunity is technology and information development, and for the biggest threat is depends on weather. In IE matrix show that the marketing of Guseta in cell II which is in grow built. The result of SWOT analysis the farmers group had eight alternative strategic that can be chosen by the farmers group. Based on the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, from seven alternative strategies there is an alternative strategy that is prioritized by the farmers group, spread the information about Guseta is the healthy lifestyle with TAS score of 5.95.

The implementation of agricultural extension activities in Banda Baro Subdistrict aims to increase the amount of agricultural production of farmers, add insight or skills of farmers in farming activities and in adding infrastructure for farmer groups, in addition to other general services needed by farmers in order to increase the empowerment of farmers, so that extension workers as field implementers must have good competence so that extension is carried out effectively. In their duties, agricultural instructors in Banda Baro District are not free from perceived obstacles such as the difficulty of holding direct meetings with farmers, the limited number of instructors, the difficulty of accessing transportation to locations and the difficulty of communication networks. The research aims to formulate a strategy for developing the competency of agricultural instructors in Banda Baro District, North Aceh Regency. Data analysis using SWOT Analysis. The research results show that in the SWOT position matrix. The strategy for increasing instructor competency shows that the position matrix is in quadrant I supporting the SO (Growth oriented strategy) strategy, meaning that the competency of agricultural instructors has a very favorable situation. The instructor's competency has strengths and opportunities so that he can take advantage of these opportunities by growing existing strengths.

Milkfish is the leading fishery commodity in Indonesia, so there are many people who clear land for milkfish cultivation. Milkfish has a specialty because of its high nutritional and nutritional content. In the national fishery sector, aquaculture plays an important role with the average national milkfish consumption level of 1.40 kg/capita with market absorption at the household level of 352,718 tons. In milkfish cultivation, various preparations and good considerations are needed. SWOT analysis is the right method to see the development of aquaculture trade in Indonesia. through SWOT analysis is able to provide the concept of strategic planning on the results of the analysis of the company's strategic factors (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). With the strategy, the trade system will facilitate mobilization activities to facilitate channels and can provide more satisfaction to consumers. However, in marketing fishery products, various specific problems are faced because they are caused by the characteristics of fishery commodities. Therefore, a sustainable marketing strategy is needed to improve the economy and welfare for them.

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pemasaran Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L) di Nagari Paninggahan Kecamatan Junjung Sirih Kabupaten Solok bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemasaran bawang merah dan permasalahan yang dihadapi petani bawang merah di Nagari Paninggahan Kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Simple Random Sampling (acak sederhana), yaitu 10 persen dari sejumlah 441 populasi yang ada di Nagari Paninggahan Kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Saluran pemasaran bawang merah yang terdapat di daerah penelitian secara umum hanya terdapat dua pola saluran pemasaran yaitu Saluran I yang melibatkan petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang antardaerah, pedagang pengecer, dan konsumen.Kemudian saluran II yang melibatkan petani, pedagang antardaerah, pedagang pengecer, dan konsumen. Harga yang diterima petani pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar Rp26.000 dan saluran pemasaran II sebesar Rp28.000 dengan margin pemasaran masing-masing saluran sebesar Rp6.000 dan Rp4.000 dari harga yang dibayar konsumen. Jika dilihat bagian yang diterima petani pada saluran pemasaran I yaitu 81.25% dan saluran ke II 87,5%. Total biaya pemasaran pada saluran I yaitu Rp1.615 (5,05%) dan terendah pada saluran pemasaran II Rp455 (1,42%). Dilihat dari rasio margin pemasaran dengan biaya pemasaran yang tertinggi pada saluran II yaitu 7,7912 dan terendah pada saluran I yaitu 2,7152. Permasalahan yang dihadapi petani bawang merah di Nagari Paninggahan adalah rendahnya produksi yang dihasilkan oleh petani karena tingginya serangan hama, penyakit, dan pengaruh iklim dengan adanya kabut. Permasalahan utama terkait pemasaran adalah tingkat harga jual bawang yang tidak stabil atau adanya fluktuasi harga yang tidak menentu
