Abstract

This type of research is categorized as qualitative category by using a sociological approach. Researchers are involved in interactions with the environment in accordance with social units such as individuals, groups, institution, or society. The data collection methods used include literature survey, observation, and interviews. Data management and analysis process through three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. the final stage is conclusion drawing. The results showed that Cekkeng traditional market has the potential to improve the traders' economy. The potential of Cekkeng market market, among others, are more affordable prices compared to other traditional markets, a variety of product market, a wide variety of products, and a strategic location and time. strategic location and time. In addition, supporting factors that play an important role are attention from the local government, including price monitoring, prevention of fraud, and handling of damaged goods and demoralizing actions.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of return on equity, current assets, debt to assets ratio and total asset turnover ratio on the value of the company with a price to book value ratio measurement tool. The research was carried out on sub-sector companies Chemicals 2020-2023 which are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is a chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling is the selection of samples using certain criteria of the research carried out. The analytical tool used in this study is double linear regression using SPSS 26. Debt to assets ratio has a significant and positive effect on the price to book value ratio, whereas current ratio and total assets turnover ratio have no significant effect on price to book value ratios.

Abstract

The quality of education is a major concern in academia and is often associated with student satisfaction and learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of teaching quality, educational facilities, and administrative services on student satisfaction, as well as the impact on learning motivation in the context of higher education in Indonesia. Using the survey method, data was collected from 160 students at the ISB Atmaluhur Pangkalpinang campus. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and SPSS to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the quality of teaching, educational facilities, and administrative services had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, student satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. These findings broaden understanding of the factors that influence student satisfaction and learning motivation, and emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in improving the quality of higher education. The practical implications of this research include the need for higher education institutions to focus on improving the quality of teaching, providing adequate educational facilities, and improving the quality of administrative services to achieve optimal student satisfaction and encourage higher learning motivation.

Abstract

Mobil kini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat transportasi, tetapi juga menjadi ruang kehidupan yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Hyundai Motors Indonesia, didirikan pada tahun 2020, berupaya meraih posisi terdepan dalam elektrifikasi sesuai Strategi 2025 dengan fokus pada produk dan layanan yang diinginkan pelanggan. Perusahaan ini berkomitmen mengembangkan teknologi ramah lingkungan dan berorientasi manusia guna memberikan pengalaman terbaik bagi pelanggan. Penelitian ini menelaah pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Hyundai di DKI Jakarta, serta peran mediasi kepercayaan pelanggan. Data penjualan dari Gaikindo menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2023, pangsa pasar Hyundai di Jakarta hanya sebesar 2,7%, berada di posisi ke-6 di atas Wuling dan Mazda. Penjualan Hyundai menurun dalam tiga bulan terakhir tahun 2023, dengan angka 157 unit di Oktober, 128 unit di November, dan 112 unit di Desember. Masalah utama yang diteliti adalah rendahnya keputusan pembelian mobil Hyundai yang terkait erat dengan kualitas layanan dealer dan produk. Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan (kecepatan, ketepatan, keramahan, kenyamanan) dan kualitas produk. Citra merek, kepercayaan pelanggan, serta keputusan pembelian dianalisis melalui model pengukuran dan uji validitas serta reliabilitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh kepercayaan pelanggan. Analisis data melibatkan responden di Jakarta, dengan mayoritas laki-laki dan berusia antara 26-40 tahun. Kepercayaan pelanggan terbukti menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan keputusan pembelian. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya keunggulan layanan dan kualitas produk dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian di pasar otomotif yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan komoditas unggulan bagi negara Indonesia dalam perdagangan internasional. Kelapa sawit termasuk dalam sepuluh komoditas ekspor utama Indonesia dikarenakan daya saingnya yang kompetitif dalam perdagangan internasional. Daya saing tersebut didasarkan pada produktivitas per hektar kelapa sawit di Indonesia yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tepatnya di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Banyuasin dan Ogan Komering Ilir. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa ketiga Kabupaten ini merupakan  Kabupaten yang luas tanamnya paling besar  dibandingkan dengan Kabupaten yang lain di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang berjudul prosfek pengembangan perkebunan sawit di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yaitu metode acak berlapis. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah digunakan analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa posisi faktor internal berada pada skor pada kekuatan sebesar 4,92 dan 2,00 pada kelemahan, hal ini berarti menunjukan bahwa keadaan faktor internal sangat kuat untuk kegiatan pengembangan usaha perkebunan di Sumatera Selatan. Berdasarkan tabel tersebut dapat dilihat skor tertinggi untuk kekuatan yaitu terdapat pada variabel proyeksi konsumsi CPO. Sedangkan diketahui bahwa posisi faktor eksternal berada pada skor pada peluang sebesar 4,00 dan 2,00 pada ancaman, hal ini berarti menunjukan bahwa keadaan faktor eksternal sangat kuat untuk kegiatan pengembangan usaha perkebunan di Sumatera Selatan. Berdasarkan kurva matriks SWOT prospek pengembangan perkebunan kelapa sawit di Sumatera Selatan yang mengacu pada hasil perhitungan tersebut berada pada kuadran I yaitu strategi agresif, artinya kondisi ini menguntungkan bagi petani di dalam menjalankan perkebunan kelapa sawitnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani melon di Kabupaten OKU Timur serta merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani melon di Kabupaten OKU Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 hingga Januari 2024. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau total sampling pada petani sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan petani yang berusahatani melon di Kabupaten OKU Timur rata-rata sebesar Rp 29.820.763,00 per musim tanam dengan rata-rata produksi buah melon sebanyak 8.000 kg per musim tanam dengan luasan rata-rata tanaman melon yang diusahakan sebesar 0,25 ha. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan petani melon di Kabupaten OKU Timur adalah Strategi SO, yaitu dengan menggunakan kekuatan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, diantaranya yaitu memanfaatkan sumber daya alam dengan baik agar kualitas dan kuantitas produksi melon tetap optimal, memaksimalkan  tenaga kerja yang ada, meningkatkan produksi dengan memanfaatkan akses kredit, serta membuat produk olahan melon (sirup, selai, dll).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct influence of tourism income on the well-being of the population and the indirect impact of tourism income on public welfare through economic growth. The research utilizes secondary data sourced from the Central Statistical Authority of Surabaya and the Regional Revenue Authority of Surabaya, Indonesia, covering the years 2013 to 2022. The methodological approach adopted for this study is linear regression, incorporating intervening variables to assess these relationships. The analysis reveals that tourism income has a significant positive impact on the well-being of the population when considered directly. This direct influence is substantial, indicating that higher tourism revenue correlates strongly with improved living standards for the people of Surabaya. Additionally, when examining the indirect effects, the study finds that tourism income also positively impacts public welfare through the channel of economic growth. However, this indirect impact, while significant, is of lower magnitude compared to the direct influence. Overall, the findings suggest that promoting tourism can be a robust strategy for enhancing the well-being of the population in Surabaya. The dual pathways—directly through income and indirectly via economic growth—highlight the multifaceted benefits of a thriving tourism sector for public welfare.

Abstract

  The need for honey in Indonesia alone reaches an average of 150,000 tons per year. This means that Indonesia has to import around 50% of its honey from abroad to meet this demand. This could also be an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to develop their honey business. Even though it seems traditional, the honey business opportunity has undergone modernization and development, from marketing to the processed honey itself. Coastal Honey is a honey bee cultivation business located in Kertasada Village. Coastal Honey, which has been established for around 8 years, is a business that has great prospects with profits increasing almost every year, coupled with the existence of resellers in various regions of Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to research and analyze the influence of halal labeling, Brand Image and Price on Consumer Purchasing Decisions with Religiosity as Moderating Variable on Coastal Honey in Kertasada Village, Sumenep Regency. This research is a quantitative exploration, with the population being the people of Sumenep, especially people who buy Coastal Honey. The testing strategy in this review uses purposive sampling testing, specifically determining samples with certain standards, especially consumers who buy Coastal Honey. Interviews and direct observations with the owner Coastal Honey and distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents which were used to collect data. As well as using data analysis techniques, namely Descriptive Statistics Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient of Determination Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of this research show that the Halal Labeling variable, Brand Image, Price and Religiosity have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions partially and simultaneously. And the moderation results show that Religiosity moderates the relationship between Halal Labeling, Brand Image and Price on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

TikTok launched the TikTok Shop feature so that it can continue its mission to make its users happy by making shopping easy without the need to switch software. This research aims to determine the contribution of price, product quality and content marketing to purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop (case study of Wiraraja University students. To answer this problem, the type of research used is a quantitative method with 80 respondents taken, sampling technique using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity tests), multiple linear regression equation tests and hypothesis tests (t test). , F test, coefficient of determination). The results of this research show that product quality and content marketing influence purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop according to the t test which states that partially product quality and marketing content have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while price partially has no influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of accountability and human resource quality on village financial management in the villages of Biau District, North Gorontalo Regency. The study utilizes a quantitative methodology, collecting data through in-depth interviews and questionnaires. A total of 102 samples were used for this research. The study employs SEM AMOS, which stands for Structural Equation Analysis. The findings of this study indicate that accountability and human resource quality have a positive influence on village financial management in the villages of Biau District, North Gorontalo Regency. The theoretical framework used in this study is agency theory, which provides insights into the relationship between principals (those with interests) and agents (those who act on their behalf). The study concludes that accountability and human resource quality have a positive effect on village financial management in the villages of Biau District, North Gorontalo Regency.
