Abstract

It is time for hotels to use advances in computer technology, both software and hardware, in an effort to handle management, which was previously done manually. One of them is the assessment of the quality of services at hotels because later the ratings from visitors can become a reference for improving the quality ofservices at hotels. This study aims to create an application program for assessing the quality of hotel services, with anapplication program for assessing the quality of hotel services, it will help hotel management in improving hotel services to the fullest. In this service quality assessment application program, theAanalytical Hierarchy Process method is used to determine the valueofthe weightof the criteria. Abstract

Life Expectancy (AHH) at birth estimates the average additional age of a person from a mother's womb during the birth process, which is expected to be able to live normally and healthy. Based on data obtained from the Government's official website address at https://bps.go.id/, which displays several amounts that vary from 2015 to 2018 according to the Province in Indonesia. For this reason, it is necessary to cluster each number of life expectancy at birth with the number from the lowest to the highest using the Data Mining method with the K-means Clustering Algorithm. In this research technique, the data will be classified based on the Province's name, which has the number of Life Expectancy at birth from 2015 to 2018. That is why the Data Mining method is used to facilitate data grouping on the number of Life Expectancy at birth according to the name of the Province in Indonesia. After grouping, the results will be obtained the number of Life Expectancy at birth, and grouping starts from the lowest to the highest cluster. In the research that has been carried out, it is expected that the Government will provide solutions of the highest life expectancy at birth that has the highest number so that in the following year, the life expectancy rate will be reduced.

Abstract

This research aims to initiate an automatization process in the method of classifying vehicle types in the Jasa Marga transaction service system, which is the largest toll road operator company in Indonesia. The method used is YOLOv8 which is the latest version of the YOLO algorithm which is state-of-the-art performance in image processing. The dataset used in this study consists of vehicle images obtained from transactional data in an electronic toll collection system operating on toll roads, comprising five vehicle classification classes. In the initial stage, the images are examined and processed using pre-processing techniques such as data cleaning, image masking and data annotation. Next, the YOLOv8 model is trained using the data and tested on a separate validation dataset to measure the model's performance. Based on the results of experiments that have been carried out in this research, the performance of the YOLOv8 model without handling imbalance data resulted in an accuracy of classification of vehicle class types of 91.4%, while the performance of the model that handled imbalance data using under-sampling resulted in an increase in classification accuracy of vehicle class types to 94.4 %.

Abstract

Information system is a system consisting of interrelated components that interact to gather, process, store, and disseminate information required by an organization or individual to achieve specific goals. The information system also functions as a processor of daily transactions, supports managerial information, and organizational strategic activities, as well as external parties with necessary reports. HOT-Fit stands for Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit, which is an evaluation framework that combines concepts from the Information System Success Model (ISSM) with the IT-Organizational Fit Model. HOT-Fit is used to assess the compatibility between humans, organizations, and technology in information systems, particularly in healthcare information systems. The research type employed is analytical survey research or explanatory research with a cross-sectional design, where measurements and observations are conducted simultaneously at one point in time. This study utilizes a reflective measurement model assessed based on loading factors (correlations between component values and construct values) of indicators measuring the constructs. The success of implementing the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) is influenced by factors such as System Quality, System Use, and Net Benefit. Net Benefit is directly affected by system use, meaning that the higher the perceived benefits experienced by users in using SIMRS, the higher the users' intention to use SIMRS.

This study aims to design and build an Android-based educational media application for educational games. The research method used is a qualitative method using data collection techniques from observations, interviews, and literature searches. Learning media application It was developed using the waterfall system development methodology. Abstract

In automotive workshops, there are several stages of transactions that typically take place, including vehicle servicing, spare parts sales to customers, and spare parts purchases for workshop inventory. The lack of customer transaction records in automotive workshops poses difficulties in tracking the service history, customer database, and supplier information associated with customers. Additionally, the process of creating transaction receipts is still done manually, which is time-consuming, prone to errors in writing and cost calculations, and requires memorization of transaction lists. This research aims to develop and implement a web-based automotive workshop management system to enhance the efficiency of four-wheeler workshops and address the challenges they face. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database system. It facilitates data storage and provides ease in managing customer information, inventory, and transactions.

Abstract

Along with the increasing world of the pharmaceutical industry, product information becomes input for companies. One of them is drug sales information and drug supply information. Information on how much drug supply is very important because this is related to how many sales will occur or the target market will be achieved in a certain period of time. The sales pattern is an activity to find out how consumers buy products with reference to maintaining the stability of stocks in increasing sales. The author helps the pharmacists of Srikandi Pharmacy to look for forecasting results in the future period by using the Supervised Learning Algorithm to perform calculations using the Support Vector Machine method as a method for calculating classification and prediction processes with high-dimensional space features. There are 344 data which are divided into two categories namely High and Low which can be seen from the pattern of sales. Before looking for prediction results here, we determine the best kernel to look for a high accuracy value to get optimal calculation results. Calculation test results using SVM get an accuracy of 99.2% with Polynomial kernels and C = 1.00, λ = 0.10, g = 000.1, d = 3.0.

Abstract

The use of internet networks that are not monitored and controlled with policies will certainly cause violations. Violations can include prohibited access, theft, and excessive bandwidth usage. Such as accessing sites that require bandwidth usage when opening online videos, games, downloading videos and so on. If in an office or workspace there are several computer users who do this, then other computers will experience problems with access to work. This research analyzes the use of firewalls in performing traffic filtering on the internet network with a focus on Layer 7 protocol filters. This research is expected to provide practical guidance for organizations or companies in making the right decisions regarding the use of Layer 7 protocol filters in their organization's network security strategy. In addition, the test results provide valuable insights for network administrators to optimize firewall configuration and improve internet access control as well as protection against network security threats. The test results show that the average traffic limit successfully implemented using Layer 7 protocol filters is approximately 14.5%. This result reflects the firewall's ability to distinguish and block certain applications or services running over the same application protocol.

Abstract

Livestock businesses in the Kukuh Village area, Tabanan District, Bali Province, have faced a big problem, namely the existence of a virus outbreak that causes many livestock to lose their lives every day. From this outbreak, it is hoped that the local government will be able to help deal with the problems faced so that livestock businesses can continue to carry out activities to raise and trade livestock under proper and profitable conditions. At present the local government has found a solution in dealing with this, the solution offered is to carry out training and guidance on raising livestock which is provided directly by veterinarians from the UPTD Puskeswan II Tabanan Tabanan Agriculture Office which covers the Kerambitan District. In addition, the government of Kukuh Bali village made a new policy to assist breeders to meet the needs for breeding capital through a new program called the livestock bank. The Livestock Bank is a service provided by the local government of the village of Kukuh Tabanan Bali to livestock businesses that still have doubts and fears about starting large livestock as well as to livestock businesses that do not have venture capital. The livestock bank program uses a gutter system, where the farmers will be given capital in advance by the BUMDes. The implementation of this web-based Livestock Bank application uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework, the livestock bank application acts as an intermediary between the breeder and the financier, where the breeder acts as a negotiator to make it easier for breeders with insufficient managerial and administrative capabilities, and their business is not assessed. bankable by the lending financial institution.

Abstract

Total Rice Production in Sihotang Stores must be in accordance with the existing demand and supply, if the amount of production that is not appropriate will result in shop losses because there is no analysis of buyer requirements for product demand and supply. Sihotang Rice Store is a domestic industry that produces rice only estimates the needs of buyers . In producing rice, only estimating the buyer's needs is not certain that the buyer's needs are not met or exceeded. In the analysis, the amount of production in the Store uses the Tsukamoto Fuzzy logic method. Data were analyzed based on demand, supply and amount of production that was never carried out by the Sihotang Rice Shop. In Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Conclusion Drawing method, each consequence of a rule must be represented by a set of Fuzzy with monotonous membership functions, as a result, the output of the inference of each rule is given explicitly with a predicate, the final result obtained using a weighted average.
