Abstract

Several factors impact the effectiveness of financial management in village governments, as stated in Bolaang Mongondow Regent Regulation No. 4 of 2019. These factors include preparation, allocation, execution, oversight, and responsibility. The main objective of this study is to determine whether administration and execution significantly affect the financial performance of villages in the Lolayan District of Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Quantitative research methods, which involve numerical and statistical techniques, were used. Secondary data was collected through surveys, interviews, and literature reviews. A total of 133 samples were used for this study. The applied theory is agency theory, which helps understand the interaction between principals (those with an interest) and agents (those who act on their behalf). The research findings suggest that implementation does not significantly impact the financial performance of villages in the Lolayan District. This may be due to various factors, including a lack of transparency in the allocation of village funds and the treasurer's inability to adjust program implementation according to current regulations. Consequently, many activities funded by the village fund lack the necessary proof documents or receipts.

Abstract

Fertilizer is one of the most important means of production as an effort to provide sector support so that production yields can increase. This effort is done by providing subsidized fertilizer based on the definitive plan of group needs (RDKK). RDKK is the basis for the distribution of subsidized fertilizers to distributors that can be obtained through farmer cards. The farmer card program aims to ensure that subsidized fertilizer is distributed to those who are entitled to it. The target of subsidized fertilizer recipients is based on several principles, including the right type, right amount, right quality, right location, right time, and right price. This research will be conducted in Muaradua Sub-district, South OKU District, using the survey method as the research approach. Determination of the number of samples will use the Slovin Formula approach which is obtained by 76 farmers who use farmer cards. In order to answer the objectives of this study, a Likert scale was used to measure the effectiveness of the 6 precise indicators. The results obtained show that the right time, quality and quantity are not effective while the accuracy of price, type and place are effective.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial to Indonesia's economy, contributing approximately 60.5% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employing about 96.9% of the national workforce. Despite the large number of MSMEs and their potential GDP contribution, there is still room for improvement in exports. The government has taken various measures to support MSME development, including policies that encourage digital business growth and education-based training for MSMEs. In West Kalimantan Province (Kalbar), MSMEs play a vital role in regional economic development. Despite their potential, they face several challenges such as access to capital, financial management, and market access. The regional government and the Bank of West Kalimantan have collaborated to revitalize MSMEs post-COVID-19 through various programs, credit schemes, and educational initiatives or training sessions. This study employs both qualitative and quantitative methods with a case study approach. The research results indicate that MSMEs significantly contribute to West Kalimantan's economic development, despite being impacted by the pandemic. The internal and external revitalization strategies implemented by Bank Kalbar have assisted MSMEs in recovery and adapting to digital-based business models. The study concludes that MSMEs in West Kalimantan have the potential to continue growing and thriving as independent economic entities in a digital-based business environment. The revitalization of MSMEs is a result of collaboration between MSME actors, the government, and banking institutions to achieve regional economic stability and recovery.

Abstract

This study analyzes the recruitment of ID FOOD (BUMN) in the period 2020-2022. The data used comes from the company's annual report. This analysis includes employee recruitment programs, and the impact of recruitment on the company. The method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis technique of literature study. The object of this research is the recruitment process carried out by the ID Food (PERSERO) company. The data collection technique used in this research is to use secondary data by collecting relevant research articles. The results showed that ID Food (PERSERO) experienced a decrease in employees in 2020 and 2021 due to employees retiring and resigning. There is no data disclosure so that there are differences in the number of employees in the 2020 financial stAatements and 2021 financial statements.  The increase in 2022 was due to five companies being built. The quality of new employees at ID Food (PERSERO) is said to be lacking because many employees resigned in 2021 even though in 2022 the company opened a new subsidiary. If the employee is qualified, the employee will be transferred instead of resigning. However, researchers can find out that there are irregularities in the financial statements where there is no match in the number of employees in the 2020 financial statements and 2021 financial statements. In addition, the 2023 financial statements have not been published. Even though the ID Food company is categorized as a go public company which should have sent the latest financial statements.
