Abstract

Marketing strategy is a way to achieve marketing goals, involving target markets, product positioning, marketing mix and budget. In business, marketing strategies are very important to survive in a competitive market. This research aims to identify the added value of processing mackerel fish into otak-otak, namely the "Otak-Otak Selaras Legendaris" in Cicendo District, Bandung City, as well as to analyze the market. The method used in this research is the case study method.  The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection in this research includes observation, interviews and logging. The data analysis used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out regarding the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the Otak-Otak Selaras Legendaris Ikan Tenggiri, the results show that this business has great opportunities because the demand and need for ready-to-eat food is high in the current era. Processing mackerel fish otak-otak produces significant economic benefits. The processing of mackerel fish into otak-otak is clear evidence of how the fisheries sector can increase added value through innovation and efficiency. So with this opportunity, improving product quality and service quality will maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui siklus hidup produk dan mendapatkan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan posisi produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pelaksanaan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik analisis data mencakup analisis Polly & Cook, Evaluasi Faktor Internal, Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal, matriks Internal - Eksternal, dan Matriks Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk berada pada fase pertumbuhan dan alternatif strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yaitu strategi pemasaran yang agresif melalui pemasaran secara digital, brand activation, serta penambahan saluran distribusi.Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Siklus Hidup Produk, Keripik Jamur AbstractThis study aimed to determine the product life cycle and obtain alternative marketing strategies that are in accordance with product positioning to increase sales. The research method used quantitative descriptive methods with the implementation of case study research. Data analysis techniques include Polly & Cook analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation, External Factor Evaluation, Internal - External matrix, and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) matrix. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the product is in the growth phase and alternative marketing strategies to increase product sales, namely aggressive marketing strategies through digital marketing, brand activation, and additional distribution channels.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Mushrooms Chips, Product Life Cycle

Abstract

Pengenalan pasar untuk dapat menyesuaikan produk dan jasa perlu dilakukan untuk bisa membuat suatu perusahaan lebih maju dari pesaingnya. Bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) menjadi salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk dapat memperhatikan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang strategi sekaligus perkembangan suatu perusahaan. Marketing mix memiliki peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan karena semakin buruk bauran yang dilakukan maka hal tersebut akan memberi pengaruh buruk pada tingkat penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh marketing mix industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong dalam meningkatkan voleme penjualan dan untuk mengetahui variabel marketing mix apa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat volume penjualan di industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel marketing mix yaitu produk, harga, promosi, saluran distribusi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan di industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong, dimana variabel marketing mix yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan di industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong yaitu variabel produk dan harga. Produk pihak dari industri Sumber Alba Cikalong dapat menyesuaikan kualitas sesuai dengan permintaan dari konsumen serta memiliki kualitas yang baik, selain itu harga yang diberikan pihak industri bersaing menyesuikan dengan kualitas produk tersebut sehingga memberikan peningkatan terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

Lowland rice farmers in North Aceh Regency do not yet have a good level of ability in developing rice agribusiness. Ability is one element of empowerment. Low ability shows low empowerment. Empowered farmers mean having adequate knowledge, attitudes and skills so they are able to manage their farming business well. The research aims to determine the level of empowerment of rice farmers based on socio-economic characteristics. This research uses primary data derived from interviews with lowland rice farmers. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods.  The results of the analysis show that there are differences in levels of empowerment when viewed based on age, income and land area. Meanwhile, in terms of education, experience, number of dependents and source of income, it is generally known that all farmers are in the same category, namely empowered.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk memahami profil wanita tani dalam KWT, mengukur kontribusi mereka terhadap pendapatan, serta mengidentifikasi masalah yang mereka hadapi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel diambil melalui proposional random sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung di lokasi penelitian dengan kuesioner, sementara data sekunder bersumber dari BPS, jurnal, buku, dan kantor daerah. perolehan data telah dianalisis melalui penggunaan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan dari wanita tani adalah sebesar 35,83%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan wanita tani berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh wanita tani meliputi pendapatan keluarga yang rendah, jumlah anggota keluarga yang banyak, modernisasi teknologi, serta diskriminasi upah di sektor pertanian.

Abstract

Based on data from BPS (Statistics Indonesia) for 2019-2021, the agricultural sector in Indonesia dominated employment and attracted investment interest from various parties. This study analyzes the impact of fundamental analysis and macroeconomic variables on the fluctuations in stock prices of agricultural sector companies from 2019 to 2023. The aim is to examine the effects of Return on Assets (ROA), Price-Earnings Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earnings Price Ratio (EPR) on the stock price movements of agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The study employs a descriptive analysis method, involving the collection, organization, and analysis of data to accurately depict the investigated issue. Data collection was conducted at the IDX from 2019 to 2023 through library research methods, using secondary data in the form of financial reports of agricultural sector companies available on www.idx.co.id. The study utilizes a simple regression analysis model with Eviews 6.0 software to process statistical and econometric data. The panel data combines time series and cross-section data, analyzed using fixed effect and random effect approaches to estimate the regression model. Estimation methods include pooled regression/pooled least squares, assuming constant coefficients for each time and space. The research results indicate that the LSDV/FEM panel regression model is the best, with variables such as DER, Earnings Per Share (EPS), PER, ROA, world oil prices, and the rupiah exchange rate collectively having a significant impact on stock prices in the agricultural sector. Additionally, classical assumption analysis shows that the data is stationary, normally distributed, free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The managerial implication of these findings is that investors should consider purchasing stocks in the agricultural sector, taking into account fundamental conditions, macroeconomic factors, and technical analysis.

Abstract

Bidang pertanian adalah salah satu bidang yang memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung stabilitas negara, dimana sector ini menjadi penghidupan bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Akan tetapi, sektor pertanian juga dihadapkan dengan tantangan untuk selalu berinovasi agar mampu menghadapi perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjawabi tantangan ini maka diperlukan orang-orang yang berkompeten dalam bidang ini. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh  penyuluh pertanian lapangan bisa menjadi salah satu solusi tepat guna mendorong pembangunan pertanian bagi para petani untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan. Peranan Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan disini untuk membantu petani membentuk opini yang baik serta mengambil keputusan yang baik dengan cara melakukan komunikasi serta menginformasikan hal-hal penting yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan petani. Riset ini betujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan penyuluh pertanian lapangan terhadap produktivitas usaha tani padi sawah di Kecamatan Soa, Kabupaten Ngada. Desain yang dipakai adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam riset ini berjumlah 1700 petani binaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah 43 orang petani binaan. Uji data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Statistika Deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan PLS (Partial Least Square) model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Usaha Tani ini ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung >1,96 yang berarti ada dampak yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income, Break Even Point and feasibility of cassava farming at SMKN 1 Borong. The determination of the research location was purposive with the consideration that this program has been carried out so that it requires evaluation so that it can determine the sustainability of the program. This study uses a quantitative approach and is followed by a descriptive explanation. Based on the findings in this study, it was concluded that the income of cassava farming at SMKN 1 Borong was Rp32,609,333/MT with an income of Rp40,000,000/MT and a farming production cost of Rp7,390,667, then the BEP Production was 1,478 kg and the BEP Price was Rp924 and the R/C Ratio was 4.41. So the conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that cassava cultivation at SMKN 1 Borong is feasible to continue because it provides benefits based on the feasibility criteria of the R/C value> 1 and provides economic benefits for program managers.

Abstract

Cocoa is a plantation commodity that plays an important role in the regional economy. Cocoa fruit is one of the products characterized by rottenness, damage, seasonality and variety. Prevention of damage to cocoa fruit from physical, biological and chemical influences must be immediately processed into fermented cocoa beans. The fermented cocoa beans must also be immediately processed into processed chocolate products so that they can be consumed. In addition, processed chocolate also adds a higher selling value. In 2021 cocoa production in Jembrana Regency amounted to 2,949.57 tons, down from the previous year due to pest and disease attacks, unfavorable weather, and lack of intensive care. In November-December, this research was conducted at Sari Bumi UPH in Jembrana Regency with the consideration that this UPH is famous internationally with the brand Cho-Jaensan. This study used key informants from three people including the chairman and treasurer as well as cocoa processing staff. The hayami method is the value-added data analysis used in this study. Value added can be interpreted as the difference value of commodities that get special treatment (output) and the value of sacrifice (input) which is used in one production cycle. Based on the capacity of the roasting machine, UPH only processes 20 cocoa beans that have been fermented to obtain 14 kg of cocoa nibs, then produces 13 kg of cocoa paste. From 13 kg of cocoa paste, 3.25 kg of cocoa butter is produced and the rest becomes butter pulp, then it is made into cocoa powder into 7.8 kg. A total of Rp 210,000 is spent on labor costs, Rp 239,880 for variable costs/other inputs, added value of Rp 38,577.52 and processing profit of Rp 28,077.52.

Abstract

The Adil Bakery bread agroindustry is one of the industries that produces bread with contemporary variants, namely; Tiramissu bread, blueberry bread, strawberry bread, chocolate bread and srikaya bread. In the implementation of production and marketing activities, this bread agroindustry does not always run smoothly, there are several obstacles that occur, such as erratic bread sales every day, such as bread not being sold out within a day. Therefore, Adil Bakery requires optimal production quantity planning to determine the number of products that will be produced for each type of bread variant in a day. This research was conducted to analyze the optimal combination of bread production quantities and to determine the maximum amount of profit obtained by the Adil Bakery agroindustry. The data analysis method used is quantitative with a linear programming model using the simplex method with the help of QM For Windows software. The results of the research show that in one production the optimal bread production combination for the Adil Bakery bread agroindustry to produce maximum profits is 460 pcs of tiramissu bread, 750 pcs of blueberry bread, 750 pcs of strawberry bread, 1,080 pcs of chocolate bread pcs and 750 pcs of srikaya bread. Meanwhile, the maximum profit that will be obtained by the Adil Bakery bread agroindustry in one production is IDR 6,541.12 per five variants. If production is under optimal conditions, the profit contribution that Adil Bakery will receive will increase by IDR 3,105,236 per five variants from the profit contribution under actual conditions.
