Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan anggaran belanja Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo periode tahun 2020-2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bendahara pada bidang keuangan dan data laporan realisasi anggaran di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di lakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan internet searching serta penyajian data yaitu berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo. Teori yang digunakan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan anggaran belanja adalah rasio efisiensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efisiensi anggaran belanja Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo dari tahun 2020-2023 bervariasi tetapi pada kriteria efisiensi masuk dalam kategori efisien sesuai dengan standar kriteria yaitu kurang dari 100% dikatakan efisien. pada tahun 2020 sebesar 97.94 %, tahun 2021 sebesar 96,05%, tahun 2022 sebesar 93,76 % dan tahun 2023 sebesar 94,31%. Pengelolaan anggaran belanja pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten wajo sudah dinilai baik dalam hal mengelola anggaran belanja yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital banking has intensified competition in the financial services industry, including Islamic banking. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sengkang Branch Office is required to continuously improve service quality and operational performance to compete in the digital era. One management approach that can be applied to improve organizational performance is Total Quality Management (TQM). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of TQM at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sengkang Branch Office, Sudirman, in facing digital banking competition. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review and field observation methods. The results indicate that the application of TQM principles, such as customer focus, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and leadership commitment, plays a significant role in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. However, challenges remain in terms of adapting human resources and optimizing digital services. Therefore, consistent implementation of TQM is necessary to strengthen the competitiveness and excellence of Islamic banking services in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Education Unit Operational Assistance Fund (BOSP) in improving the quality of learning at SDN 125 Balielo, Wajo Regency. The background of the study is based on the importance of effective, transparent, and accountable education fund management to support the creation of quality learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, treasurer, teachers, and the school committee as key informants. The results show that the management of BOSP funds at SDN 125 Balielo is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. At the planning stage, the preparation of the School Activity and Budget Plan (ARKAS Application) is carried out in a participatory manner involving all school elements. At the implementation stage, funds are used to support learning operations, procurement of infrastructure, and payment of honorariums for non-ASN teachers. Meanwhile, at the reporting stage, the school strives to increase transparency by involving the school committee and using the ARKAS application in accordance with government regulations. Overall, BOSP fund management at SDN 125 Balielo plays a significant role in improving the quality of learning, as reflected in improved learning facilities, a smoother learning process, and increased student participation. However, increased treasurer capacity and better oversight are needed to ensure accountability and program sustainability.

Abstract

The implementation of strategic quality management in zakat institutions is crucial for improving accountability, transparency, and the social impact of zakat fund management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic quality management at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Wajo Regency. A qualitative case study approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of BAZNAS in Wajo Regency, observations, and document review. The results indicate that BAZNAS in Wajo Regency has adopted a strategic quality framework through planning based on the Strategic Plan and Work Plan (RKAT), the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and a multi-layered monitoring and evaluation mechanism. The leadership acts as a motivator and facilitator using a participatory approach. Challenges faced primarily relate to the on-demand funding model and limited public understanding of zakat. Nevertheless, the implementation of strategic quality has strengthened organizational governance and increased public trust. This study recommends strengthening synergies with local governments and increasing zakat outreach to optimize BAZNAS's role in poverty alleviation

Abstract

This study examines the role of human resource management in increasing the revenue of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Belawae Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research background is based on the importance of optimizing human resources in BUMDes management to strengthen the village economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which human resource management functions such as planning, training, and supervision contribute to increasing BUMDes revenue. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations of all 12 BUMDes administrators (saturated sample). Data were analyzed using frequency tables and percentage calculations. The results indicate that effective human resource management, including collaboration between the village government and BUMDes administrators, has a positive impact on increasing income and community welfare. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of ongoing training, improving administrator competency, and community empowerment strategies in promoting village economic independence by optimizing the role of BUMDes..

Abstract

Digital transformation in the Islamic banking sector has prompted Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to develop the Byond BSI mobile banking service as an effort to improve efficiency and customer convenience. This study aims to analyze how digital service production management is implemented in the application and identify challenges and optimization efforts. The method used is descriptive qualitative based on literature review. The study results indicate that although Byond BSI has experienced significant growth, obstacles remain such as technical glitches, slow login processes, incomplete features, and the need for enhanced security. BSI has undertaken various improvement efforts, including system updates, digital education, and the development of Sharia-based features. Service optimization is carried out based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. If these dimensions are optimally implemented, service efficiency and convenience can be achieved, which ultimately impacts customer loyalty to BSI's digital services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image on Vivo smartphone purchasing decisions. The population in this study were customers or consumers who made purchases at the Dandi Speed ​​Store in the Tanasitulu area of ​​Wajo Regency. The number of samples in this study was 55 people based on the Slovenian language formula according to Sugiyono (2017). Sampling was carried out by asking written questions or statements to respondents who made purchases. There are 3 (three) data analysis methods used, including simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (r), and coefficient of determination (r2). The results of the study show that (1) the results of simple linear regression show an equation on the regression line Y = 10.156 + 0.533; (2) the results of the correlation coefficient test (r) produce a value of 0.493; (3) The results of the determination coefficient test (r2) produce a value of 24.3, namely 24%. This shows that brand image (X) only has an influence of 24%, which means it has little influence on purchasing decisions (Y) and the rest is only influenced by several other factors. Based on the results of the t-test, the value of the calculated t is 4.124 and the value of the t-table is 1.674, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that brand image (X) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) because the value of the calculated t> t-table.
