Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the computer-based self-test program can increase students' self-confidence in physics subjects and analyze whether the computer-based self-test program developed can increase effectiveness in processing competency test results accurately, practically and effectively. This research is a research and development with the development process using the ADDIE model which includes the stages, namely; Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Muhammadiyah Medan. The instruments used are testing aspects of functionality, usability, and student self-confidence questionnaires. Based on the results of expert validation on the functionality test, a percentage of 94.15% was obtained with very good criteria and already met the functionality aspect, the results of expert validation on the usability test obtained a percentage of 93.65% with very high criteria and already met the usability aspect. Furthermore, the percentage of students' self-efficacy questionnaires/questionnaires is 82.15% with very high criteria

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities that tend to be monotonous and passive lead to low student interest and student achievement. Therefore, this study aims to determine fellow collaboration and achievement of student motivation in learning physics. This research is applied with a learning model in six phases that can increase collaboration, motivation and student achievement, namely choosing topics, cooperative planning, implementation, analysis and synthesis, presentation, evaluation. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The instrument used was a student's conceptual knowledge test in the form of a description of 8 items and student activity sheets namely experimental activities. The results showed that collaboration with good students will affect the achievement of student motivation in learning physics.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the efforts to increase creativity in physics learning by using a project-based learning model. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and uses data collection techniques in the form of field studies and literature studies. Abstract

The flipped classroom-based learning model is one of the student-centered learning models to improve learning effectiveness. This learning model reverses student learning time, which usually students come to school to gain knowledge, then it is reversed to be done at home so that time at school is used effectively to discuss material that is not clear and still needs further explanation with students who have previously been equipped with learning material that is the subject of discussion. In this study, the author uses a descriptive qualitative research method that is literature study with secondary data as a source of information to analyze how the application of the flipped classroom learning model in science learning at school and whether this method is able to make the teaching and learning process much more effective and efficient.Keywords: effectiveness; learning model; flipped classroom

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning  model based  on blended learning  by utilizing google classroom on student learning outcomes in vector material. This study used a quasi-experimental type of research. The data collection method used was test instruments (pretest  and posttest) which were distributed to two classes, namely class X Mipa 3 as the control class and class X Mipa 2 as the experimental class. The test instrument used was 15 questions in the form of multiple choice which had been tested for validity, discriminatory power, level of difficulty, and reliability. The population in this study were all students of class X MAN 2 North Labuhanbatu as many as 6 classes. The average number of students in each class is 36 people. Two classes of samples were selected using simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test using the one-party t test at a significance level of 5% and dk = 36, a tcount value of 3.27 is obtained and a ttable value is 1.99 or tcount > ttable, so that it can be stated that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning  model based  on blended learning  by utilizing google classroom has an effect on student learning outcomes in vector material.

Abstract

This research is applied with the cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) type in six phases that can improve collaboration, motivation and student achievement, namely selecting topics, cooperative planning, implementation, analysis and synthesis, presentation, evaluation. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The instrument used was a test of student learning outcomes in the form of descriptions totaling 10 items and student activity sheets, namely experimental activities. The results showed that the existence of good peer collaboration will affect the achievement of student motivation in learning physics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physics concept contained in the traditional toy othok-othok ship. This research was conducted using interview techniques. Data were collected at Untung Suropati Street, Kalipancur, Ngaliyan, Semarang. The data that has been obtained are then analyzed to find out what are the physics concepts contained in the othok-othok ship toy. The results showed that the othok-othok toy contained the physics concepts of Archimedes' Principles, First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics, Newton's Third Law, and sound. Abstract

Interest in learning is crucial in the learning process. With an interest in learning, it will also be able to affect their academic abilities, and this will be one of the supporters of the success of the learning process. Judging from the importance of the function of interest in learning, the purpose of this research is to develop electronic learning media to increase students' interest in learning. The object of this research, is the students of class X MIPA 2 and X MIPA 4 SMA 1 Kalasan with a total of 70 people. This research is development research with ADDIE design. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. Based on the analysis, the questionnaire obtained by X MIPA 2 is 84.5% and X MIPA 4 is 86.5%. Based on this data, the questionnaire can be said to be valid, so it is feasible to use it to increase student interest in learning. Keywords: interest in learning; electronic learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia presentasi berbasis problem based learning berbantuan canva pada materi fluida statis yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (four-D). Instrumen yang digunakan ada tiga yaitu, instrumen kelayakan media pembelajaran ditinjau dari ahli media, instrumen kelayakan materi ditinjau dari ahli materi dan instrumen respon siswa terhadap keefktifan media pembelajaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 30 siswa kelas XI MIA di SMA Negeri 16 Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam uji coba yaitu 30 siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 91,4 dikategorikan sangat layak. Hasil perolehan nilai 30 siswa kelas XI MIA-3 memperoleh rata-rata pretest 25,5 dan postest 85 jika dihitung dengan gain ternormalisasi menunjukkan nilai gain sebesar 0,78 dengan kategori tinggi. Adanya peningkatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa multimedia presentasi berbasis model problem based learning berbantuan canva pada materi fluida statis efektif digunakan di SMA Negeri 16 Medan.
