Abstract

Legal protection refers to various legal efforts that must be provided by legal officials in order to provide a sense of security, both psychologically and physically from disturbances and various other threats. every organization provided considering the many tourists who experience theft, fraud, and other forms of criminal acts that threaten the safety of tourists. This research aims to see the extent of the government's efforts to protect tourists. The research method used is normative legal research, using a statutory approach. The data analysis method is in the form of normative analytics and literature. In the provisions of article 20 of the Tourism Law mentioned above, tourists have the right to obtain legal protection and security, protection of personal rights for tourism activities that have a major impact. What is regulated in the Tourism Law is the right of tourists, on the other hand it is an obligation of tourism entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Kajian ini mengkaji pandangan para mufassir Timur tentang hubungan Islam dan negara, dengan fokus menganalisis tafsir Al-Qur'an. Para mufassir Timur, khususnya dari kawasan Timur Tengah, diperkirakan memandang Al-Qur'an sebagai pedoman utama dalam mendirikan negara Islam berdasarkan prinsip keadilan sosial dan kepemimpinan yang adil. Tema utama dalam pandangan mereka menyangkut konsep khilafat, keadilan sosial, kepemimpinan yang adil dan penerapan hukum Islam (syariah). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyoroti kesinambungan pandangan-pandangan ini di kalangan mufassir Timur, sekaligus mengakui keragaman perspektif yang dipengaruhi oleh konteks sejarah dan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana mufassir Timur memaknai Al-Qur’an dalam konteks hubungan Islam dan negara serta memberikan dasar pemikiran yang kuat bagi terwujudnya struktur negara Islam yang berkeadilan sosial.

Abstract

The marketing of eggs must follow a standard that will check production and storage against the expiration date. There is a need to evaluate the storage period and the health of the eggs of domestic birds from different poultry farms in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. A total of 135 eggs were collected aseptically, 3 each from 5 domestic birds on 3 different poultry farms. These eggs were collected on different storage days (1–7, 8–14, and 15–21) and weighed to ensure their healthy nature. The weight of the different eggs was weighed with an electronic weighing balance and compared among storage days. The result showed that the weight of eggs collected from days 1–7 recorded a mean value, ranging from 54.5±1.0–70.6±0.7g for the whole egg, 27.0±0.6–37.5±0.9g for albumin, 20.1±1.2–24.7±0.3g for egg York, and 5.4±0.3–11.2±0.9g for egg shell. For days 8–14, the weight ranged from 48.8±0.4–64.1±0.4g for the whole egg, 24.4±0.1–33.0±1.1g for albumin, 18.2±0.5–24.3±0.3g for egg York, and 6.0±0.2–9.5±0.4g for egg shell.  The weight of eggs recorded for days 15–21 ranges from 43.5±0.6–60.6±0.9g for the whole egg, 20.8±0.6–30.5±0.8g for albumin, 16.3±0.6–23.6±0.7g for egg yolk, and 5.3±0.1–8.9±0.1g for egg shell. The effects of egg weight and qualities do not significantly decrease within days 1–7, but dramatically decrease from days 8–14 and days 15–21 of storage. The weight of eggs increases with egg size and decreases with an increase in storage period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat lebih luas etika kepemimpinan perspektif Muhammad Husain Thabathaba'i dalam tafsir al-Mizan. al-Qur'an merupakan pedoman hidup yang di dalamnya memuat tuntunan pada seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk aspek kepemimpinan. Penjelasan mengenai kriteria dan etika seorang pemimpin telah dijelaskan dalam Al-Qur'an namun nyatanya masih banyak pemimpin muslim yang memerintah tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yang telah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW dan tidak sesuai dengan tuntunan. dari Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan studi karakter. Hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini sebagai solusi permasalahan kepemimpinan adalah seorang pemimpin harus mempunyai etika atau moral yang baik dan menurut Muhammad Husain Thabathaba'i seorang pemimpin harus mempunyai etika dan moral sebagai akhlak Allah yang dalam hal ini Thabathaba' saya menyebutnya etika agama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penilaian formatif dan memberikan umpan balik serta tindak lanjut dalam proses pembelajaran PAI di SMP Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian formatif dalam proses pembelajaran PAI terlaksana dengan baik, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengolahan, dan pelaporan. Hambatan yang dirasakan antara lain faktor waktu, perbedaan karakteristik, dan kurangnya kompetensi siswa dalam beberapa aspek penilaian. Umpan balik yang diberikan bersifat verbal, baik secara individu maupun kelompok, yang mengandung unsur perhatian, pujian, klarifikasi, dan saran. Dari segi proses, umpan balik yang diberikan sudah cukup efektif karena terfokus pada tujuan, tepat waktu, spesifik, dan dilakukan secara profesional, namun belum sepenuhnya memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

The Qur'an encompasses a wide range of knowledge, including the Qur'anic proverbs found in its text. These proverbs of the Qur'an offer concise and eloquent expressions, making abstract ideas accessible and relatable. The proverbs of the Qur'an become valuable lessons for those who wish to learn them. In today's modern world, the proverbs of the Qur'an can be utilized through information technology (IT) to explain various concepts in the Qur'an, one of which is the concept of hudan (guidance). This research is a qualitative study using library research. The approach used is the interpretation and analogy approach. First, the concept of hudan in the Qur'an has various meanings, depending on the context of the verse that explains it. When divided into several forms, the concept of hudan in the Qur'an is divided into forms, such as; classification of hudan, level of hudan, criteria for people who get hudan, and causes of obstruction for someone to get hudan. Second, the concept of hudan in the Qur'an if analogized in the context of IT media (information technology), it can be likened to the use of washing machines in the context of; functions and objectives, operationalization, and causes of not running optimally.

Abstract

The use of cooperative learning models has become a major focus in educational research due to its potential in improving student learning achievement. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model in improving students' learning achievement in Science subject. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The study population was 5th grade students in X city, with two classes as samples. Data were collected through learning achievement tests before and after the application of the TPS model. The analysis results showed a significant increase in students' learning achievement after the implementation of the TPS model. In conclusion, the TPS model is effective in improving students' learning achievement in science subjects. This research provides practical insights for educators seeking effective strategies to improve student learning achievement.

Abstract

Digital technology has revolutionized almost all aspects of life, including the education sector. Technological advances such as computers, the internet, mobile devices and apps have significantly changed the way we learn and teach. This phenomenon is known as the digital revolution in education. This research used a descriptive qualitative method and found that the digital revolution has brought about major changes in education. Digital technology offers various benefits, such as wide access, flexibility and the possibility of global collaboration. However, there are also negative impacts to watch out for, such as access gaps and social and psychological effects. We must use digital technology wisely and responsibly to create quality and inclusive education. Technological advances bring opportunities and challenges that must be faced in the education process. Hopefully, these advancements can improve the quality of education in Indonesia, while the challenges that arise in the digitalization era can be overcome with positive solutions that solve existing problems.

Abstract

The implementation of village policies to improve student morals through religious programs is a vital topic in the effort to improve student morals and ethics. This research discusses the strategies and effects of village policies on student morals through religious programs. Qualitative methods were applied with case studies in villages that actively run diniyah programs. The findings show that village policies have been successful in raising awareness of religious values and student morality. The role of religious leaders, local communities, and local government support are key factors in the success of the program. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change still exist. It is recommended to adopt strategic measures such as expanding access to resources and raising public awareness about the importance of religious education. This research emphasizes the importance of the proactive role of village governments in the moral and spiritual development of the younger generation.

Abstract

This class action research aims to measure the increase in student motivation and learning outcomes by using the Problem Based Learning model on Vector material in Class X SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. In the implementation of learning Mathematics Specialization of vector comparison material in Cycle II, there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes. Students have met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM ≥ 75) with a class average of more than 80%, as evidenced by the results obtained by 17 students in cycle II. The average score increased from 74 in cycle I to 83 in cycle II, up 9 points. The number of students who scored ≥ 75 increased from 8 to 16 students, with an increase of 8 students and a percentage from 47% in cycle I to 94% in cycle II. Meanwhile, students with scores < 75 decreased from 9 to only 1 student below the KKM. Based on this data, it can be concluded that the application of Problem Based Learning model succeeded in increasing students' motivation and learning outcomes on vector material in class X MIPA-1 SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. Therefore, the researcher decided not to continue the action in the next cycle because the learning process was as expected.
