Abstract

Stunting is a condition that occurs in toddlers who fail to grow due to inadequate nutrition causing the toddler's body size to be abnormal. The stunting examination is carried out by collecting data from the posyandu in each village and then calculating it by the system from the Ministry of Health whose output is data on whether or not stunting is under five. Obstacles in carrying out stunting examinations are in the calculation to determine whether a toddler has symptoms of stunting or not. The system used for calculations is sometimes inaccessible and calculations can only be done by the health center involved. So that the large amount of data available makes the puskesmas overwhelmed and ineffective for inputting data, and the handling of Stunting Disease patients is delayed. This research uses TOPSIS, which is a multi-criteria decision-making method that is commonly used to deal with actual decisions, has a straightforward, efficient concept and can be used as an alternative to measuring performance in the form of simple computational output. TOPSIS uses Euclidean distance to calculate the proximity of an option to the ideal solution, applying the premise that the selected alternative must be geometrically close to the positive ideal solution and furthest from the negative ideal solution. With TOPSIS, the puskesmas can make decisions by determining the weight value for each criterion followed by the ranking stage which produces the selected alternative from a number of alternatives.The alternative with the lowest weighted value is the alternative that has the highest priority. From the TOPSIS method, it is possible to rank decision recommendations where the alternative with the lowest preference value is the chosen alternative to get stunting treatment priority and can later be handled further by an expert in the field.

Abstract

Logo detection is a challenging task in computer vision, especially when the logos are blurred or distorted in the images. Image deblurring is a technique that can improve the quality and clarity of the logos, which can enhance the logo detection performance. In this paper, we propose a novel method for logo detection that combines image deblurring and robust logo detection techniques. We create synthetic blurred images from the Flickr Logos 27 Dataset using Motion Blur data to improve deblurring methods. Then, we use three different image deblurring methods, namely Restormer, DeblurGAN-v2, and DeepRFT, to preprocess the images and remove the blur effects to improve the sharpness of images. We then use two different logo detection methods, namely Yolov7 and Robust Logo Detection, to detect and recognise the logos in the images. We evaluate our method on the Flickr Logos 27 dataset, which is a well-known and widely used dataset for logo detection. It contains 810 annotated images of 27 logo classes, as well as 4207 distractor images and 270 query images. We show that combining the method of Robust Logo Detection with Restormer achieves the highest mean average precision (mAP) at 0,754 among all the methods, and significantly improves the logo detection accuracy on blurred images. We conclude that image deblurring can effectively enhance logo detection performance and that our method is the best combination of image deblurring and logo detection techniques.

Abstract

MA Al Muzakir is one of the private schools that tries to produce this superior generation, a generation that is resilient in facing the times, balanced in managing the life of the world and the hereafter. Media for registration of new students or students at MA Al Muzakir in processing new student registration data that is already online but has problems, namely in processing filing data, payment transactions and reports on the results of selection of new student admissions which are still separate or manual. So that it does not make it easier for parents or guardians of students in the registration process to complete. Based on the problems with filing, payments and reports at MA Al Muzakir, it is necessary to process payment transaction data and reports on the results of the selection of new admissions at MA Al Muzakir by trying as much as possible to develop the existing system to be more complete and effective by using the application of customer relationship management (CRM) with the Extreme Programming(XP) method. the author hopes that this can be the right solution for problems with new student registration, especially regarding filing, payments and reports, making it easier for MA Muzakir to process payment transaction data and reports on the selection results of new student admissions at MA Al Muzakir online to parents or guardians.

Abstract

Farmers are engaged in agriculture in a way to manage land to grow and maintain plants, farmers play an important role in Indonesia. The majority of the population is the majority of farmers and is very dependent on rice. But there are some communities that are very difficult to determine which rice seeds are good and quality to be replanted. The best rice seeds are factors that influence the business productivity of farmers. Most of the farmers have not fully understood the various types of rice seeds and are still looking for solutions to choose quality rice seeds, of course. To use these problems a Decision Support System is needed which is expected to solve these problems. The author chooses the TOPSIS method which will provide information while helping farmers in making decisions about the rice seeds they will use. By applying the TOPSIS Method can produce the right decision to choose the best rice seeds.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance (IT Governance) is an important concept in managing information technology infrastructure in organizations, including the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL). This research aims to measure the maturity level of information technology governance at DUKCAPIL using the COBIT 2019 framework with a focus on the APO12 (Risk Management), APO13 (Security Management), and BAI10 (Configuration Management) domains at the capability level. This research method involves a case study at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL), where data is collected through interviews with information technology staff, analysis of policy and procedure documents, as well as direct observation of the existing information technology environment. The data is then analyzed by referring to the COBIT 2019 framework, especially the APO12, APO13 and BAI10 domains by considering the level of capability measured using the COBIT scale, the objects to be evaluated are APO12 – Managed Risk, APO13 – Managed Security and BAI1 0– managed Configuration evaluates with capability level. Capability level objectives can be increased by carrying out activities that have not been carried out by DISDUKCAPIL until they reach the full value for each level.

Abstract

Hate speech is a linguistic phenomenon that deviates from the norms and polite grammar in language and communication ethics, today hate speech is very widespread on the internet, especially social media users. This research is aimed at detecting a word or sentence containing or not containing a hate speech using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for classification. This research takes data from twitter tweets using the Tweepy API and gets a total sample data of 1681 labeled HS (643 data) for tweet data that is a hate speech and Non_HS (1038 data) for data that is not a hate speech. To do word weighting, researchers use Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) to find out the frequency of words that often arise in the dataset. In the classification process, researchers used two methods, namely Support Vector Machine and XGBoost which then from the best results in SVM with 90% training data and 10% test data obtained a training score of 95.87% and a test score of 87.30% with a gap of 8.57% then from the SVM method was tuned using Randomized Search Cross Validation (RSCV) and managed to increase the training score by 100% test score of 93.20% with a gap of 6.80%.

Abstract

Transportasi umum merupakan bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Transportasi merupakan asset kegiatan sosial ekonomi yang dapat di akses oleh seluruh masyarakat, menjadi transportasi yang dirancang untuk mengangkut sejumlah besar orang secara efisien dari kota ke kota adalah transportasi pelayanan jasa Kereta Api. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam memahami sebuah data dalam bentuk visualisasi dan menerapkan sistem Business Intelligence dari pelayanan jasa Kereta Api. Metode penelitian kali ini adalah analisa visualisasi, analisa visualisasi yaitu data pelayanan jasa kereta api indonesia di tahun 2021 dan 2022 data tercatat dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan data diolah lebih lanjut menggunakan Tableau Public. Hasil dari penelitian berupa bentuk visualisasi data dashboard. Jumlah penumpang pelayanan jasa Kereta api total ditiap tahun di tahun 2021 tercatat ada 149.763 penumpang, dan di tahun 2022 ada 277.115 penumpang.

Abstract

The Baitul Huda Islamic Boarding School Foundation is a boarding school located in Sukabumi Regency, precisely in the Surade Jampang Kulon sub-district. Founded in 2021 by a graduate of the Annidzom Panjalu Sukabumi Islamic Boarding School Kyai Haji Abdul Rohim and is now being cared for by the founder's sons and daughters. Officially the Baitul Huda Islamic Boarding School Foundation manages the MI, MT and MA education levels. There are many Islamic boarding school facilities in Surade Jampang Kulon District, but for Islamic boarding school facilities around the Baitul Huda Islamic Boarding School Foundation, there are only four Islamic boarding school campuses. The problem in this research is the lack of a marketing strategy. The cause of the weakness of the marketing strategy is that it has not been widely socialized due to the lack of social media, so not everyone knows about it. This study uses Operations Research techniques with the K-Means method. This research provides a solution for the Baitul Huda Islamic Boarding School by creating a website as a publication media for the Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Computers can incur a wide range of damage, varying in severity from minor issues that are easily resolved to more complex problems that might potentially render the computer inoperable. This damage exhibits nearly identical symptoms across many computer components. Unfortunately, computer owners typically overlook these signs, leading to a worsening of the damage and subsequent disruption for computer users. Technicians are highly skilled professionals in the domain of computers. His expertise can be used to a system known as an expert system. The advancement of information technology necessitates innovation in the realm of computer maintenance and identification of hardware malfunctions. The objective of this study is to develop an application that utilizes an Expert System with the Forward Chaining technique to diagnose computer malfunctions. This strategy enables the system to generate diagnostic procedures by utilizing factual information obtained through an interactive exchange with the user. This application is specifically developed to aid users, particularly those with less technical expertise, in discovering and fixing computer issues. The expert system employs artificial intelligence to examine the symptoms provided by the user. It then employs a forward chaining procedure to ascertain the potential harm and the appropriate remedy. The key benefit of this application is its capacity to swiftly and precisely deliver solutions by leveraging the integrated knowledge within the system. The deployment of this application is expected to enhance efficiency in identifying and resolving computer malfunctions, while also offering a superior user experience in managing technical issues on their devices..

Abstract

Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) under the Ministry of Health that is under the responsibility of the Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health (Dirjen PP and PL). Based on Ministry of Health Regulation No. 2348 of 2011, Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office has seven work areas, consisting of six work areas, such as the Kampung Dalam Work Area, Selat Panjang Sea Port Work Area, Buatan River Port Work Area, Siak Port Work Area, Tanjung Buton Sea Port Work Area, and Pekanbaru Duku River Port Work Area. However, data processing in the Pekanbaru Duku River Port work area has not been well-integrated with the head office, causing Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office employees to face difficulties in data collection and presentation of information from daily activities and data archiving, such as ship surveillance, public health surveillance, and disease data surveillance. This also affects the performance of employees and the Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office. It is hoped that the use of e-Archive as an information technology-based data and document management system can improve the performance of Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office employees in presenting data and reporting documents.
